In the modern era, organizations are facing several challenges due to conflict Management at workplace. Conflict has been part of human civilization since the beginning. Conflict is the process in which one party perceives that its interests are being opposed or negatively affected by another party. The conflict process begins with the sources of conflict. These sources lead one or both sides to perceive a conflict and to experience conflict emotions. This produces manifest conflict, such as behaviours toward the other side. When a conflict arises, an opportunity for growth dies. There are plenty of ways by which conflict can arise; two of the main reasons are miscommunication and incompatibility. Conflict management is thus essential, especially for businesses and diplomats who deal with international issues. Conflict management is different from conflict resolution since it an on-going process, unlike resolution, which only happens when the conflict has already taken place. As a conflict management trainer, you have to know all the activities used for training purposes. The purpose of the study is to emphasize the impact of conflict management for university employees. The research method of this study used the second-hand data listed in different databases of books, research papers and related articles on conflict management on the Internet. The research is mainly aimed to analyze the handling approach of various people within the organization. The study was a descriptive research design and used questionnaire to collect data from the selected organizations. Simple random sampling is used for collection of data from 102 employees. The implications of the results are discussed with respect to the learning objectives of conflict management resolution and recommendations for modification are made. The major outcome of this research work that the most preferred style of handling conflict is Competing style for Management and Collaborating style for Employees. There is the need of commitment of all employees for resolving such conflict which will be helpful in efficient continuity of organization towards their goal.

The construction industry plays an important role in Indian economics. Successful completion of project depends upon two major factor time and cost .Hence, there is need to overcome cost and time overruns in construction projects. The objective of this study is to identify the factors causing time and cost overruns. To achieve this objective, a case study of residential construction project is taken. The questionnaire survey for 50 respondents is carried out. The data analysis is done using relative importance index(RII) method and the factors causing major overruns are found out by ranking method. Suitable measures are suggested to minimize the impact of time and cost overruns on the building construction projects.

Many natural medicinal plants have been utilised to cure a range of disorders since ancient times and are regarded as a possible source of phytochemicals for the creation of new medications. One of these is curcumin, a bioactive molecule that is easily available, affordable, and harmless. It is a vital, naturally occurring, highly lipophilic and phenolic chemical. Curcumin (diferuloylmethane), a low-molecular-weight chemical derived from the roots of Curcuma longa L. (family Zingiberaceae), is mostly used as a curry spice, flavouring agent, insect repellant, food colouring agent, traditional medication, and cosmetic component. Curcumin is a tautomeric molecule that exists in organic solvents as an enolic form and in water as a keto form. Though inconclusive, epidemiological findings show that turmeric intake may lessen the incidence of some malignancies and provide other beneficial biological benefits in people. Turmeric's biological benefits have been linked to its ingredient curcumin, which has been extensively researched for its anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer, anti-diabetic, anti-viral, antioxidant, wound healing, and anti-cancer properties. Curcumin is a low-toxicity nutraceutical that has been utilised successfully in a variety of medical ailments, as discussed in this article.

Street food is ready to eat food or drink sold by hawker, or vendor in a street or other public places such as a market or fair. Some of the foods are regional, but many have spread beyond their region of origin. Indian street food is as diverse as Indian cuisine. Almost all sections of people are on the roads for street food while shoppings and outings. But the place where we eat and what we eat matters a lot. Risks exist anywhere along the food supply chain. However the vast majority of negative outcomes occur during the handling, preparation, storage, vending and disposal of waste. This study has examined the biophysical characters and microbial contamination of 6selected street foods available in different corners of the city, Eluru, West Godavari Dist, AP, where different food samples were collected and analysed for its safety. It was found that the foods collected from Sanivarapeta, II town and Ramkoti were highly contaminated, due to unhygienic handling and environment around, and the water used for cleaning and preparation.

When we talk about Industrial and infrastructural development it not only helps in economic growth but also brings urbanization and better standard of living. As industrial development brings many things with it like employment. This paper deeply studies the industrial development in north eastern states of India. Chapter I describe the overall contribution of industry sector to our economy and tell us that what is the percentage growth or decline in industries in last five years. This chapter will basically will give us idea about the industrial development in India. Followed by the simultaneous chapters which deeply study the growth in north eastern states in terms of industries. Also at the end of this paper we will be able to tell which state is having the highest industry growth and the lowest industry growth out of these 7 sisters of India or we can say north eastern states. . It will study the states and compare the state with highest industrial development with the state having lowest industrial development. The purpose of taking north eastern states is that they almost have same demographic conditions, climate and also same area. These states are having different conditions as compared to others states of India like low literacy rate, less skilled work force, less efficient educational institutes and low standard of living. But government of India through different schemes like MSME and MGNREGA has started setting up ventures. The fundamental ventures are for food processing and packaging. This has led to increase in employment and increase in infrastructural development.

Radio over fiber (RoF) or RF over fiber (RFoF) refers to a technology whereby light is modulated by a radio frequency signal and transmitted over an optical fiber link Optical frequency multiplication enables the utilization of only low frequency electro-optical components at the headend. This helps to cut back the RoF system costs, while providing high-frequency operation at the RAU. Optical Frequency Multiplication employing a Fabry Parot Interferometer (FPI), is demonstrated with Optisystem for generating micro/ millimeter signals optically and distributed to many remote located base stations. The simulation results show that the relative strength and frequency of the harmonics is strongly hooked in to sweep frequency, FSR, Frequency Deviation and FM index. it's observed that optical uplifting of FM radio signals to 19, 30 and 50 GHz frequencies admire 4th, 6th and 8th harmonic after transmission in optical downlink with the facility level of 10 dbm, -10 dbm and -20 dbm respectively. Similarly, PSK data is recovered from the 4th harmonic of 12 GHz. Hence, the OFM system is employed successfully for multiple functions concurrently, like high-frequency-carrier-generation, optical signal transportation, frequency up-conversion, and bi-directional data transmission through generated harmonics.

Agriculture forms the dominant economy of the Nagas since time immemorial. This paper brings to light about ideas of wealth and the nature of its utilization in the early Naga society. While highlighting the non-accumulative nature of wealth, the present work focus on the nature of surplus distribution as manifested in community feast given by rich men in the form of the Feasts of Merit. The paper also shows how the surplus distribution was also a means to gain recognition, a prestige and status in society. Generally, society and social structure is largely determined by how surplus is accumulated or distributed. For the emergence of a complex political structure or a dominant class of people in a society, it is determined by its control over surplus production. The paper brings to light a departure from the general trend where the idea appears to be more communal and non-accumulative in the nature. The present work also intends to shows how the prestige and status acquired carried no political implications. While attempting to project on the egalitarian nature of social formation, this very study also traces the development of some fundamental identity markers of the Naga cultural tradition associated with the Feasts of Merit.
