In Hinduism there are mainly four classical spiritual paths. These are Jnana Yoga (Path of knowledge), Karma Yoga (Path of action), Raj Yog (Path of meditation) and Bhakti Yoga (Path of devotion to God). Karma Yog is a path of spiritual liberation through action. But here is an important question that what type of action we should do and how we perform these actions that after doing these action we can attain peace at mind and mental health. The answer of this question is that we should understand our Swadharma. Swadharma is made up of two words Swa (meaning for oneself) and dharma (meaning individual duties, responsibilities, righteousness). In bhagawad gita karma yoga and swadharma given in detail and it is very important part of Bhagavad gita. In modern era we can apply karma yog and Swadharma for mental health. Bhagavad Gita explain how to perform karma or action according to swadharama without the attachment with the result. If we think about the result this leads to stress and aggression. Stress and aggression further leads to many types of ailments such as depression and suicidal tendencies etc. But for good mental health it is very important we perform our duties and responsibilities (swadharma) without the attachment to the fruit or outcome, equanimity in success and failure and right work of moral values. These leads to a pleasurable and satisfying life, and play a unique role for good mental health

Zingiber officinale is a locally available plant in India that is extensively utilized as a flavoring agent in sweets like cakes and biscuits, savory foods like curries, and alcoholic beverages. as in tea. A well-known herb, ginger is frequently utilized in traditional medicine across the globe. Ginger has been used for thousands of years to treat high blood pressure, arthritic pain, colds, nausea, and headaches. Antiemetic, antidiabetic, analgesic, anti-arthritis, antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-ulcer, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, estrogenic, and cardiovascular are only a few of the numerous pharmacological properties of ginger. Ginger's strong flavor is caused by an unsaturated liquid phenolic ketone (C17H24O3) and a chemical stimulant. Ginger's primary constituents are pungent oleoresin, antioxidants, and fragrant essential oils. For the first time, the current study demonstrates that raising the drying and extracting temperatures of ginger can enhance the production of 6-shogaol during the practical drying and extraction process. Increasing the pH of the extraction solvent with strong acid also aids in producing more 6-shogaol. Our information may be helpful to the food processing and nutraceutical industries. Functional foods can provide health benefits because they contain compounds that are physiologically good for health. The level of public awareness about healthy living through food and drink needs to be increased. This awareness can be obtained through the composition of food and drink that has an attractive taste and color without neglecting certain physiological functions contained in the food or drink so that it is beneficial for the human body. One of the drinks that contain food additives in the form of synthetic dyes is syrup. Many syrups marketed are made of synthetic flavours, artificial sweeteners and synthetic dyes which of course if consumed in the long term can interfere with the health of human organs, so there needs to be innovations in making herbal syrups such as the use of emprit ginger and lime rhizomes.

ABSTRACT Gender justice is a critical aspect of ensuring equality and fairness for all individuals, regardless of their gender identity. In the state of Kerala, the family court system plays a crucial role in addressing issues related to gender justice. However, there have been concerns about the effectiveness of the current legal framework in achieving this goal. This paper aims to critically examine the functioning of family courts in Kerala and how they contribute to promoting gender justice. One of the key limitations of the current legal framework is its narrow focus on legal solutions, rather than addressing the underlying societal and cultural factors that perpetuate gender inequality. This often leads to a lack of understanding and sensitivity towards the complex issues faced by individuals in the family court system. Furthermore, there are concerns about the inadequate representation of marginalized groups, such as women from lower socio-economic backgrounds, in the court system. Moreover, the study highlights the need for a more victim-centered approach in family court proceedings. Currently, the burden of proof often falls on the victim, leading to re-traumatization and discouraging individuals from seeking justice. There is a need for a more empathetic and supportive environment within the family court system, where victims feel safe and empowered to share their experiences. In conclusion, this study reveals the shortcomings of the current legal framework in addressing gender justice in the family court system in Kerala. It highlights the need for a more holistic and victim-centered approach, as well as the importance of addressing societal and cultural factors that perpetuate gender discrimination. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on gender justice and provides insights for policymakers and stakeholders in the legal system to improve the functioning of family courts in Kerala. Gender justice is a fundamental aspect of any society, where individuals are treated equally regardless of their gender. In many countries, including India, gender justice is often achieved through a legal framework that enforces laws and regulations to protect the rights of women and other marginalized genders. However, this traditional approach to gender justice has been called into question, and alternative legal frameworks have been proposed as a means to achieve gender justice more effectively. One such alternative legal framework is the family court system in India. This system was established in 1984 with the goal of providing a more accessible and efficient means for individuals to resolve family disputes. The family courts in Kerala are designed to be more informal and sensitive to the needs of the parties involved, especially women and children. This critical study aims to examine the effectiveness of the family courts in Kerala in promoting gender justice. It will analyze the court's structure, procedures, and decision-making processes to determine if they align with the principles of gender justice. The study will also explore the impact of cultural and societal norms on the functioning of the family courts and their ability to provide justice to marginalized genders. One of the key aspects of the family court system in Kerala is its emphasis on mediation . These method is intended to promote a peaceful resolution of disputes and reduce the adversarial nature of traditional court proceedings. However, there are concerns that this approach may not always be effective in addressing power imbalances and gender-based discrimination within families. Moreover, the study will also examine the role of legal aid and support services provided by the family courts to marginalized genders, including women and members of the LGBTQ+ community. It will assess the availability and accessibility of these services and their impact on promoting gender justice. In conclusion, this critical study aims to provide insights into the functioning of the family courts in Kerala and their role in promoting gender justice through an alternative legal framework. It will identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for ensuring equal and fair treatment for all individuals, regardless of their gender, within the family court system. By critically analyzing the working of the family courts, this study hopes to contribute to the ongoing discourse on achieving gender justice through alternative legal frameworks. AI Automated Candidate Filtering is one of the most used technologies that many of us are familiar with. If we ever applied for job through resume, we are very much known to the fact that our resume goes through various filtering and processing before our profile gets selected for the applied job. Its primary function is to manage job applications and help companies filter and organize the large volume of resumes and job applications they receive. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) rely on a combination of software, databases, and algorithms to manage and process job applications efficiently. The specific tools and technologies used can vary depending on the ATS software vendor. The most common working technology is NLP (Natural Language Processing) and OCR(Optical Character Recognition). NLP and OCR are two widely used powerful AI tools whose usage can be seen in everyday life other than ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Natural language processing (NLP) and optical character recognition (OCR) are two technologies that can be used to improve the performance of ATSs. NLP can be used to extract more relevant and sensible words, sentences and paragraphs which resembles the keywords and match them according to the job description. To pick out these words, OCR comes into play where it an detect text from various formats of resume. For ex- ppt, pdf, docx, URL of candidate's profile etc. All these mechanism work in harmony to make a fair hiring process.

A magnetic gear functions in a manner similar to a mechanical gear, but it has magnets in place of teeth. The gears are really unusual because they never actually touch and instead communicate magnetically. The quantity of magnets employed in each rotor affects the "gear ratio". A 4:1 gear ratio is achieved if one rotor has 4 magnets while the other has 16. There are various types of topologies when we consider magnetic gear, for this study we are only focusing on axial topology of magnetic gears. These are contactless gears due to which there is more efficiency in transmission of power and torque and can be used in various fields where efficiency is preferred.

In India English Language Teaching (ELT) has been greatly impacted by the country's colonial past and the following change in perception of English as a tool for economic and social advancement. Despite this, speaking and listening skills are not always given equal weight in English language instruction in India, which results in a lack of balanced language proficiency. Exam-driven learning environments, institutional constraints, and a long-standing dependence on the Grammar-Translation approach all contribute to this mismatch. It is necessary to adopt a more integrated approach to teaching English that prioritizes speaking, listening, reading, and writing while utilizing communicative and task-based teaching techniques in order to correct this imbalance. A method like this might better prepare pupils for successful communication in an international setting.

Web scraping and automation play a vital role in gathering data from various websites, including tech news post websites. In this project, we will develop a web scraping tool that automates the process of retrieving tech news posts from a specific website. The website will have a login page, register page, and template page for displaying the news posts. Additionally, we will implement a parsing algorithm to extract relevant information from the newsposts, such as the title, author, date, and content. The automation tool will regularly scrape the website for new tech news posts and populate the template page with the parsed data. Users can log in to view the latest news posts and register to receive notifications or save their favorite articles. Overall, this project aims to demonstrate the power of web scraping and automation in efficiently collecting and presenting tech news content on a user-friendly website.
