With the gaming industry's incredible evolution, there is an emergent need to balance player engagement with well-being. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, studies in psychology & associated fields have shown a renewed curiosity towards studying gaming behaviour among the young population. The goal of this study was to explore the impact of present young adults' engagement in online gaming activities on their social skills & its correlation with their intelligence level. Specifically, the study intended to probe the link between social skills and intelligence level in young adults, as well as to determine if there exist any differences on account of gender within these variables. The sample comprised of 81 undergraduate students (44 male & 38 female) within ages 18-23 years studying in Delhi-NCR. Social Functioning (SFQ) & Raven's Progressive Matrice (RSPM) were used to derive data as measures of social skills and intelligence level, respectively. Statistical analysis was done using Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation & Welch's t-test. The analysis has revealed a potential link between cognitive performance and social interactions (r = -.239, p = 0.032), indicating an inverse relationship between scores on the cognitive task (Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices) and scores on social functioning. intriguing findings regarding gender disparities were revealed by performing thorough analysis of the social functioning and cognitive performance of our participants, revealing interesting gender differences within our sample.

BACKGROUND: Nurses are the backbone of the patient care in hospitals, so knowledge of nurses regarding standards of NABH protocol affects the patient care. Awareness of nurses regarding NABH protocol is one of the important aspects of health care system in India. Patients are the biggest beneficiaries from NABH accreditation, as it results in high quality of care and patient safety. The patient gets services by credential medical staff. It also helps the staff of the hospital as it provides continuous learning and good working environment. As the nation's hospitals face increasing demands to participate in a wide range of quality improvement activities, the role and influence of nurses in these efforts is also increasing. Hospitals confront challenges with regard to nursing involvement, including scarcity of nursing resources, difficulty engaging nurses at all levels--from bedside to management, growing demands to participate in more activities often duplicative, quality improvement activities, the burdensome nature of data collection and reporting and shortcomings of traditional nursing education in preparing nurses for their evolving role in today's contemporary hospital setting. Because nurses are the key caregivers in hospitals, they can significantly influence the quality of care provided and ultimately, treatment and patient outcomes. Consequently, hospitals' pursuit of high-quality patient care is dependent, at least in part, on their ability to engage and use nursing resources effectively, which will likely become more challenging as these resources become increasingly limited. In recent years, emphasis on improving the quality of care provided by the nation's hospitals has increased significantly and continues to gain momentum. Because nurses are integral to hospitalized patients' care, nurses also are pivotal in hospital efforts to improve quality. As hospitals face increasing demands to participate in a wide range of quality improvement activities, they are reliant on nurses to help address these demands

Patients with heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, and sudden cardiac death are at high risk for cardiovascular disease. The risk of cardiovascular disease is increased in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), but the incidence and consequences of cardiovascular disease in this group are already higher than in the population (CKD stages 1-3). The leading cause of death in the high-risk group is cardiovascular disease, not end-stage renal disease (CKD stage 5). Chronic kidney disease (CKD) causes an active, persistent pro-inflammatory state that leads to atherosclerotic lesions, Vascular calcification and vascular aging, which is involved in vascular and myocardial remodeling processes, as well as myocardial fibrosis and heart valve calcification. Therefore, CKD is similar to the aging process of the heart.

Advanced angiographic techniques in interventional radiation have gained importance in the treatment of many life-threatening diseases, especially stroke and aortic injury, and have become increasingly used. In recent years, technology has led to more invasive and complex surgeries and longer fluoroscopy times. This includes the risk of overdose, which may in some cases lead to radiological findings such as erythema in patients undergoing angiographic examinations. In this context, this process has recently started to be implemented in accordance with national and international regulations regarding radiation protection. At the same time, the risk of stochastic effects must be evaluated for each patient against the expected benefits of the treatment itself. The dangers of drug use are not limited to the patient but can also affect radiologists and medical staff. Cataracts are a growing problem, especially among doctors. Additionally, the long-term effects of repeated and long-term exposure to X-rays have long been ignored by radiologists but have emerged in the past few years. Various efforts use individual, individual, and organizational measures to improve outcomes for patients and health professionals.

Electric vehicles, which are in high demand these days, emit no tailpipe emissions, significantly reducing smog and greenhouse gas emissions. Electric vehicles use electricity to recharge their batteries rather than fossil fuels such as petrol and diesel. Electric vehicles are more efficient, and when combined with the cost of electricity, charging an electric vehicle is less expensive than filling up with petrol or diesel. With the growing demand for electric vehicles, there is a greater need for dependable and long-term charging infrastructure or systems. The purpose of this paper is to provide a sustainable and convenient charging solution for electric vehicles by utilizing renewable energy sources such as solar power. Furthermore, an electric vehicle charging station is created using an Arduino microcontroller, wireless charging coil modules, a solar panel, and an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module.

The quest for sustainable and eco-friendly fuel alternatives has led to the exploration of animal fat oil blends as a potential substitute for traditional diesel. This study investigates the performance and combustion characteristics of a VCR engine powered by an animal fat oil blend. The experimental setup involves a single-cylinder VCR engine subjected to various compression ratios to determine the optimal operational parameters. The blend, comprising a significant proportion of rendered animal fat and conventional diesel, aims to reduce carbon emissions while maintaining engine efficiency. Preliminary results indicate that the animal fat oil blend exhibits satisfactory performance, with a notable improvement in brake thermal efficiency and a reduction in specific fuel consumption. The combustion analysis reveals a stable flame propagation and reduced soot formation, suggesting a cleaner combustion process. Fuel properties of biodiesel obtained from animal fat oil were determined in the laboratory using standard procedure and an experimental setup was constructed to study the performance of a diesel engine. We used different lower blend of biodiesel such as B20. and various compression ratios CR14 and CR15.
