This research paper examines the judicial perspective on Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, focusing on its historical context, legal implications, and recent developments. Article 370 granted special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), allowing it temporary autonomy over internal affairs. However, over time, Article 370 became a contentious issue, with debates surrounding its relevance, legality, and impact on the integration of J&K with the Indian Union. The paper analyzes key judicial decisions, including the Supreme Court's ruling on the abrogation of Article 370 and the reorganization of J&K into Union Territories. It explores the constitutional principles, precedents, and legal arguments that have shaped the judiciary's approach to Article 370, highlighting the balance between upholding constitutional values and addressing complex political and historical realities. Through a comprehensive examination of judicial opinions and legal frameworks, this paper provides insights into the evolving jurisprudence surrounding Article 370 and its significance in Indian constitutional law.

The scope of this investigation is limited to digital consumer trust, with a focus on online purchases and sensitive data storage (e.g. patient records for an online health service). It does not consider how consumer trust may affect digital markets in the developing world as this is quite a different issue. The investigation is mainly qualitative in nature, as it seeks to understand the consumer/corporate mindset and to also understand what measures are currently being taken to mitigate the effects of security breaches. This is a complex issue and the use of primary research would be required to give a full understanding. However, this is outside the scope of this study. Outcome measures from this study would be to understand the priorities of companies and to also compare security methods with perceived consumer trust in various industries. This could help to identify areas where improvements in security can lead to increased consumer trust and, in turn, increased use of digital services. This paper sets out to investigate the ways in which cyber security can affect digital consumer trust both positively and negatively. The findings in this paper will help to give an understanding of how far-reaching the effects of security breaches and cyber-attacks can be for companies looking to establish a digital business. This is an area which affects all businesses from small to large, new to established, as in today's modern age it is both very difficult and expensive for a company to entirely avoid using internet- based technology frequently in the form of cloud systems. The purpose of this paper is to discover whether cyber security is having an inhibitive effect on companies looking to enter the digital market. It has been hypothesized that any negative effects on consumer trust as a result of security issues will lead to companies either staying with current non-digital offerings or withdrawing altogether from the market. This is an important topic and one which until now has not been widely researched. The issue of digital marketing is huge and the trend is for all companies in the future to have some form of digital offering. If there is a factor which is an inhibitor to this process, it needs to be known and understood as to its effects.

"In modern times, there has been a strong push to endorse patient-centric personal health records systems. Its purpose is to maintain long-term personal Health records and Health improvement plans. Incorporating a cloud computing environment, this system is designed to swiftly gather personal information and transmit it to the backend for secure storage, ensuring future accessibility. However, the inherent openness of message transmission in cloud environments underscores the critical need for robust security measures to cultivate user trust and confidence. Without a comprehensive security mechanism in place, users may harbor doubts regarding the integrity of the system, thereby undermining the implementation and efficacy of long-term health plans. To safeguard user privacy against potential threats such as malicious attacks or data breaches, it is imperative to establish distinct access levels for users within the cloud computing framework. This study proposes an authentication mechanism that ensures secure and reliable access to personal health records in the cloud, tailored to each user's authority level. The proposed authentication method uses a password to allowing the owner and authorized users to log in to the system and access the relevant personal records."

Diabetes mellitus is a complex and unique group of chronic disease characterized by hyperglycemia. Type 1 diabetes is most common in adolescents (diagnosed when they are 30 years of age or younger) and is generally thought to be caused by the immune - related destruction of the pancreatic beta cells that produce insulin. Type 2 diabetes is a progressive metabolic syndrome characterized by insulin resistance and pancreatic beta cell dysfunction. Although coronary artery disease (CAD) is the leading cause of death from type 1 diabetes the mechanisms underlying the increased risk are not well. Type 1 diabetes has increased the risk of premature death, with heart disease as a major component. The risk of coronary artery disease is predisposed to a certain extent by focusing on common risk factors including hemoglobin HbA1c and duration of diabetes ,but nonetheless people with type 1 diabetes have increased risk of CHD. Over the past few years there has been much debate over whether patients with type 2 diabetes should be treated as those with high risk of cardiovascular disease, even if T2DM should be considered as equivalent to cardiovascular disease , have too many patients with untreated T2DM , and diabetic doctors are more prone to diabetes , often forgetting all those cardiovascular risk. In this review we discuss the above mentioned topic , diabetes (type 1 and type 2) with cardiovascular disease, try to give suggestions, and raise the issue of whether we should start a discussion to treat all diabetic patients such as those with high risk of cardiovascular risk , or try to combine the definition and find such variable/risk factors that can be measured to help doctors to treat those patients properly.

Social media has become an integral part of modern society, transforming the way we communicate, share information, and connect with others. Social media refers to online platforms and websites that enable users to create, share, and exchange content in the form of text, images, videos, and other multimedia. Initially, Social media platforms allowed people to connect online. Indian Education stands at the nexus of evolution and opportunity; foremost among the hallmarks of this transformative journey is the anticipated Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 8.46% projected between 2024 and 2032. This growth narrative crystallizes into a formidable market size of US$225 billion by the fiscal year 2024-25, marking a monumental expansion according to insights from IMARC Group and Invest India. Today, we can see education institutions adapting these developments into their systems and relying on group resources and mechanisms to improve student life. The use of social media in education helps students, teachers and parents to get more useful information, to connect with learning groups and other educational systems that make education convenient. Social network tools afford students and institutions with multiple opportunities to improve learning methods.

Worldwide industrialization and economic growth increase the levels of materials and energy consumption, and industrial waste damage and pollute the environment causing global warming, the greenhouse gas effect and ozone depletion. Waste and emission of water and gas caused by the supply chain is one of the main sources of environmental pollution. Organizations are pressurized to implement green in their supply chain by using processes and raw materials which does not have any negative effect on the environment and this new concept is called Green Supply Chain Management. It is defined as an approach to improve the product, process and environment of the organization which considers environmental effects and also efficiently utilizes the resources in the entire supply chain. Out of almost seventeen GSCM practices only seven practices are considered the most impactful practices in the modern era. We need to explore one by one how these seven GSCM practices influence corporate sustainability which is an approach to make long-term stakeholder value by implementing a business strategy which emphasizes the cultural, social, environmental and economic dimensions of a business. Corporate sustainability helps the companies to grow to rethink the demands and needs of evolving society and the earth and to adapt the change. Corporate sustainability is often based on three interconnected pillars, commonly called as the triple bottom line. These pillars encompass economic, social, and environmental dimensions, and their integration is crucial for achieving long-term success and responsible business practices. Economic sustainability focuses on maintaining and enhancing the company's economic viability over the long term. It involves making decisions that contribute to financial stability, growth, and profitability. Environmental sustainability focuses on minimizing the environmental impact of business operations and promoting actions for the well-being of the earth. Social sustainability involves managing a company's impact on society and fostering positive relationships with its stakeholders. It prioritizes moral and socially accountable business conduct. Sustainability, however, is a complex and evolving topic. The World Bank Group long-term finance unit has been at the forefront of promoting Sustainable Finance globally though data provision, analytical work, instrument design and technical assistance to support regulators and investors in our client countries to 'green' their financial systems. One of the driving forces for the growth of sustainable finance is the need to mitigate climate risk. Climate change is making its presence felt in different forms such as extreme weather conditions, water scarcity, melting icebergs, etc. It makes it imperative to develop a lower carbon economy. This requires investment in the installation of wind farms, solar parks, electric vehicle infrastructure and more. This is where sustainable finance has an important role to play. Sustainable finance is the set of financial regulations, standards, norms and products that pursue an environmental objective. It allows the financial system to connect with the economy and its populations by financing its agents while maintaining a growth objective. Sustainable Finance is the process of taking due account of environmental social and governance (ESG) considerations when making investment decisions in the financial sector, leading to increased longer-term investments into sustainable economic activities and projects (European Commission). It has become a powerful movement led by regulators, institutional investors and asset managers globally. Finance contributes to poverty alleviation through economic growth and the development of green finance is related to the sustainable development of the world economy and environment. Green finance not only helps to promote sustainable economic development but also helps reduce poverty
