A descriptive type of cross-sectional study was conducted to assess the level of patient's satisfaction regarding Basic Nursing Care provided by the Senior Staff Nurses working at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), Dhaka. This study was conducted from November 2013 to April 2014. Selected sample size was 100 admitted patients (respondents) through following purposive sampling technique. The investigators used 5-points Likert Scale questionnaire for data collection on 5 areas of Basic Nursing care like Breathing, Eating and drinking, Assisting with dressing, checking of vital signs, and Administration of drugs those provided by the senior staff nurses. Face to face interview technique was followed for data collection from the respondents. Simple descriptive statistics was used to analysis the data. The collected data was processed manually first then it was analyzed with the help of computer software program for graphical presentation of findings. The study findings showed that all the respondents were male and their mean age was 35.55 years. The level of patient's satisfaction is very much related and dependent regarding the basic nursing care provided by the nurses. On the basis of levels of satisfaction of the respondents it was observed that the respondent's satisfaction levels regarding basic nursing care obtained from senior staff nurses were 3% excellent, 19% very good, 32% good, 38%, average and poor 8%. Finally, the five areas' results were included together where the findings revealed that the majority of the respondents (92%) showed positive opinion as satisfaction regarding basic nursing care obtained from nurses. On the other hand, only few (8%) respondents put negative opinion as dissatisfaction. The investigators recommended and concluded that patient's satisfaction level might be increased regarding the basic nursing care provided by the nurses through providing refresher training and other facilities. The investigators also suggested for further research in this area in large scale to assess patients' satisfaction with basic nursing care and its relevant influencing factors related with basic nursing care.

Breast cancer is the most prevalent cancer worldwide with about 1 million new cases annually. In Bangladesh, it has overtaken cancer of the cervix to become the commonest malignancy in women. While studies conducted to assess breast cancer knowledge among women showed satisfactory level in some places. Other reports, especially from developing countries like Bangladesh revealed inadequate knowledge and awareness about the disease. Breast self-examination (BSE), clinical breast examination (CBE) and Mammography are recognized screening methods for breast cancer. Female healthcare professionals have greater influence on women's positive perception of breast cancer and motivation to practice screening methods for early detection of the disease. To assess the perceptions of breast cancer risk factors and early detection measures among nurses in Bangladesh. The study was a cross-sectional descriptive type of study in which exposure the present status is measured simultaneously in a given population as performed on the level of awareness of breast cancer risk factors and early detection measures among nurses. The study populations were 300 respondents that selected areas through random sampling technique from different medical college hospital, general hospital, nursing college/ nursing institute. Data were collected by questionnaires and also by secondary sources that focused on extensive literature review covering relevant national-level studies and reports. Out of 300 respondents, 90.0% respondents said that about whether breast cancer can be prevented and 30(10.0%) were did not know whether breast cancer can be prevented. Most of the respondents 97.7% said that they didn't received radiation treatment for any reasons of breast cancer. Results also showed that 196(65.3%) strongly agree, about the distribution of routine breast cancer screening is necessary for women >40 and only 4(1.3%) disagreed about this. On the other hand, about source of information 61.7% were well known from training institution about prevention of breast cancer.

The issues of child labour is a major challenge for our country, the child labourers are working in agriculture, brick kiln, construction, stone breaking, hotel, restaurant, animal husbandry manufacturing, and household work even though they are self employed. There are many factors behind the issues of child labour which lead to decrease physical, social, moral and mental development of children. And we needed to solve these issues for future human development. The migrant child labour is also visible all over India in this matter, abandoning their schooling in the process. The ignorance of schooling, that it is a violation of children's human rights, or because they have no choice, having been forced to work by circumstances arising from poor household conditions. The primary focus of this study is on the scenario of child labour in India, the numerous factors of the problem, the constitutional provisions, laws, child rights programs, and recommendations for resolving the issue. India is a welfare state, and the Constitution of India provides provision for children's rights. Besides, there are legal provisions for children rights, but in reality, these are often needed for equal implementation.

In recent days, additive manufacturing plays a vital role in industry, such as Automobile, Textile, Robotics, Construction, Aerospace and Medical field etc. To fullfill the industry requirement, one of the technologies in additive manufacturing is 3D printing which is used mainly which increase the demand for 3D printing filament in industry. India generates more than 9.4 million tonnes of plastic waste per year, in these more than 1.4 million tonnes of plastic is PET bottle, over 9400 tonnes of plastic waste in still landfilled or ends up in ground water. Traditional method of recycling PET is the mechanical method which required more energy and cost. The main objective of the project is to fabricate the 3D printing filament extruder to recycle the PET bottles into the 3D printing filament. The extruder can produce the filament from the various thermoplastics such as PLA, ABS, Nylon and PETG. By recycling the plastic, the environmental pollution caused by the plastic may be reduced and tackle the demand of 3D printing filament in industries.

We evaluated and fine-tuned GPT-turbos and several models for specific and sometimes common "tasks" in multi-agent systems. By building multi-agent systems on the fly, we composed multiple autonomous pipelines with observability. Dozens of multi-agent configurations were evaluated with specific agent inputs and outputs also evaluated against the final outcome. This data was then used to evaluate specific agentic models that have been fine-tuned for tasks commonly found in multi-agent environments. We also fine-tuned GPT based on these data and evaluation datasets. We find that purpose-built systems have great performance, while the current state of on-the-fly fine-tuning may still require human intervention for data processing for best results by comparing our datasets with extant datasets used for the same purposes.

Cervical cancer has been identified as the second most common cancer in women and contributes to the high mortality rate in women. Among all cancers in women, cervical cancer is rated the second most common cancer in women worldwide. In poorly resourced settings, access to services offering cervical screening is still a challenge and it is estimated that more than 50% of women in developing countries have never had a single screening test for cervical abnormalities. This study wills awareness of cervical cancer among women at Rangpur division in Bangladesh. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 150 women. The women's score on knowledge, attitude, awareness and practice were categorized as sufficient or insufficient. The results of this study showed that 60% of respondents were informed by health care professionals on cervical cancer. Health care workers also should play a vital role in educating communities on cervical cancer and on the benefits for cervical cancer screening, through reaching all patients who utilize health care services with cervical cancer information and also communities through outreach programmes.

It has been almost three decades since the Super Cyclone ravaged Odisha. Around eighteen million people were affected, more than ten thousand precious lives were lost, and the economy was devastated. The event, however, marked a turning point in Odisha's development trajectory. Not only did the cyclone-prone state resolve to protect its people from future disasters setting the goal of zero-human casualties, it also emerged as a global pioneer in disaster management. Today, Odisha is more resilient with support from civil society organisations. When Cyclone Phailin struck the coast in 2013, Odisha carried out one of the most successful disaster management efforts in the world, evacuating close to one million people ahead of the strongest cyclone to hit the country since the Super Cyclone. In 2019, when another powerful cyclone Fani struck, the Odisha government showed a high degree of preparedness and effectively evacuated about 1.2 million people based on these predictions. In 1999, in the wake of the Super Cyclone, Odisha became the first state in India to establish a disaster management authority well before the establishment of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in 2005. But empowering communities is just one part of the solution. Building disaster-resilient infrastructure is equally important. Since this requires collaboration between several government departments and civil society organisations OSDMA has taken the lead in putting in place critical infrastructure that protects the lives and livelihoods of the people. The World Bank, along with several other multilateral agencies, has been privileged to partner with the Govt of Odisha, helping to strengthen it in its formative years. This article attempts a critical analysis of the steps augmented by international and national relief and rehabilitation organisations.

In today's dynamic digital landscape, the development of a Smart Chatbot Application is of immense significance for my final year engineering project in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This project is a fusion of advanced AI and ML techniques, creating a chatbot capable of simulating human-like text-based interactions, a crucial component in modern customer support services. The primary objective is to design a chatbot that can decipher and resolve customer complaints and queries. Leveraging natural language processing (NLP), the chatbot processes customer inputs and efficiently searches through a database for appropriate solutions. An innovative twist lies in its ability to recognize new, previously undocumented solutions, deftly handing over the conversation to support staff for resolution. Furthermore, the chatbot's learning capability is a vital aspect. By analyzing interactions between customers and support staff, it continually updates its knowledge base, making it better equipped to tackle similar issues in the future. This project presents a prime example of AI and ML applications in real-world problem-solving, contributing to efficient customer support and elevating user satisfaction. It's a journey into the practical realm of AI and machine learning, aimed at enhancing human-computer interactions and redefining customer service in the digital age.

India is a developing country, and the population of India is significantly growing. India stands within the 2nd place in the world in terms of population. As there will be an increase in population gradually there will be increased in the number of vehicles, due to which the traffic congestion increases and because of which emergency vehicles like ambulances, fire engines, etc. face difficulty in reaching their destination in time. Under these circumstances, a promising system that can clear the traffic signal, especially in peak hours, and thus provide a safe route for emergency vehicles is extremely important. In existing literature, there's less focus shown on the emergency vehicles to clear the trail, to overcome this issue a system is proposed by using this technique we will manage and regulate the traffic signals at the junction which emergency vehicles approach. Thus there'll be easy passing out for the emergency vehicles in traffic congestion. The proposed framework is modeled by means of an experimental setup using Arduino and LED displays which simulate a true-time traffic scenario. These simulation results illustrate the terms of detection still as is providing passing for the emergency vehicle to of holdup in peak hours. Keywords-- traffic, emergency vehicle, destination.

The severe and recurrent signs of a systemic form of lupus is lupus nephritis (LN). Keeping chronic kidney disease (CKD) at rest is the primary objective of LN care. The prognosis and quality of life for people with systemic lupus nephritis are significantly affected by the onset of LN, which impacts up to 60% of them. In more recent years, new medications that stop the progression of kidney damage and particular pathways have been identified, and the method for diagnosing to LN has been improved. Restoring normal renal function or, at least, stopping the progressive loss of kidney function is the primary goal of treatment for lupus nephritis. Depending on the type of lesion, numerous treatments are used. Another multisystem autoimmune ailments that often affects the kidneys is systemic lupus erythematosus. The most frequent cause of damage to kidneys among individuals having systemic lupus erythematosus is lupus nephritis (LN), that additionally presents an elevated risk for morbidity as well as mortality. The cause of lymphoplasma is varied. This heterogeneity is probably caused by environmental as well as genetic variables. Although our understanding of the pathogenesis of LN has grown, here have been few improvements in treatment, and the risk of kidney failure remains too high. The present version of the Core Curriculum of Nephrology provides an in-depth discussion of the most recent information about the pathophysiology, diagnosis, medical treatment, and epidemiology of LN.

When two people of different sexes live together and engage in married behaviours without following religious sanctity, it is referred to as a live-in relationship. "An arrangement of living under which the unmarried couples live together to conduct a long-term relationship similarly as in marriage" is the widely recognised definition of a live-in relationship. A live-in relationship, put simply, is a situation where a man and a woman cohabitate without being married.Following independence, society grew to understand the importance of individual rights and moral principles. Bigamy was criminalised, and women's rights became increasingly apparent. Today, bigamy is prohibited due to ethical and legal reasons. However, the practice of cohabitation is constantly evolving daily. In recent years, India has seen a rise in popularity for the new, western-inspired form of non-marital cohabitation. Even though such a relationship is completely forbidden in Indian culture, the judiciary is in some ways acknowledging it by reading the law as it stands. Although live-in relationships are not recognised by personal laws as being on the same level as marriage, they are recognised as "marriage like relations" under section 2(f) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act of 2005.The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act of 2005 was passed with the intention of more effectively protecting women who are victims of domestic violence of any kind, as guaranteed by their constitutions, and for matters incidental or related thereto.Getting married, settling down, and becoming accepted as a married couple in society is the ultimate goal. Living together is a decision made by two mature heterosexual individuals. Prior to getting married, they planned to assess their compatibility. The idea of cohabitation has emerged from the shadows and is now somewhat acknowledged by the law. There have been no changes made to the current personal laws, despite the ongoing public debate and the recommendations and opinions that continue to come in from various authorities and commissions to reform the current laws. Thus, it is imperative to investigate whether or not live-in partnerships are appropriate for the nation's personal laws. The two primary arguments against the legalisation of live-in relationships in India are the harm done to a "legally wedded wife" and her children and the encouragement of bigamy.

Efficient logistics is the back-bone of global shipping, and the delivery delays can have far-reaching consequences, including dissatisfied customers and lost revenue in the business. With diverse shipping needs, the industry requires adaptable and effective solutions for transporting goods worldwide. While air freight offers speed, its high costs make sea shipping a preferred choice for bulk cargo. However, sea shipping faces many challenges, which includes natural disasters, congested ports, outdated infrastructure, slow customs clearance, and cyber threats. Moreover, cargo is vulnerable to damage, theft, and misrouting during transport, resulting in significant financial losses. This case study looks at the key issues affecting sea shipping, focusing on cargo damage, theft, and wrong routing and technology solutions for efficient delivery of cargo.
