IoT is a recently fast-growing technology .Now a days IoT plays a vital role in our day to day life. IoT becomes an essential part of human life. In the future millions of things should be connected to the internet. IoT comes in all over fields like industry, home automation, electric vehicle, traction, agriculture, medical field, etc. This paper deals with continuous monitoring parameters of induction motor and speed control of Induction Motor. In that monitoring parameters are as voltage, current, speed and temperature. Induction Motor monitoring parameters help in the maintenance of motor before the occurrence of any type of faults and avoids the interruptions of delay in production. If any fault occurs motor should automatically be disconnected from the supply by using IoT. Also, reliability of motor can be maintained by continuous monitoring Induction Motor. In many applications variable speed operation is required hence control the speed of Induction Motor as per our requirement.

This study investigates the relationship between buying decisions of foreign products and Domestic products in Surat region. Factor analysis scales was used to examine perceived predicators of consumers buying decisions between the two product types, such as attitude measurements, ability scales green marketing and innovative drives as well as market orientations. Two separate markets comprising super / departmental stores and open markets were carefully delineated to include all manners of buyers in the analysis. Again, structured questionnaires were designed to elicit relevant data from the target population. Hence, In all, a total of 100 reporters supply relevant data for this analysis. The resultant data was analyzed using simple percentage statistics, bar chart and logistic regression model. The study reveals that the major predicators of consumers buying decisions between foreign and domestic products in surat, as arranged in the order priority are: Green Marketing drive, Innovative drive, Ability scales, Attitude measurements and Personality scales. The general market performance for the products under review is high, foreign products show higher market performance domestic products in the general market. It shows that at least 5 out of every 10 products sold in surat markets are foreign products. This result reveals a scenario that surat is either a consumption economy or the consumers taste for foreign products is high. The study recommends that marketers trading on domestic products must pay attention to consumers Green Marketing drive, Innovative drive and Ability scales in order to boast the consumptions of domestic products in . It also recommends a combination of responsive and proactive market-oriented strategies to diversify market opportunities portfolio in surat markets. Furthermore, future research is necessary to tell apart the production and consumption strengths of the Indian economy. Indeed, lack of availability of domestic products could predicate consumers high demand for foreign products, not with standing the high prices and governmental restrictions (embargo).

Data mining and machine learning play an extensively crucial role in the application of medical diagnosis. Consequently, several forms of analysis are ongoing to better predict the diseases and improving the quality of diagnosis. The existing analysis suffers from high dimensionality and imbalanced class distribution problem. Due to this issue, various classification algorithms prejudge over the majority classes, while ignoring the minority classes. This leads to the misprediction while predicting some rarely possible diseases. This research paper aims to increase the classification accuracy of the various classifiers over healthcare data. This research proposed a hybrid approach of both Principle Component Analysis (PCA) and Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) to reduce the high dimensional imbalanced class distribution problem. Then the resultant dataset is applied to the various classifier and compared based on the evaluation metrics.

Basketball is one of the largest growing team sports in the world. While playing the sport it is very important to have good control in balance. The ankle joint has to bear a lot of body weight and forces. While running and jumping, ankles have to carry forces equivalent to several times of the body weight. Ankle injuries such as sprains, strains and fractures mainly affect the upper ankle because many studies proved that the lower ankle is more stable than the upper ankle. The ankle joint is one of the most vulnerable to injury through participation in sports and exercises. The management of ligament injuries is usually quite straightforward, such injuries are often accompanied by repeated sprain episodes, instability of the joint, and as a result, reduced physical activity participation. Ankle sprains are the most common acute injuries in basketball while landing on an opponents foot or during changing direction. Balance gets affected due to acute ankle injury in basketball players therefore present study was done to know the effect of balance due to acute ankle injury which is important factor while playing any sport. Predicting risk for ankle injury could be important to reduce the risk of these injuries and save health care costs. Total 30 subjects (15 ankle joint injured and 15 uninjured) had performed Y balance test (lower quarter version) as per the inclusion criteria to determine balance. Dynamic balance of lower limbs measured at anterior, posteromedial, and posterolateral directions for injured and uninjured groups. Data analysis did to find out the significant difference in dynamic balance among the uninjured and injured groups. The mean and standard deviation of right and left uninjured and ankle joint injured were 122.4 + 11.1, 90.6 + 12.8: 126 + 13. , 92.2 + 10.4 respectively (simple paired t test p < 0.005). Hence it is concluded that ankle injuries in basketball players significantly affect balance. Dynamic balance of lower limb was more among uninjured basketball players than ankle joint injured players. The decline in dynamic balance ability experienced during playing basketball can increase the risk of injury and decreases the performance of player so it is required that the dynamic balance be assessed in time and if required balance training exercise should be given.

The covid-19 pandemic has modified the lives of the people all over the globe at a colossal level. With lockdowns being imposed in almost all of the countries, social distancing and regular sanitization have become essential for life. Amid this crisis, the people who are taking the lead of the battle are our warriors, our corona warriors. They have showcased selfless determination and have been working constantly for the welfare of the people. They have put their lives in danger to save uncountable lives. Doctors and nurses, paramedics, policemen, sanitization workers, NGOs and a lot of other people are doing all they can to free the planet from the grip of the virus and ensure the survival of the human race. The corona virus devotion is unquestionable and splendid. To be aware of the fact that working in such conditions can prove fatal could not shake their spirits and devotion to mankind. They have been working all day and all nights since the outbreak of this pandemic. The corona warriors risk their precious lives to save ours and are exposed to the deadly disease as they battle for the safety and the health of the world. The corona warriors have come up as saviours in the past few months saving over 4.7 million lives all over the world. They are displaying phenomenal and miraculous perseverance and dedication towards the welfare of the nation and the world and are doing more than what they are entitled to just to save the world Dr the deadly virus. The corona warriors are working twenty four hours a day to serve humanity. They put their lives in danger to ensure the safety of all. The role that these corona warriors are playing amid this pandemic is highly appreciable and significant. These warriors who are working so enthusiastically for the people of the planet are no less than gods and goddesses. Their vigour and commitment to serve mankind are splendid and deserve reverence and recognition. Their endeavours to save the lives of the people they don't even know are just magnificent and wonderful. These sleep deprived heroes are working every single day, without any leaves, knowing the level of risk involved. They have seen their own colleagues die but even this could not lower their morale. They are battling the disease every second, every day. They have set a new definition for the term 'superheroes'. While the doctors and other healthcare staff are busy treating the people infected with the virus and working on a cure or vaccine for this disease, the cops risk their lives every day as they barricade different zones and convince people to stay at home. A major role is being played by the sanitation workers who are doing a really crucial job at this time when hygiene has become the topmost priority. To help the deprived sections, a number of NGOs have also come up with a wide range of initiatives. They are distributing food, masks, sanitizers and other essentials to the ones in need. They are making sure that they make food and shelter available to as many people as they can. This pandemic has brought out the splendid qualities in human beings. The selfless service of these warriors deserves a lot of acclaim and veneration from the masses.

The neurologic symptoms such as seizures or status epilepticus rarely constitute the initial mode of presentation of poisoning by ingestion of naphthene, usually patients present with acute onset of dark brown urine, watery diarrhea, and non-bloody bilious vomiting 48-96 hours after exposure. Seizures are due to cerebral edema which is probably secondary to acute hemolysis Vital sign abnormalities include fever, tachycardia, hypotension, and persistent pulse oximetry readings less than 84%-85% despite oxygen supplementation. Laboratory workup demonstrates hyperbilirubinemia with indirect predominance, hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia, and renal dysfunction. Treatment options include symptomatic treatment such as anti-convulsant, treatment of cerebral edema supportive care, red cell transfusion, ascorbic acid, methylene blue, and N-acetylcysteine. We present a case of naphthalene toxicity in a 32-year-old schizophrenic male manifesting with status epilepticus, as a rare complication who improved with supportive care, mechanical ventilation, osmotic therapy, anticonvulsant, red blood cell transfusion, and ascorbic acid.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are undergoing a major shift from traditional volunteerism to professionalism in their approaches and service delivery. The present paper is concerned with an analysis of the different aspects of strategic action orientation (SAO) of NGOs in India. SAO signifies the diverse issues related to the course of action pursued by NGOs in the light if their environmental perspectives and internal resources and capabilities. Based on a predetermined sample size, a questionnaire survey coupled with follow-up interviews with Heads/Senior Executives of NGOs has been conducted with a view to examine and analyse the different facets of SAO of NGOs in India. On the basis of quantitative analysis involving correlation analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis, a specific pattern of SAO of NGOs has been observed which is different from that of business organisations. It has also been observed that NGOs with similar SAO have similarity in operational orientation to a moderate extent. Follow-up interviews with the NGOs substantiate the thrust areas that NGOs need to consider for their long-run competitive sustainability.

The essential objective of sowing operation is to place the seed and fertilizer in rows at desired depth and seed to seed spacing, cover the seeds with soil & provide proper compaction over the seed. The row spacing, seed rate, seed spacing and depth of seed placement differ according to crops and for different agro-climatic conditions to achieve optimum yields. The comparison between the normal sowing method and the new proposed machine may perform a variety of simultaneous operations and has several benefits. As day by day the labour availability becomes a great concern for the farmers and labour cost is more, this machine minimizes the efforts and total cost of sowing the seeds and fertilizer placement.

The synthesis of particles which has a size within the range of 1-100 nm is known as Nanotechnology. Nanotechnology is based on the concept of smaller the size, larger is the surface area and hence nanotechnology is a widely studied subject from many years. In the current project, Andrographis paniculata is used as the source for the synthesis of iron oxide nanoparticles. The synthesized iron oxide nanoparticles were characterized by UV spectrometry, XRD, FTIR, SEM and TEM. The results displayed that the nanoparticles had an absorption peak at 260 nm, spherical shape with an average size below 50 nm. The synthesized nanoparticles were employed in the separation of oil spill from water with the help of ferrofluid (small scale). Increase in the amount of ferrofluid enabled an efficient separation of oil spill from water, thus aiding in reduction of one of the major causes of water pollution in oceans.
