Diesel engines remain essential power units in transportation, marine systems, construction equipment, industrial generators, agricultural machinery, and remote energy applications. Despite their robustness, diesel engines are exposed to operational failures caused by abnormal temperature rise, oil pressure loss, excessive vibration, overspeed, overcurrent, lubrication degradation, sensor malfunction, and delayed human intervention. Conventional engine protection systems are predominantly reactive because they activate shutdown only after a critical threshold has already been exceeded. Such abrupt shutdown strategies may prevent catastrophic failure but can also increase mechanical stress, interrupt operational continuity, and provide limited diagnostic intelligence for condition-based maintenance. To address these limitations, this paper proposes a Smart Predictive Shutdown System for Diesel Engines as an IoT-enabled framework that integrates real-time sensing, intelligent fault prediction, multi-level decision logic, gradual shutdown control, and condition-based protection. The proposed framework continuously monitors critical engine parameters, including temperature, oil pressure, vibration, current, and rotational speed, and processes these signals through threshold-based rules, moving-average trend analysis, anomaly detection, and lightweight predictive logic suitable for implementation on microcontrollers or programmable logic controllers. Unlike traditional emergency shutdown systems, the proposed architecture introduces a graded protection strategy consisting of warning, alarm, soft shutdown, and immediate shutdown states. The soft shutdown mechanism is designed to reduce load progressively before complete engine stop, thereby minimizing thermal and mechanical shock under non-critical but deteriorating conditions. Furthermore, the framework supports local data logging, cloud-based monitoring, smart alerts, self-diagnostics, and backup protection when sensor failure is detected. The scientific contribution of this study lies in transforming diesel engine protection from a reactive safety mechanism into an intelligent predictive protection system that combines industrial IoT, condition monitoring, fault prognostics, and adaptive safety control. The proposed system provides a practical and scalable pathway for improving diesel engine reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, supporting condition-based maintenance, and enhancing operational safety in industrial environments.

The study focuses on the genius Loci of a urban context that is the religion in an Indian city. An urban space discussed in the research is predominantly a street. A Street carries sensory network of the entire Culture, Economic status, and Display forum for any City. But in an Indian context a very important aspect that binds all these together is the Religious show. As Street has been the symbol of any potential growth they are the platform for performance of Religion. Many take Advantage of this aspect such as it street shrines, procession, Cultural display all in the name of spiritual practices gain a lot of political interest, Economic opportunities and Social Interests. This glorification is extremely seen in religious activities. This kind of showcase is seen mostly on the streets because it elements of city where all kind of users irrespective of caste, class, occupation, gender are present for various reasons. While we discuss the religion on street it doesn't have to be a magnificent temple or mosque or a church, in fact a small stone and a tree make genius loci and the users glorify even that too. Whether they are inclusive element for urban fabric and Modern Street has always been an argument. This Study will review the literature on how the religious practices are the vessels that carry the indigenous quality of the Indian street that makes it unique and a reason for survival.

Microorganisms living in the subgingival biofilm interact intricately in periodontal disorders, which are polymicrobial diseases. The complex nature of periodontal disease was not explained by conventional methods based on the identification of particular bacteria. In order to overcome this restriction, Socransky and associates developed the idea of microbial complexes in 1998, classifying subgingival bacteria into color-coded complexes based on their ecological connections and correlation with periodontal health or illness. While the orange complex acted as a vital link between early colonizers and pathogenic species, the red complex organisms showed the strongest association with periodontal destruction. This classification has improved our knowledge of the development of biofilms and the course of periodontal disease. The Socransky microbial complexes continue to be a useful therapeutic and educational paradigm for comprehending periodontal biofilm ecology despite developments in molecular microbiology. This review provides a concise and student-friendly overview of the microbial complexes and their clinical significance.

Following the international success of the Booker Prize-winning novel The White Tiger, Aravind Adiga emerged as a prominent voice in contemporary Indian fiction. Rather than celebrating the narrative of a prosperous and progressive "India Shining," Adiga is recognized for his portrayal of the nation's social inequalities and systemic flaws. His second novel, Last Man in Tower, presents a critical examination of the erosion of moral values and ethical principles in modern Indian society. While The White Tiger exposes the darker realities of life in Delhi, Last Man in Tower explores the power struggles and socio-economic conflicts that characterize Mumbai. The novel highlights how real-estate developers exploit ordinary citizens and acquire land under the pretext of globalization and urban development.Through his fiction, Adiga articulates a clear critique of contemporary political and social structures. He portrays Indian society as being deeply entangled in networks of political corruption, social injustice, and institutional failures. This study examines how dominant socio-political forces, including caste, religion, democracy, and the justice system, often fail to support or empower the protagonists of his novels despite their longstanding presence within the framework of governance. Furthermore, the analysis explores themes such as corruption, bureaucratic inefficiency, and the breakdown of justice. Although Adiga's works are fictional, they offer a realistic representation of the political and social challenges that continue to shape contemporary India.

Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) are the communication backbone of modern Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X), enabling real-time communication among vehicles, roadside infrastructure, pedestrians, and cloud services. VANETs can improve traffic efficiency, autonomous driving, and road safety, but their wireless communication channels are highly susceptible to attacks, including jamming that can disrupt the network and affect availability. Traditional security solutions, such as cryptographic and rule-based intrusion detection systems, are unable to detect complex and adaptive jamming techniques in highly dynamic vehicular environments. In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques have emerged, enabling intelligent attack identification and mitigation. Ensemble machine learning techniques have shown better performance by fusing multiple learning models to enhance detection accuracy, robustness, and generalization. This survey provides a thorough overview of the state of the art in AI-based jamming attack detection for VANETs, with a focus on ensemble learning. It analyzes various jamming attack models, machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and hybrid ensemble techniques for securing V2X communications. It also covers public datasets, evaluation criteria, implementation issues, and new research fields such as Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), federated learning, edge intelligence, and V2X security in the context of 6G. Finally, the survey reveals gaps in current research and points to opportunities for future research and development of scalable, intelligent, and robust Secure-V2X systems to counter emerging jamming attacks in future vehicular networks.

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed contemporary marketing practices, leading to the increasing adoption of chatbot-based conversational marketing across digital platforms. Chatbots facilitate real-time, personalised, and interactive communication between organisations and consumers, thereby influencing consumer attitudes, engagement, and purchasing behaviour. Despite the growing body of research in this domain, existing studies remain fragmented across theoretical, behavioural, and contextual dimensions. Therefore, the present study aims to systematically review the literature on chatbot-based conversational marketing and consumer behaviour and identify key research themes, theoretical foundations, and future research directions. This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach following a structured screening and selection process. Relevant articles were collected from major academic databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar. After applying predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 32 studies published between 2015 and 2026 were selected for thematic analysis. The findings reveal that the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and UTAUT2 are the dominant theoretical frameworks employed in chatbot adoption research. The review further identifies perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, privacy concerns, customer experience, brand image, and behavioural intention as the most influential determinants of consumer acceptance of chatbot technologies. Additionally, Millennials and Generation Z emerge as the most receptive consumer segments toward chatbot-enabled conversational marketing. Emerging research trends include generative AI, emotional AI, voice-enabled conversational agents, and hyper-personalised customer engagement. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing a comprehensive synthesis of current knowledge, identifying research gaps, and proposing a future research agenda. The findings offer valuable insights for researchers, academicians, and marketing practitioners seeking to understand the evolving role of conversational AI in shaping consumer behaviour and digital marketing strategies.

Attendance management plays an important role in maintaining discipline, academic records, and student participation in educational institutions. Traditional attendance methods such as manual registers, ID cards, and basic biometric systems often suffer from limitations like proxy attendance, human error, time consumption, and lack of real-time monitoring. To overcome these issues, this project proposes a Student Attendance Application using Face Recognition and Geo-Fencing for secure and automated attendance marking. The proposed system is developed for the Android platform using Java/XML, with Firebase Realtime Database used for cloud-based data storage and synchronization. The application uses face recognition to verify the identity of the student and GPS-based geo-fencing to confirm that the student is physically present within the authorized classroom or campus area. Attendance is marked only when both face verification and location validation are successfully completed. This dual-verification approach improves the authenticity of attendance records and reduces the chances of fake or proxy attendance. The system stores attendance data in real time and allows teachers, institutions, and parents to monitor attendance status instantly. By reducing manual workload, improving record accuracy, and providing transparent attendance tracking, the proposed application offers a smart, secure, and efficient solution for modern academic attendance management. Overall, the integration of face recognition, geo-fencing, Android technology, and Firebase makes the system suitable for smart campus environments.

The growing demand for structurally efficient and economically viable construction systems has led to a significant increase in the adoption of steel-concrete composite technology in modern civil engineering practice. Composite structures leverage the complementary mechanical properties of structural steel and reinforced concrete, wherein the steel component provides high tensile strength and ductility while concrete contributes compressive strength and lateral stiffness. In the present study, a comprehensive comparative analysis and design of a G+15 commercial building (plan dimension 20 m x 20 m, total height 45 m) situated in Pune, Maharashtra, has been undertaken for both conventional Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) and steel-concrete composite structural systems using ETABS 2018 software. Both systems were modelled under identical loading and boundary conditions in Seismic Zone III as per IS 1893:2016 and analysed using the Equivalent Static Analysis method. Key structural performance parameters, including storey displacement, storey drift, storey shear, bending moment, shear force, axial force, and self-weight, were systematically evaluated and compared. The analytical results demonstrate that the composite structural system exhibits superior performance in terms of reduced lateral displacement (24.40% lower), lower storey shear demand (18.53% lower), reduced axial force in columns (7.6% lower), and substantially reduced self-weight (35.91% lower) relative to the RCC structure. A construction cost analysis further confirms that the composite structure is 6.22% more economical than the equivalent RCC structure. It is concluded that steel-concrete composite structures are structurally more efficient, economically advantageous, and technically superior compared to conventional RCC framed systems for high-rise commercial buildings in seismically active regions.

The provisions relating to arrest under criminal law play a vital role in maintaining a balance between the protection of individual liberty and the authority of the State to enforce law and order. With the enactment of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, replacing the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), 1973, important reforms have been introduced in the procedural framework governing arrests in India. This research paper presents a doctrinal and comparative analysis of the arrest-related provisions contained in both legislations. The study is confined to the analysis of the enacted statutory provisions and examines the manner in which the BNSS restructures and modifies the earlier framework under the CrPC. The paper further identifies important developments under the BNSS, including the express provision permitting the use of handcuffs in specific categories of offences and offenders, stricter procedural safeguards concerning the arrest of women and vulnerable persons, and enhanced emphasis on accountability and transparency in arrest practices. In addition, the legislation strengthens the rights of arrested individuals by prescribing clearer timelines for medical examinations and encouraging the integration of technology within criminal procedure.Through a comparative evaluation, the study analyses whether the reforms introduced by the BNSS contribute towards greater procedural fairness and protection of fundamental rights or whether they potentially expand the discretionary powers of law enforcement agencies beyond reasonable limits. The paper ultimately assesses the likely impact of these changes on arrest practices, criminal justice administration, and the broader objective of safeguarding constitutional rights within the evolving framework of Indian criminal law.

AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Grammarly have introduced new opportunities for supporting learners throughout various stages of the writing process, including idea generation, grammar correction, revision, and academic writing assistance. Despite these pedagogical benefits, concerns regarding academic integrity, ethical use, overreliance on AI, critical thinking, teacher readiness, data privacy, and equitable access continue to influence the adoption of these technologies in educational settings. This narrative review synthesizes recent literature published between 2020 and 2026 to examine the applications, opportunities, and challenges of Generative AI in writing instruction within English Language Teaching. The review is guided by the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, which provides a theoretical lens for understanding the effective integration of AI technologies into writing pedagogy. The findings indicate that Generative AI can enhance writing quality, learner autonomy, personalized learning, and formative feedback when implemented within sound pedagogical practices. However, responsible integration requires comprehensive AI literacy, institutional policies, ethical governance, curriculum redesign, and continuous professional development for educators. The review further identifies several research gaps, including the need for longitudinal studies, comparative evaluations of emerging AI platforms, and investigations across diverse educational and cultural contexts. Overall, this review contributes to the growing body of literature by providing a comprehensive synthesis of current evidence and offering practical implications for educators, researchers, curriculum developers, and policymakers seeking to integrate Generative AI responsibly into ELT writing instruction.

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed the educational landscape across the globe. Among emerging technologies, Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) have gained significant attention in higher education due to their ability to create immersive and interactive learning experiences. Traditional teaching methods often fail to maintain student engagement and practical understanding, especially in technology-driven academic environments. This research paper explores how the integration of VR and AR combined learning systems can improve student satisfaction in higher education institutions. The study examines the impact of immersive technologies on learner engagement, academic performance, motivation, and experiential learning. It also discusses the challenges faced during implementation, including infrastructure limitations, faculty training, and accessibility issues. The paper adopts a qualitative and analytical approach by reviewing recent studies, technological developments, and educational practices related to VR and AR systems. Findings indicate that combined VR and AR learning environments significantly enhance student satisfaction by promoting active participation, real-time visualization, collaborative learning, and personalized educational experiences. Furthermore, immersive learning technologies support practical skill development and bridge the gap between theoretical and applied knowledge. The study concludes that VR and AR integrated learning systems have the potential to revolutionize higher education by creating learner-centered educational environments that improve both academic effectiveness and student satisfaction

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the financial services industry by enhancing customer experience, improving operational efficiency, and enabling personalized financial solutions. Despite the growing adoption of AI-powered financial services, consumer acceptance remains influenced by various technological and behavioural factors. This study investigates the factors influencing the adoption of AI-based financial services among Indian consumers. The research examines the impact of trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security, privacy concerns, financial literacy, and social influence on consumers' adoption intention. A quantitative research design was employed, and primary data were collected from 400 respondents using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The collected data were analysed using descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and one-way ANOVA through SPSS. The findings revealed that trust emerged as the most influential predictor of adoption intention, followed by perceived usefulness, security, financial literacy, perceived ease of use, and social influence. Privacy concerns were found to negatively affect consumers' willingness to adopt AI-based financial services. Furthermore, significant differences in adoption intention were observed across age groups. The study contributes to the growing literature on AI adoption in financial services and provides valuable insights for financial institutions, fintech firms, and policymakers seeking to enhance consumer acceptance of AI-enabled financial technologies.

Cancer is the major killer among the major causes of death in the world. this dreadful condition has attracted the minds of physicians & surgeons from the very early times. it will be fascinating to note that sushruta (father of surgery) had mentioned about the cancer (arbuda). Ayurvedic texts mentioned about arbuda, which is considered as an equivalent of cancer. Acharya charaka described arbuda in the chapter on shopha i.e. Inflammatory & non-inflammatory swellings (cha.su.18.; cha.chi.12.). Acharya sushruta provided more information on arbuda, granthi, apachi, gandamala etc. Which is cancer related conditions. cancer is often compared to arbuda of ayurvedic classics, many other conditions are found to fall under different tumours. It is very important to do nidanpanchakatmaka study on ayurvedic approach of cancer.

Zooplanktons are good indicator of the changes in water quality so their diversity is one of the most important ecological parameters in water quality assessment. Aquatic ecosystems consist of physico-chemical and biotic components. The present study was undertaken to explore the diversity and ecology of Zooplanktons in kotdam. The present observations were made for a period of 18 months from Aug. 2022 to Jan 2024.They were identified by following standard taxonomic keys and illustrations. The zooplanktons were identified in the kotdam water which was belonged to three groups: Rotifera, Crustacea and Protozoa. Crustacean was the dominant group followed by Protozoa and Rotifera. Zooplankton ostacoda showed the dominance like stenocypris, throughout the investigation. Therefore, they can be significantly applied as indicators of organic pollution. It can be concluded that rushing flood or rainy water with fertilizers and insecticides going in to kotdam to polluted and rapidly turning towards eutrophication in future. So our findings highlighted the deterioration of water quality of the kotdam due to urbanization and human activities. The study recommended avoiding as far as possible the discharge of untreated sewage and other pollutants into the water.
