The main theme of our paper is identifying whether the Instagram profile is genuine or fake. Algorithms will be trained with all previous users fake and genuine account data and then whenever we give new test data then trained model will be applied on new test data to identify whether given new account details are from genuine or fake users. The machine learning-based methods were used to perceive false accounts that could give the wrong impression about people. The dataset is pre-processed using a variety of python libraries and a comparison form is obtained to get a realistic algorithm appropriate for the specified dataset. An effort to notice forged accounts on the social media platforms is strong-minded by a variety of machine learning algorithms. The performances of the classification algorithm like support vector machines and artificial neural network are used for the detection of fake accounts.

The objective of the present investigation was to enhance the solubility and dissolution rate of glipizide, a hydrophobic drug, by solid dispersion techniques. In this study, glipizide solid dispersions were prepared using the rotary evaporation by using polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG 6000) and Poloxamer 188. The drug and polymers were combined in different ratios: 1:1:1, 1:1:2, 1:1:3, 1:2:1, 1:2:2, 1:2:3, 1:3:1, 1:3:2, and 1:3:3. These formulations were investigated for drug content, solubility, and drug release study. FTIR and DSC technique were used to assess the drug-carrier interaction. Based on the FTIR data, there was no chemical interaction observed between the drug and polymers. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed that the crystalline glipizide underwent a transformation into an amorphous state. Solubility of drug and solid dispersions were determined using a phosphate buffer pH 6.8 and distilled water. As compared to pure drug, solid dispersions show the better solubility in both media. The dissolution studies were conducted for a duration of two and a half hours using the USP dissolution apparatus type-I (Basket) in a phosphate buffer solution with a pH of 6.8.

Officials in developing countries like India usually acknowledge the need for better management. However, little efforts are done to improve the situation, and changes take a long period of time. As we know, India's population is equivalent to 17.7% of the total population. With the rise of development of smart cities across India, a Smart Garbage Management system is very necessary. Since the amount of waste is multiplying day by day. It is essential to bring the best approach to manage this problem because the generated waste exceeds 2 billion tones. The existing gms in India practices collection of domestic and industrial waste and dumping into big dumping yards . Solid waste separation is done by laborers which is not so systematic, consumes a lot of time and it is not even completely feasible due to large amounts of garbage. The purpose of this research is to build a real time application which recognizes the type of waste and categorize it into defined categories.
