Energy management and monitoring have always been unpredictable throughout India. This has led to the development of a straightforward yet insightful inquiry: "What is the new source of energy management?" The majority of our energy management-related concerns are resolved by this query. It has been observed generally across the nation that in order to monitor energy levels and provide a complete report about its use in kWh, an official must personally visit the user's home to verify historical meter readings before producing a chargeable report about the same. To show how a Smart Energy Meter (SEM) can generate an electricity bill while successfully decreasing errors. Methods: This SEM device blends contemporary technology with pre-existing electrical design, making it a low-cost solution suitable for the Indian setting. The suggested SEM just has a current sensor and a few related circuits. An Advanced Reduced Instruction Set Computer Machine (ARM7) microprocessor continuously monitors the system, and an integrated Android App makes the results available. A Wi-Fi module enables constant data updates and control over home equipment. Smart meter sensors are integrated into a PLC-equipped, PLC-controlled, and SCADA-monitored system. After connecting a wireless connection device, the system will collect observed data from the digital energy meter and transfer it to a server and the internet. Power theft will be discovered by a sensor, which will activate any time electricity is utilized improperly. A consumer utility grid will be automatically unplugged, and the customer's supply will be restored if there is a chance that it has been burglarized.

The power that communication operates in the contemporaneous world is amazing. This communication must be considered as a basic social process and as a phenomenon that is present in the society and not merely as an instrument of divulgement or transmission of information. It must be conceived as a transversal power that binds the entire world with its social, political, technological and cultural system, with inclusion of the organizations in this scope. The information and communication technologies are definitely revolutionizing the society and its way of life. The digital age arrives with a set of big communication challenges for traditional mainstream media: new relations with audiences (interactivity), new languages (multimedia) and a new grammar (hypertext). But this media revolution not only changes the communication landscape for the usual players, most importantly, it opens the mass communication system to a wide range of new players. As far as enterprises, institutions, administrations, organizations, groups, families and individuals start their own online presence, they become "Self-media", "sources" for traditional media, and in many cases, they produce strong "media criticism" setting the agenda with certain prime factors and frame opinion about how issues are covered by legacy media and delivering of alternative coverage. Blogs and social media represent the ultimate challenge for the old communication system because they integrate both: the new features of the digital world and a wide democratization in the access to media with a universal scope. Many examples are evident in the cultural industries, in the multimedia, on television (interactive, digital, cable and high definition), on cell phones and in all of the available media interactions (web 2.0, blogs, Facebook, Twitter etc.). All of this media convergence is a reality that is present in these days, influencing the individuals, the society and in all possible spaces - family, work and social participation. Communication itself has not changed, rather the means, which we use to communicate have changed. The manners associated with the ways we communicate with each other continue to be the key to how we understand each other. As new technology emerges, there are new manners associated with the new method of communication. So author aims to understand the paradigms of business communication in the digital age and describe how Internet has changed the public communication ecosystem. The author aims to perform a literature study by analysing the works of many authors on the society of information, of knowledge or digital and that analyze the media, transparent and communications society. Present study has descriptively analyzed and discussed the historical development, changing paradigms, latest issues and challenges of organizational communication.

A lot of wastage of energy in the existing systems of many conventional consumer products such as blender mixers drills grinders , and at an consideration even bikes and bicycles , it is theorized that the existing designs can be improved a lot in terms of efficiency by the use of flywheels, which acts as key element in the transfer of energy from a motor to the flywheel and then to the required way of application , basically a flywheel is connected toa motor by the means of a gear or belt systems (dependent on the traction required between them both) and then the shaft connected to the flywheel employs the use of a gearbox or transmission to generate the desired speed to torque ratio as per application

In this project we are implementing a heartbeat monitoring and heart attack detection system using the Internet of things. These days we have an increased number of heart diseases including increased risk of heart attacks. The sensor is then interfaced to a microcontroller that allows checking heart rate readings and transmitting them over internet. The user may set the high as well as low levels of heart beat limit. After setting these limits, the system starts monitoring and as soon as patient heart beat go es above a certain limit, the system sends an alert to the controller which then transmits this over the internet and alerts the doctors as well as concerned users. Also the system alerts for lower heartbeats. Whenever the user logs on for monitoring, the system also displays the live heart rate of the patient. Thus concerned ones may monitor heart rate as well get an alert of heart attack to the patient immediately from anywhere and the person can be saved on time.

The present study deals with the design and optimization of Luliconazole microsponges loaded topical drug delivery system to facilitate the controlled release of active drug into the skin in order to reduce the systemic exposure and minimize local cutaneous reactions to active drugs by DoE method of QbD Approach. Luliconazole Microsponges were prepared by quasi emulsion solvent diffusion method using Eudragit-RS100 as a polymer, polyvinyl alcohol, Ethanol as Internal phase volume and Liquid paraffin as External phase volume. For the development of microsponges, Quality by Design approach was implemented. Based on risk assessment of critical quality attributes (CQAs), Optimization of Luliconazole loaded Microsponge was done by Application of 24 Factorial Designs. Independent variable of formulation was Drug Concentration (X1), PVA Concentration(X2), Internal Phase Volume (X3) and Speed of Stirring (X4). The selected dependent variables were % Drug Content (Y1), Particle size (Y2), %CDR (Y3). The optimized batch of Luliconazole loaded Microsponge was evaluated by particle size, surface morphology and topography by SEM, Drug-Excipients compatibility study using FTIR Spectrum and further loaded into subsequent topical gel. For the optimized formulation, microsponges size was ranging from 8-50 ?m and encapsulation efficiency was 80-90 %. The in vitro drug release from the microsponges was found to be extended up to 8 Hr. The scanning electron micrographs of microsponges revealed perfect spherical shape of microsponges as well as encapsulation of drug. FT-IR patterns of microsponges had shown compatibility with polymers. The values of micromeritics properties indicated good flow properties of these microsponges. The formulations Optimized Luliconazole Microsponges (LZLERMS2) loaded Gel was subjected to stability studies for 1 month and it was found that there was no significant change in their physical appearance and drug content after period of stability testing. Finally we may conclude that Optimized Luliconazole Microsponges (LZLERMS2) loaded Gel were best formulation of Eudragit RS 100 as a retarding polymer. It was demonstrated that the use of Quality by Design (QbD) principles, provide an effective means to achieve a greater understanding of process and formulation parameters for microsphere preparation. From the study it can be concluded that it is possible to design a topical polymeric microsponges formulation for anti-fungal drug Luliconazole, mainly for the treatment of Tinea Corporis and related where efficacy and patient compliance are of prime importance.

Despite the perception that women are more forgiving than men, many studies have found different results. Additionally, little is known about gender-specific correlations or patterns of forgiveness experiences. In this dissertation, we examine how affect and anxiety influence forgiving behavior in men and women. Measurement tools include the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS), the State and Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and the Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS). The study included 114 participants, 75 females and 39 males. Quantitative analysis, including descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and correlation were used. The findings revealed that positive affect was related to higher levels of forgiving behaviour whereas, negative affect was related to lower levels of forgiveness, regardless of gender. State and Trait anxiety were found to be higher in women, and were correlated to one another.

The main objective of this research is to evaluate and investigate parenting styles and their influence on adolescents' self-esteem, particularly in the Indian context. There are 4 key kinds of parenting styles: authoritarian, authoritative, permissive, and neglectful. Both supposedly and virtually it has always been documented and proven that the authoritarian, authoritative, and permissive parenting styles have been kept as the concentration of this research to measure their outcome on adolescents' self-esteem because the careless approach of parents always hurts the features related to their "self." Therefore, the study's inclusion criteria were a random sampling approach. The chosen test for this review comprised of a sum of 110 members (60 females and 50 males) youths chosen from Delhi and NCR in India. 13 to 19 years was the age bracket (with no psychological handicap, normal young student, with almost identical fiscal foundation and just those from solid family units with moms who were makers at home). To determine the relationship, ten research papers were examined. It was discovered that the authoritative parenting style is regarded as the finest parenting style because it gives parents partial freedom and chances to understand their children. This has a noteworthy constructive effect on their children's self-esteem. In contrast, however, all of the studies have demonstrated that the authoritarian parenting style constantly damages children's self-esteem because it ends their self-confidence and makes them feel more apprehensive and inferior. In addition, male and female adolescents' levels of self-esteem in today's urban Indian context are not significantly different. Today, we must select an effective and appropriate parenting method for our children's upbringing to ensure their future security and foster their interdependence.

Through monitoring illness prevalence, describing the disease's natural history, and identifying determinants or causes of the disease, epidemiologic studies serve as the cornerstone for disease control and prevention. Peptic ulcer, Gastric ulcer, ulcerative colitis and other GI ulcers is one the most prevailing disease in this running time. The major reason for this is un-healthy life style, alcohol and tobacco consumption, junk eating, and many other life style related activities beside the bacterial infection, any physiological body change and disease induced. Treatment include usage of many drugs, herbal products and many other home remedies. And where the concept of drug use arises, concept of ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction) arises itself. ADR is a reaction to a drug which is toxic and unintended and which occurs at doses normally used in man for disease prevention, diagnosis, or treatment, or for the modification of physiologic function. Many ADRs remains undetected or hidden during the clinical studies so a post marketing surveillance and a continuous epidemiological study is required for the detection of ADR so desired action can be taken and patients reliance, safety can be maintained. More than 100 patients were counseled during the survey and a data of about 52 patients were collected, presented, analyzed, interpreted and concluded about their diseases specifically seeking GI ulcer like abdominal ulcer, peptic ulcer, duodenal ulcer and related disorders like ulcerative colitis, Zollinger-Ellison, piles, any disease and drug induced GI ulcer patients. They were counseled about the treatment they were receiving, their satisfaction and any ADR if suspected, detected, or reported.

ABSTRACT INTRODUCTION Children are the one of the precious gift given to mankind they are the future of the nation. Child molestation is like a virus - it attacks the host organism and alters it physically. Children who survive abuse to adulthood in turn are more likely to abuse their own children who, if they survive, grow up more likely to abuse their own children. OBJECTIVES To assess the knowledge of junior high school children regarding child molestation. To assess the effectiveness of awareness programme on knowledge regarding child molestation among junior high school children by comparing pre-test and post test knowledge score. To determine the association between mean pre-test knowledge score of junior high school and selected socio- demographic variables regarding child molestation. METHOD A quantitative research done with pre experimental research design among 72 participants of J.M Junior high school in Moradabad, samples was selected by simple random sampling. Self structured questionnaire were used to collect the data. RESULT Findings reveal that the among 72 respondents, majority were females 44(61.1%), in age the most were belongs to 13 years 28(38.8%), of samples 30(41.7%) were studying in 8th standard, 39(54.2%) were belongs to Hindu religion, 37(51.4%) were live with joint family, in area of residence 39(54.2%) were live in urban area, among them most of them 31(43.1%) were got information mass media and in related education of parents 45(62.5%) were studied intermediate and above. Pre-test revealed that junior high school children were having low level of knowledge with a mean score of 7.40 out of 25. After awareness programme post test score increased to 18.51, which shows the effectiveness of awareness programme. It has been found that variables like age, gender, class, religion, type of family, area of residence, source if information and education of parents shows a significant no association with pre-test knowledge level. INTERPRETATION AND CONCLUSION As the mean post test score is significantly higher than that of the pre-test it is evident that the knowledge junior high school children was improved after the awareness programme. The tool developed can be used to identify individuals in need of awareness programme as well as to assess the effectiveness of child molestation.

The study investigates the compliance of the partner Local Government Units with the Wireless Access for Health Information System in the Province of Tarlac. A quantitative descriptive research approach was employed, including surveys and interviews with physicians, nurses, and other staff members. The study found that overall compliance with EMR for three consecutive years from 2020, 2021, and 2022 are 8, 9, and 9 consecutively with an adjectival rating of Partially Compliant for all years and this affirms that there are still some barriers to adoption and utilization. These included concerns about privacy and security, lack of training, and resistance to change. The results of this study suggest that in order to promote more widespread and effective use of EMRs, healthcare organizations need to address these barriers and provide additional support and training for their staff. Thus, one of the foremost recommendations is that the Government of Tarlac should refer to the latest pronouncements from the Department of Health and PhilHealth governing electronic reporting of patient and health data through validated Health Information System like the WAH Digital Health platform. These are DOH Memorandum 2021-0035 enumerating revisions in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) Manual of Procedures and the DOH-PHIC Joint Administrative Order (JAO) 2021-0002 titled "Mandatory Adoption and Use of National Health Data Standards for Interoperability. The LGU should mandate all LGUs to use the system for recording and reporting to properly maximize the use of data from recording, reporting, and decision-making purposes.
