"To deprive a man of his natural liberty and to deny him the ordinary amenities of his life is worse than starving the body; it is starvation of the soul, the dweller in the body." -Mahatma Gandhi. Personal liberty is fundamental to each indivial, which is protected by Article 21 as an inherent and essential right. 'Anticipatory bail' is a very important element of this basic right even though it is not mentioned specifically in the 1973 Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), this clause was created with the intention to prevent unjustified incarceration and upholding the notion that 'someone is innocent until proven guilty', this allows a person to apply forbail even before they are placed under arrest. And because it is a provision that has in the past been absued by those who were accused of grave crimes, it can be said that anticipatory bail developed through many difficulties. The paper wants to explore the origins of anticipatory bail, contradictory verdicts by courts that led it to its current status, and the intended as well as adverse effects of the practice. It aims to give a thorough understanding of anticipatory bail's development and its effects on people's rights and the judicial system.

This comparative study investigates the awareness of intrapersonal skills among prospective teachers, highlighting the significance of these skills for effective teaching and leadership. Intrapersonal intelligence, essential for self-identification and understanding of personal needs and aspirations, fosters a positive internal dialogue, resilience, and appropriate emotional responses. According to Hogan and Warrenfelz's domain model, intrapersonal skills, including adaptability and self-management, are critical for problem-solving and success in changing environments. Adaptability encompasses coping with uncertainty, handling work stress, and interacting with diverse personalities and cultures. Self-management involves autonomous work, selfmonitoring, and continuous self-development. The study compares awareness levels across various demographics, including institution type (private vs. government), discipline (arts vs. science), and gender. Key findings indicate that prospective teachers from private institutions show a higher awareness of intrapersonal skills than government institutions. However, there is no significant difference in the awareness level of prospective teachers in the domains of discipline and gender. The study underscores the importance of fostering intrapersonal skills in teacher education programs to enhance future educators' selfregulation and adaptability, thereby improving their teaching efficacy and leadership potential.

Antique furniture refers to pieces of furniture that are at least a hundred years old, typically crafted with a high level of skill and artistry. They are a vital component of heritage. These items often carry historical, cultural, or aesthetic significance, reflecting the craftsmanship and design trends of the era in which they were created. Some of this furniture has been discarded or lost its heritage value for various reasons analyzed in this article. Most of the disowned antique furniture ends up in landfills, adding to the global solid waste. Furniture restoration is a delicate balance between preserving history and embracing eco-conscious practices. This article explores sustainable renovation techniques by carefully selecting eco-friendly materials that become an intersection of tradition and modern sustainability. Incorporating sustainable principles into furniture renovation reduces the environmental impact and promotes a circular economy. The process of renovation is to assess the condition of furniture along with its period style, removal of grime, structural repairs, refinishing with eco-friendly nontoxic finishes that are free of volatile organic compounds, and cladding with organic upholstery. Another methodology is to club and mix-match furniture parts to recombine and transfer them into aesthetically designed furniture. The Main factor to remember as the goal during the renovation of antique furniture is to preserve its historical and aesthetic value. This research is about repurposing discarded materials or transforming old furniture into new ones, saving the expansion of landfills, and utilizing existing materials or furniture components to create new pieces. The past can be preserved, and the future sustained, through the harmonious renovation of antique treasures.

Corruption has become normalized in our administrative and political environments. All Indian citizens now experience the same thing, having gone through seventy-six years of independence and seventy-three years of constitutional enforcement: they are unable to visit any public office or organization and obtain the services to which they are entitled without either paying a bribe or using the influence of VIP recommendations or references. Corruption has impacted every facet of our political, governmental, and economic structures, much like cancer does. Despite efforts to lessen and control bureaucratic discretion, abolish the licensing raj, open the economy to the rest of the world, and improve accountability and transparency, corruption has expanded even more. Corruption is a major problem in the nation.
