This study explores the association between emotional dysregulation and psychological distress among young adults raised in conflict-ridden families, emphasizing the influence of adverse family dynamics on emotional and mental health outcomes. Emotional dysregulation, which involves difficulties in recognizing, managing, and responding appropriately to emotions, is often linked to higher levels of distress, particularly among individuals exposed to ongoing family conflict, instability, and ineffective communication. In this study, data were gathered from young adults using standardized tools to measure emotional dysregulation and psychological distress, including indicators such as anxiety, depression, and stress. The results demonstrated a significant positive relationship between the two variables, suggesting that greater difficulties in emotion regulation are associated with increased psychological distress. Furthermore, the findings underscore the amplifying effect of conflict-ridden family environments on these challenges. Overall, the study highlights the need to focus on improving emotion regulation skills in interventions and adds to the understanding of how family conflict can have lasting effects on the mental health of young adults.

In recent decades, growing awareness about nutrition, fitness, and disease prevention has led to an increased emphasis on healthy eating practices. Social media platforms, wellness movements, and health-focused lifestyle trends have significantly influenced individuals' attitudes toward food and dietary habits. While adopting a balanced and nutritious diet is generally associated with improved physical and psychological well-being, an excessive and rigid preoccupation with consuming only foods perceived as healthy may lead to problematic eating patterns. One such emerging phenomenon in the field of eating behavior research is orthorexia nervosa, a term introduced by Steven Bratman to describe an unhealthy obsession with eating foods considered pure, natural, or healthy. Orthorexia nervosa is characterized by an intense fixation on the quality and purity of food rather than its quantity. Individuals displaying orthorexic tendencies often develop strict dietary rules, eliminate entire food groups perceived as unhealthy, and experience significant anxiety or guilt when these self-imposed dietary standards are violated. Over time, this rigid adherence to dietary ideals may lead to nutritional deficiencies, psychological distress, and social impairment, particularly when eating behaviors interfere with daily functioning or social interactions. Contemporary psychological perspectives suggest that orthorexic tendencies may be closely linked with dietary obsessions and rigid beliefs about health and nutrition. Individuals may develop strong cognitive beliefs that consuming only certain types of foods leads to moral superiority, improved self-control, or optimal health outcomes. These beliefs may gradually reinforce restrictive eating behaviors and contribute to obsessive patterns of food selection, meal preparation, and dietary monitoring. Furthermore, increasing exposure to health-related information through digital media and wellness culture may contribute to the internalization of unrealistic standards regarding "clean eating" and dietary purity. While healthy eating behaviors are widely encouraged, excessive preoccupation with food quality and health beliefs may paradoxically result in maladaptive patterns resembling eating disorder symptomatology. Despite growing research interest in orthorexia nervosa, the psychological mechanisms underlying orthorexic tendencies remain insufficiently explored. In particular, limited research has examined how dietary obsessions and beliefs about healthy eating contribute to the development and maintenance of orthorexic behaviors. Understanding these underlying cognitive and behavioral patterns is important for identifying individuals at risk and for informing prevention and intervention strategies. Therefore, the present study aims to examine orthorexic tendencies among individuals and explore their relationship with dietary obsessions and healthy eating beliefs, contributing to the expanding body of literature on emerging eating-related psychopathology.

Background: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is one of the most common vestibular disorders, characterized by brief episodes of vertigo triggered by changes in head position. Canalith repositioning and habituation exercises are commonly used conservative treatment approaches. Among these, Epley's Manoeuvre and Brandt-Daroff exercises are widely practiced, yet their comparative effectiveness requires further evaluation. Objective: To compare the effectiveness of Epley's Manoeuvre and Brandt Daroff exercises in reducing symptoms of vertigo and improving functional outcomes in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methodology: A comparative experimental study was conducted on patients clinically diagnosed with posterior canal BPPV. Participants were randomly divided into two groups. Group A received Epley's Manoeuvre, while Group B was treated with Brandt-Daroff exercises. Outcome measures included vertigo severity, frequency of dizziness episodes, and balance performance, assessed at baseline and after the intervention period. Results: Both treatment groups demonstrated significant improvement in vertigo symptoms and functional balance. However, patients treated with Epley's Manoeuvre showed faster and greater reduction in vertigo severity and symptom resolution compared to those performing Brandt-Daroff exercises. Conclusion: Both Epley's Manoeuvre and Brandt-Daroff exercises are effective in the management of BPPV. However, Epley's Manoeuvre is more effective in achieving rapid symptom relief, making it the preferred first-line treatment, while Brandt-Daroff exercises serve as a useful adjunct or home-based management option.

Across several recent studies, diffusion models [10] have become leading approaches for generating high-quality synthetic data, especially for complex, limited, or sensitive datasets. These works emphasize the increasing demand for effective data generation and imputation methods in areas such as healthcare, finance, and rare-event detection, where real-world data is often scarce, imbalanced, or constrained by privacy concerns. Diffusion-based frameworks [11][15]--including TabDDPM [17], transformer-based architectures, and privacy-preserving federated diffusion systems [25]--have shown significant advantages over conventional GAN and VAE models [2], providing more stable training, higher-quality sample generation, and better support for mixed-type tabular data. These models are capable of handling tasks such as Rare- event augmentation, missing data imputation. and privacy preservation. Compliant financial data synthesis, and pandemic related medical image generation [8] Surveys and systematic reviews further emphasize diffusion models' growing role in addressing challenges like class imbalance, multimodal feature distributions, missing values, and privacy risks. Overall, the combined body of work shows that diffusion models are reshaping synthetic data generation across modalities--enabling more accurate, fair, and privacy-safe machine learning in situations where data is scarce, sensitive, or difficult to obtain.

Over the last thirty years, the Indian banking landscape has undergone a paradigm shift in service delivery, characterised by an increased strategic emphasis on marketing, branding, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). As catalysts for economic stability and growth, financial institutions have increasingly leveraged brand-building practices to cultivate a distinct market identity and communicate their Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) within a highly competitive sector. This paper investigates the multidimensionality of customer perception regarding brand-building practices within Kerala's commercial banking sector. By evaluating key determinants, including advertising, customer relationship management (CRM), social media, corporate social responsibility (CSR), internal branding, and promotional incentives, the study examines the effects of socio-demographic variables and organizational attributes. The empirical findings reveals that brand-building initiatives exert a moderate influence on consumer behaviour, CSR emerges as the primary driver of positive perception. Conversely, the marginal impact of social media highlights a strategic gap in leveraging digital platforms for personalised engagement. Furthermore, the data reveal significant variance in customer perception, dictated by the interplay between socio-demographic characteristics and organizational attributes.

Abstract: This study examines the complex difference between financial literacy, behavior finance and financial welfare in the context of emerging economies. While traditional financial education emphasizes the spread of knowledge, this letter examines to what extent behavioral bias convenes relationships between knowledge and real financial results. Using survey data from 80 individuals in diverse demographic background, the research applies statistical analysis to measure financial literacy, identify practical prejudices and assess financial results. The results indicate that while financial literacy is moderately high, prejudices such as overconfidence and mental accounting are prevalent, often reduce rational decision making. However, individuals who combine high financial literacy with low behavioral deformation display better financial results, including more savings, diverse investment and long -term financial planning. The study emphasizes the requirement of integrated financial education approaches that include behavior coaching.

Abstract: Background: The simultaneous occurrence of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), hypertriglyceridemia-induced acute pancreatitis (HIAP), and Gram-negative bacteraemia represents an exceptionally rare and clinically challenging constellation in young adults. The triad demands meticulous diagnostic reasoning because each condition can mask or mimic the others. Case Summary: A 25-year-old male with no prior documented diabetes mellitus presented to the emergency department with a three-day history of progressive altered sensorium, breathlessness at rest (MMRC Grade IV), diffuse chest pain, low-grade fever, inability to ambulate, and bowel and bladder incontinence. Investigations confirmed DKA, markedly elevated pancreatic enzymes (serum amylase 597 U/L; serum lipase 235 U/L), bilateral pleural effusions, ascites, and blood culture positivity for Serratia marcescens. A critically depressed C-peptide level (0.14 ng/mL) was consistent with new-onset Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. The patient was managed in the medical intensive care unit (MICU) with aggressive intravenous fluid resuscitation, insulin infusion, electrolyte replacement, and targeted antimicrobial therapy. Conclusion: This case underscores the importance of a broad diagnostic approach in DKA, particularly the measurement of serum triglycerides, lipase, and amylase, as HIAP may perpetuate DKA in a vicious cycle. Concurrent Gram-negative bacteraemia further compounds morbidity and mandates early blood cultures with targeted therapy. Awareness of this triad can significantly alter the management strategy and improve outcomes.

In the twenty-first century, the nature of global engagement has undergone a significant transformation, shifting from traditional power politics to more subtle and persuasive forms of influence rooted in culture, values, and communication. Within this context, cultural diplomacy has emerged as a central component of a nation's soft power strategy. India, characterized by its ancient civilization, cultural diversity, democratic ethos, and rapidly expanding digital ecosystem, possesses a unique advantage in leveraging cultural diplomacy to enhance its global standing. This research paper critically examines how India can reimagine its cultural diplomacy in the digital era, with a particular focus on the role of soft power, global influence, and the Indian diaspora in achieving the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. The study is based on a qualitative and analytical research design, relying primarily on secondary sources such as policy documents, government reports, scholarly literature, and global indices on soft power and digital engagement. It explores the conceptual foundations of cultural diplomacy and soft power, tracing their evolution in the Indian context and highlighting the transition from traditional cultural exchanges to digitally mediated forms of engagement. The paper argues that digital technologies--such as social media platforms, virtual cultural exhibitions, and online educational initiatives--have democratized cultural outreach, enabling India to connect with global audiences in more immediate and impactful ways. A key focus of the study is the Indian diaspora, one of the largest in the world, which plays a crucial role as a bridge between India and the international community. The diaspora not only contributes economically through remittances and investments but also acts as an influential cultural ambassador by promoting Indian traditions, values, and narratives across diverse socio-political contexts. In the digital age, diaspora networks have gained even greater significance through their active presence on global communication platforms, thereby amplifying India's cultural voice and soft power projection. The paper further analyzes how India's cultural diplomacy contributes to its global influence by fostering goodwill, strengthening bilateral relations, and enhancing its image as a responsible and culturally rich nation. Initiatives such as the global promotion of yoga, traditional medicine, and Indian arts are examined as examples of successful soft power strategies. However, the study also identifies several challenges, including the lack of a cohesive digital strategy, issues of cultural representation, digital inequality, and increasing competition from other nations investing heavily in cultural diplomacy. In light of these challenges, the paper proposes a set of policy recommendations aimed at strengthening India's cultural diplomacy framework. These include the development of an integrated digital cultural policy, enhanced institutional coordination, strategic engagement with the diaspora, and the adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality for immersive cultural experiences. The study emphasizes the need for a holistic approach that aligns cultural diplomacy with economic, technological, and developmental objectives. In conclusion, the paper asserts that reimagining India's cultural diplomacy in the digital era is essential not only for enhancing its global influence but also for realizing the broader vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. By effectively integrating its cultural heritage with digital innovation and diaspora engagement, India can position itself as a leading global power rooted in soft influence and cultural connectivity.

Agricultural systems worldwide are currently challenged by soil deterioration, climate variability, overuse of chemical inputs, and stagnating crop yields. These concerns have encouraged the exploration of sustainable and environmentally responsible farming practices. Agro homeopathy has emerged as an alternative approach that adapts homeopathic principles to plant cultivation and soil management. This approach employs ultra-diluted natural substances to enhance plant vitality, improve resistance against diseases, and increase productivity without causing ecological harm. The present review examines the concept, underlying principles, proposed mechanisms, and agricultural applications of agro homeopathy. Available experimental findings suggest that such preparations may influence seed germination, root growth, nutrient utilization, stress adaptation, and overall crop performance. Agro homeopathy is also considered economical and compatible with organic farming systems. Despite its potential, the approach requires stronger scientific validation through controlled studies and standardized methodologies. With further research, agro homeopathy may contribute to sustainable agricultural practices aimed at improving productivity while maintaining environmental balance.

This study aims to examine the status of Mising women in the field of socio-economic, religion, cultural and decision-making in Mising society. Mising tribe is one of the prominent indigenous communities of Assam in Northeast India. Traditionally, Mising women play a vital role in household management, agriculture, weaving, and the preservation of cultural practices. Despite their significant economic contributions, their participation in formal decision-making processes often remains limited due to prevailing patriarchal norms and customary practices. The research explores the intersection of economic participation and autonomy, focusing on women's access to education, income-generating activities, and property rights. It highlights how engagement in traditional occupations such as weaving and agriculture enhances women's financial contribution to the household, thereby influencing their bargaining power within the family. However, disparities persist in areas such as ownership of resources, control over income, and involvement in community-level decision-making institutions. This paper thus attempt to study the role and socio-economic status of the women in Mising tribe of Assam with an aim to see how far the women of this particular tribe is bounded by different socio-cultural and religious beliefs of the community. This paper has been also designed to highlight how far Mising women are free to participate in the decision making process with other male members of the family and society as a whole.

The present study examines the role of cultural orientation (individualism and collectivism) and religious commitment in predicting identity commitment among Mizo young adults. A total of 158 participants aged 18-30 years completed standardized measures including the Dimensions of Identity Development Scale (DIDS), Individualism-Collectivism Scale (INDCOL-16), and Religious Commitment Inventory (RCI-10). Correlational analysis indicated that religious commitment had the strongest association with identity commitment, followed by individualism, while collectivism showed the weakest relationship. Multiple regression analysis revealed that religious commitment was the strongest predictor of identity commitment, followed by individualism, whereas collectivism was not a significant predictor. The findings suggest that identity commitment in a collectivistic society is influenced not only by cultural values but also significantly by personal belief systems.
