A line follower robot is a mobile gadget that can recognize and track lines that are created on the ground. The route is usually predefined and may be seen, e.g., as a black line on a white surface with a highly contrasting hue, or unseen, e.g., as a magnetic field. Thus, this kind of robot ought to detect the line using its infrared beam. (IR) sensors mounted under the apparatus. Subsequently, the information is sent to the CPU via assigned Transition buses. In order to enable the line follower robot to follow the path, the CPU will ascertain the proper commands and transmit them to the driver. TABAR's design and testing were done with the intention of competing in the Tabrize line follower robot competition. It does, however, have a few technical and mechanical problems. This article describes the design, implementation, and testing process of TABAR, a miniature line follower robot developed for the line follower robotics competition. Additionally, studies on mechanical and technological issues and problems have been conducted.

On 13 January 2022, at 16:55, of the 18 coaches of the Bikaner- Guwahati Express derailed as one of the traction motors fell off the locomotive, prompting the drivers to apply emergency brakes to the speeding train causing the last two assemblies of the locomotive to derail. Currently there is no system to detect the failure in traction motor arrangement. To avoid such accidents in future we are designing a system that will detect the above problem and give prior warning to the loco pilot. Also this project is Patentable. Large structures can be simulated for welding, which consists of an analytical thermal model combined with a non-linear structural finite element model that uses shell elements. A manufacturing analysis is conducted on the anticipated clamping forces, distortions, and residual stresses for varying clamping circumstances and plate thicknesses. Bolts are frequently used to link steel structures, and when they become loose, the structural integrity of the steel and cause accidents. A bogie, which functions as a modular subassembly of wheels and axles, is a chassis or structure with wheels that is fixed to the train. The initiative also looks into forced vibrations that cause tension, which is studied using simulations. In order to do this, ANSYS, a finite element program, is chosen, and load criteria from EN standards are taken into account. These standards are then thoroughly assessed for overall safety and dependability.

In modern manufacturing, the optimization of energy usage and operational efficiency is paramount to ensure competitiveness and sustainability. This research focuses on enhancing the efficiency of the BFW Special Purpose Machine (SPM) by addressing the excessive power consumption inherent in its hydraulic clamping system. The machine relies on an electric motor-driven hydraulic clamping system to secure workpieces on the machine table. However, the current configuration poses a significant challenge: the motor operates at a constant speed throughout the machining process, regardless of the fluctuating flow requirements of the hydraulic system. To rectify this inefficiency, we have implemented a novel solution. By integrating a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and an analog pressure sensor into the motor drive of the hydraulic clamping system, we can dynamically adjust the motor speed in response to varying load conditions. This adaptive approach optimizes power consumption, minimizing energy wastage without compromising operational effectiveness. Through systematic analysis and testing, the efficacy of this strategy in reducing power consumption will be rigorously evaluated. The outcomes of this research hold promise not only for enhancing the performance of the BFW SPM machine but also for advancing sustainable manufacturing practices on a broader scale.
