An oral ulcer is a sore that forms on the lining of the mouth cavity. The definition states that there is "a breach within the mucosal surface of the buccal cavity." A mucous membrane or skin surface ulcer is an open sore where inflammatory dead tissue has been removed. Many diseases' etiopathogenesis is unknown, despite their high incidence. Redness, swelling, and bleeding are frequently present in addition to the regular pain. The mouth ulcer frequently hurts and is uncomfortable, and as it heals, it could change how someone likes to eat. They may be classified as acute or chronic depending on how they manifest and develop. Acute aphthous stomatitis is associated with trauma, recurrent aphthous stomatitis, Behcet's disease, bacterial and viral infections, allergic reactions, and negative medication reactions.

Background - Preschoolers and women of reproductive age are the most afflicted by anaemia, which is a frequently seen healthcare problem in both India and the rest of the globe. Objective-To better understand the severity, types, and causes of anaemia in the most productive age group in our region, we concentrated on the prevalence of anaemia in young people, excluding pregnant and nursing women. Material and methods- A research was conducted on people between the ages of 15 and 30. Anaemia was classified based on haemoglobin measurement and a general blood picture. Results and conclusion- According to WHO cut-off levels for diagnosis and severity of anaemia, 980 (39.2%) of the 2500 patients who had full blood counts/peripheral smear exams were anaemic. Compared to male patients (moderate category), female patients exhibited a greater prevalence (severe category of public health concern). The prevalence of anaemia in our area is very high, requiring intervention for prevention and control even after excluding out the more vulnerable group (pregnant/lactating women and small children) from our research.

Governments need to cater to a huge number of responsibilities of a state. The working of state governments involves huge number of transactions towards various operations that need to be carried out throughout the state. This includes new projects, repair and maintenance works, awarding contracts, paying of government employees, farmer schemes and so on. A major obstacle that the top government face is the low level corruption that is sometimes not possible to track which deprives the state progress. Tracking it is a very complicated task due to the current system. But in proposed system we overcome this drawbacks by using block chain approach. We here make use of blockchain technology to secure the transactions at every stage while maintaining transparency in every transaction sealing every transaction with proofs as the funds move ahead. Blockchain is an evolving technology that maintains a chain of records known as blocks, connected through cryptography. Each block contains a unique identifier (cryptographic hash) of the previous block, a timestamp, and transaction data. The inherent design of a blockchain ensures that the data stored within it is highly resistant to unauthorized modifications. The proposed system focuses on enabling the tracking of funds allocated to the government throughout the entire allocation process. To ensure secure communication, key pair generation algorithms will be employed, enabling the establishment of trusted channels between relevant entities involved in fund allocation. Key pairs consist of a public key for secure data sharing and a private key for authentication and decryption. Moreover, metadata file decryption algorithms will be used to securely decrypt encrypted metadata associated with fund allocation transactions. This process allows authorized entities to verify transaction details, contributing to a higher level of transparency in the fund allocation process. Additionally, data verification algorithms will be implemented to ensure the integrity and authenticity of data stored within the blockchain. These algorithms play a crucial role in preventing unauthorized modifications to the blockchain records, preserving the immutability of the data By combining these proposed algorithms and harnessing the power of blockchain technology, this project aims to enhance the security, transparency, and integrity of government fund allocation. The utilization of key pair generation, metadata file decryption, and data verification algorithms enables efficient and accountable fund allocation within the government system.

A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of azadirachtin in marketed herbal insecticide has been developed. Azadirachtin is a neutral triterpene and chemotherapeutic agent effective in controlling some pest flies in horses, stables, horns. The actual HPLC method uses an isocratic elution and UV detection. The chromatographic determination of these components is achieved using a C18 analytical column with methanol : water mixture (80;20, v/v) as mobile phase, 1 mL/min as flow rate, and UV detector at 222 nm. The analytical method developed in this work allows the quantitation of azadirachtin with precision and accuracy, establishing a lower limit of quantitation of azadirachtin. A validated stability indicating method was achieved using HPLC. The purpose of stability testing was to provide evidence on how the quality and quantity of Azaadirachtin and marketed Azadirachtin extract varies with time under the influence of various factors such as acidic hydrolysis, alkaline hydrolysis, oxidation and neutral hydrolysis.

The term "probiotic" was first used in 1965, by Lilly and Stillwell, to describe substances secreted by one organism which stimulate the growth of another. The use of antibiotics, immunosuppressive therapy and irradiation, amongst other means of treatment, may cause alterations in the composition and have an effect on the GIT flora. Therefore, the introduction of beneficial bacterial species to GI tract may be a very attractive option to re-establish the microbial equilibrium and prevent disease. Prebiotic is a non-digestible food ingredient that confers benefits on the host by selectively stimulating one bacterium or a group of bacteria in the colon with probiotic properties. Both probiotics and prebiotics are together called as Synbiotics. Various bacterial genera most commonly used in probiotic preparations are Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Escherichia, Enterococcus, Bacillus and Streptococcus. Some fungal strains belonging to Saccharomyces have also been used. Probiotics have been shown to be effective in varied clinical conditionsranging from infantile diarrhoea, necrotizing enterocolitis, antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, relapsing Clostridium difficle colitis, Helicobacter pylori infections, inflammatory bowel disease to cancer, female uro-genital infection and surgical infections. Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain GG has proven beneficial affects on intestinal immunity. It increases the number of IgA and other immunoglobulins secreting cells in the intestinal mucosa. It also stimulates local release of interferons. It facilitates antigen transport to underlying lymphoid cells, which serves to increase antigen uptake in Peyer's patches. Probiotics are live microorganisms, so it is possible that they may result in infection in the host. The risk and morbidity of sepsis due to probiotic bacteria should be weighed against the potential for sepsis due to more pathological bacteria and the morbidity of diseases for which probiotic bacteria are being used as therapeutic agents. Also, future, well-designed placebo controlled studies with validated results are required for ascertaining the true health benefits of probiotics The important point in this regard is careful selection of the probiotic agent, its dose standardization and a thorough knowledge of its beneficial effects
