 Abstract

This study examines digital financial inclusion and financial literacy in the Himalayan states of India, utilizing data up to November 2023 from sources like NCFE 2019, FinEQUITY BRIEF 2021, and the Digidhan dashboard. The focus is on the analysis of digital financial inclusion and digital financial literacy, assessing how these contribute to the adoption of digital payment platforms such as BHIM, *99#, RUPAY, IMPS, and AEPS. The findings reveal diverse adoption levels of digital financial services across the region. States like Uttarakhand and West Bengal show advanced usage of digital payment systems, while Arunachal Pradesh and others display early stages of digital financial involvement. The analysis shows variability in digital financial literacy and inclusion compared to the national average, highlighting the impact of education and awareness in promoting digital financial integration.

The project is dedicated to formulating an herbal soap harnessing the extract Palash Flower peel. An herbal soap was formulated using the flower of the extract. Ayurvedic cosmetic are also known as the herbal cosmetics. The natural content in the herbs does not have any side effects on the human body. The Palash Flowerflower extract has high potential on antimicrobial activity. Palash flower tree has attracted worldwide prominence owing to its wide range of medicinal properties anti acne, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, antibacterial attributes. The use of herbs soaps provides various benefits, such as soothing and healing the skin providing fragrance, and reducing stress and anxiety. It is made using natural ingredients that are biodegradable and do not harm the environment. There is a growing demand to attain and preserve good skin. When a little amount of the herbal soap was dissolved in distilled water, it produced most stable foam. the herbal soap has antibacterial qualities and acts non-irritatingly on the skin which is encouraging.

 Abstract

Patients with heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, and sudden cardiac death are at high risk for cardiovascular disease. The risk of cardiovascular disease is increased in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), but the incidence and consequences of cardiovascular disease in this group are already higher than in the population (CKD stages 1-3). The leading cause of death in the high-risk group is cardiovascular disease, not end-stage renal disease (CKD stage 5). Chronic kidney disease (CKD) causes an active, persistent pro-inflammatory state that leads to atherosclerotic lesions, Vascular calcification and vascular aging, which is involved in vascular and myocardial remodeling processes, as well as myocardial fibrosis and heart valve calcification. Therefore, CKD is similar to the aging process of the heart.

 Abstract

Advanced angiographic techniques in interventional radiation have gained importance in the treatment of many life-threatening diseases, especially stroke and aortic injury, and have become increasingly used. In recent years, technology has led to more invasive and complex surgeries and longer fluoroscopy times. This includes the risk of overdose, which may in some cases lead to radiological findings such as erythema in patients undergoing angiographic examinations. In this context, this process has recently started to be implemented in accordance with national and international regulations regarding radiation protection. At the same time, the risk of stochastic effects must be evaluated for each patient against the expected benefits of the treatment itself. The dangers of drug use are not limited to the patient but can also affect radiologists and medical staff. Cataracts are a growing problem, especially among doctors. Additionally, the long-term effects of repeated and long-term exposure to X-rays have long been ignored by radiologists but have emerged in the past few years. Various efforts use individual, individual, and organizational measures to improve outcomes for patients and health professionals.

 Abstract

Electric vehicles, which are in high demand these days, emit no tailpipe emissions, significantly reducing smog and greenhouse gas emissions. Electric vehicles use electricity to recharge their batteries rather than fossil fuels such as petrol and diesel. Electric vehicles are more efficient, and when combined with the cost of electricity, charging an electric vehicle is less expensive than filling up with petrol or diesel. With the growing demand for electric vehicles, there is a greater need for dependable and long-term charging infrastructure or systems. The purpose of this paper is to provide a sustainable and convenient charging solution for electric vehicles by utilizing renewable energy sources such as solar power. Furthermore, an electric vehicle charging station is created using an Arduino microcontroller, wireless charging coil modules, a solar panel, and an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module.

Asset management companies (AMCs) oversee mutual funds that pool investments from individual and corporate investors to engage in a diverse array of assets, encompassing stocks, bonds, real estate, and more. AMCs commonly provide equity mutual funds across various risk levels. This study compares the large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap portfolios of two emerging AMCs: Nippon India Mutual Fund and Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund. The analysis is conducted on an impartial and equity basis. The ultimate selection of mutual funds hinges on pertinent factors such as assets under management, compensation, share count, management expertise, etc. This research endeavors to discern the correlation between the performance of chosen investment funds and the criteria investors consider when making fund selections.

So now the time table needed to schedule the faculty at provided time. slots in such a way that their timings do not overlap and the time table schedule, makes best use of all faculty subject demands. The Automatic Timetable Generator system will take various inputs like details of faculty, students, subjects and depending upon these inputs it will generate a possible time table, making optimal utilization of all resources in a way that will best suit the specified constraints or college rules. Automatic Timetable Generator system is an automated system which generates time table according to the data given by the user.  Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate parents' views, convictions, and comfort levels in relation to their kids' sexual education. In light of the critical role parents play in influencing their child's conception of sexuality, this study uses a semi-structured interviewing method to apply the theme analysis approach to fifteen parents. The goal of the study is to investigate the rich and varied viewpoints that parents bring to the conversation on their children's sexual development. Their opinions, convictions, and comfort zones around their kids' sexual development will be recorded.Thematic analysis of the transcribed interview will enable the discovery of recurrent themes, patterns, and differences in the perspectives of the parents. The objectives of our study are (1) to identify the range of attitudes and beliefs parents hold regarding their children's sex education (2) to explore the factors influencing parents comfort level in discussing sexuality with their children. (3) to identify the differences between male and female parent attitude, belief and comfort levels. And our findings are anticipated to reveal the spectrum of attitudes and beliefs among parents, shedding light on areas where guidance and support may be needed, and insight from the thematic analysis will contribute to the development of targeted interventions enhancing parental comfort and proficiencies in enhancing their children's sexual development. Additionally, the study aims to inform educators, policymakers, and health care professionals on strategies to promote open and constructive parent-child communication about sexuality.

 Abstract

The study was undertaken to find out if there is a relationship between the two important concepts in organisational behaviour i.e. work-life balance and organisational commitment. In addition to other elements influencing organisational performance, they can have an impact on workers' job happiness, engagement, and productivity. We examined the WLB and employee commitment levels of workers in Indian organisations for the purposes of this study. The sample size for this quantitative study was 85 participants. SPSS was used for data analysis once the information was gathered via surveys. A correlation study was carried out for statistical analysis, and the results indicate a noteworthy positive relationship between WLB and employee commitment.

 Abstract

The quest for sustainable and eco-friendly fuel alternatives has led to the exploration of animal fat oil blends as a potential substitute for traditional diesel. This study investigates the performance and combustion characteristics of a VCR engine powered by an animal fat oil blend. The experimental setup involves a single-cylinder VCR engine subjected to various compression ratios to determine the optimal operational parameters. The blend, comprising a significant proportion of rendered animal fat and conventional diesel, aims to reduce carbon emissions while maintaining engine efficiency. Preliminary results indicate that the animal fat oil blend exhibits satisfactory performance, with a notable improvement in brake thermal efficiency and a reduction in specific fuel consumption. The combustion analysis reveals a stable flame propagation and reduced soot formation, suggesting a cleaner combustion process. Fuel properties of biodiesel obtained from animal fat oil were determined in the laboratory using standard procedure and an experimental setup was constructed to study the performance of a diesel engine. We used different lower blend of biodiesel such as B20. and various compression ratios CR14 and CR15.

The rapid urbanization and increasing environmental concerns have led to a growing demand for sustainable transportation solutions. In response to this, the development of electric vehicles has gained significant attention. This paper presents the design and development of an electric cart (E-Cart) tailored for urban mobility. The E-Cart is envisioned as a compact, lightweight, and environmentally friendly vehicle suitable for short-distance transportation within urban areas. The design process involves considerations for energy efficiency, aerodynamics, safety, and user comfort. Additionally, the integration of smart technologies enhances the functionality and usability of the E-Cart. The proposed E-Cart aims to provide an efficient and eco-friendly alternative to conventional modes of urban transportation, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable urban mobility. The project is about mini electric cart. It has 750 watt traction motor for high performance because there is initial power loss in normal conventional motor. The power can be distributed by lithium-ion battery with direct to direct convertor. This direct to direct convertor is used in this vehicle for electronic accessories. Battery is used to charging and discharging of battery. The direct to direct controller can be used to control the supply of electric energy to electric components.
