social behaviour. Sigmund Freud's three psychic zones--the id, the ego and the superego--are well evident in this select work. The id is the primary source of psychic energy and it helps one to fulfill their desires and the basic needs. It is more oriented towards pleasure without bothering about the social order. Hariharan has expressed this mentality of people in a number of places in her select works. These attributes are deeply fostered and rooted from the family and society in which he or she lives in and where most of his or her major contribution are attributed to. The more, one tends to understand the reason behind one's role in a family and society, the more he or she senses the logic behind his or her desires whether it brings bliss or isolation. Human being's individualistic identity and personality are decided by his or her psyche and social behaviour. The medicinal plants play an important role in the management of diseases. In India, almost 45,000 plant species are growing naturally and being cultivated. Dependence on plants as the source of medicine is prevalent in developing countries where traditional medicine plays a major role in health care. The rural population of a country is more disposed to traditional treatments because of their easy availability and lower cost. Herbal therapy, although still an unwritten science, is well established in some cultures and traditions and has become a way of life for almost 80% of the people in rural areas, especially those in Asia According to the present study, we conclude that plant medicines (Cissus quadrangularis and Cynadon dactylon) contain more than 15 chemical compounds and have a chance of showing better inhibitory activity when compared to the individual plants. Natural medicines have fewer or no side effects when compared to synthetic inhibitors. After comparing the results of this investigation with the synthetic inhibitor ?-amylase (acarbose) and the ?-glucosidase (ascorbic acid standard), we may infer that Cissus quadrangularis and Cynadon dactylon exhibit superior antidiabetic, antioxidant, and antifungal action.

More energy-consuming devices such as household electronics and more production facilities worldwide are causing increases in electricity demand and energy prices. The public service has difficulty maintaining the energy balance. These problems can be overcome by rapidly transforming the traditional electricity grid into a smart grid (SG) infrastructure. Smart meters (SMs) are an essential component of SGs and have vital tasks. This study has developed an Internet of Things (IoT) based SM that can reach high data rate of 38,400 bps or fre- quency of 160 MHz, using SQL Server for data storage and bidirectional data transmission with 174 W total load. In this way, consumers can track their energy consumption hourly, daily, and monthly, learn how much they spent on consumption, and receive warnings for a power outage. A fuzzy system and mobile application software are integrated into the SM structure for all these purposes. The designed device is believed to contribute significantly to the spread of SGs due to all these features.

The present study has examined the relationship of liquidity, leverage and profitability with dividend pay-out in one hand and determined the impact of liquidity, leverage and profitability on the dividend pay-out of select IT firms on the other. This study selected 19 IT firms as sample units who have been earning profit on a continuous basis during the study period. The study period covered for 12 years i.e. from 2008-09 to 2019-20. Data for the present study were collected from the annual reports and websites of the concerned companies. The data so collected were analyzed by statistical tools namely correlation and multiple regression analysis. For constructing regression model, Current Ratio, Debt-Equity Ratio and Return on Assets are taken as independent variables and they are proxy variables for liquidity, leverage and profitability respectively. The Dividend Payout Ratio is considered as dependent variable. The results of the study show that there is negative association between leverage and dividend pay-out as well as profitability and dividend pay-out. On the other hand, there is a positive association between liquidity and dividend pay-out. Further, the study reveals that liquidity, leverage and profitability have no statistically significant impact on the dividend pay-out whereas, on individual basis only ROA has significant impact on dividend pay-out of select IT firms.

The Indian economy is based on the farming industry, and the actual India is found in its villages. Rural economic development is required to achieve economic planning objectives. As a result, banks along with other financial firms are thought to play an important role in rural Indian economic expansion. NABARD contributes significantly to rural India's prosperity. A developing nation, such as India, should provide an excellent setting for microfinance projects aimed at reaching the underprivileged and achieving financial sustainability. Microfinance is seen as a key poverty reduction method, as well as a means of generating growth in the economy and creating jobs for small, micro, and medium-sized companies (SMMEs). A sophisticated collection of successful models, an association with engaged members, coordinated assistance for rural people, and active assistance from banks and NABARD in the country have arisen to sustain a vibrant business. Farmers can obtain bank credit in the form of short-term lending for crops and livestock, as well as medium- term/long-term financing via debt for capital expenditures in crops and associated operations such as land, including buying land for small irrigation, farm mechanization, program development, poultry and other domestic animals, fishing, cultivation, and the gardening industry. Funds are available for preserving, transforming, and trading agricultural goods in today's market. The National Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) also provides long-term and short-term financing to these organizations. This is a development of farming financing. This article attempts to clarify the notion of rural banking in India, NABARD's participation in credit sector priorities and numerous plans developed by NABARD for the sustained growth of rural India. This research is solely based on secondary data sourced from NABARD and RBI journals and accounting records.

This research paper presents the "User-Driven Generative AI Architectural Design" project, a pioneering endeavor aimed at reshaping architectural design methodologies that makes use of artificial intelligence (AI), notably Text-to-Image Generative Adversarial Networks (T2GAN), Stable Diffusion techniques, and Google Gemini for caption production. By combining user-driven inputs with AI-generated layouts, the "User-Driven Generative AI Architectural Design" initiative seeks to democratise architectural design. The collection of curated architectural layouts from real estate companies, architects, and the internet is used as the training dataset for the model. To increase diversity, rule-based techniques are added to the collection. This extensive dataset makes it easier to create a strong generative model that can generate architectural designs that are visually appealing. Through the integration of spoken language and the production of visual materials, this innovative method signifies a revolutionary development in the domains of architecture and interior design. The framework develops to create customised and contextually relevant architectural compositions through iterative refinement and user feedback mechanisms, representing a major step towards a more imaginative and user-centered architectural design approach.

In the canon of English Literature, especially in children's literature, the story of "The Selfish Giant" is immensely popular as it has an important moral message that is: Punishment for selfishness and Reward for kindness. It is the title which should be responsible to reflect that moral message of the story to its global readers in a complete sense. But here the title, "The Selfish Giant" semantically reflects only the selfishness of the Giant whereas it is seen in the story that the Giant becomes kind from almost the mid-portion of the story and remains kind still the end. So, this paper simply tries to uphold the fact that, to the global secular readers the title of this story is a little bit incomplete in the general sense as the story not only talks about selfishness but also talks about kindness. The complete title could have been "The Selfish Turned Kind Giant."
