This Image colorization is an essential image processing and computer vision branch to colorize images and videos. Recently, deep learning techniques progressed notably for image colorization and object detection. Our project presents a comprehensive approach of recent colorization using deep learning algorithm, describing their fundamental block architectures in terms of skip connections, input etc. as well as optimizers, loss functions, training protocols, and training data etc. The image features learned through deep learning techniques are more representative than the handcrafted features. Therefore, this review paper focuses on the object detection algorithms based on deep convolutional neural networks, while the detection techniques in recent years traditional object detection algorithms will be simply introduced as well. Through the review and analysis of deep learning-based object.

The paper is the original work of the authors whose intent was to create a standardized Spiritual Consciousness scale. In this paper, Spiritual consciousness is understood as an abstract and unrestrained force that instills compassion and a value system in an individual. It supplicates inner growth in an individual and helps people respect others on a soul level; thereby reverberating the concept of oneness and being a part of a more prominent energy form. Understanding the transcendental property of Spiritual Consciousness still remains a mystery, but researchers have attempted to come a little closer to it. Tools on spirituality have only focused on the belief system so far rather than the impact spirituality has on the individual itself. To make the approach of the scale more 'consciousness' centered the researchers have referred to the concept of Spirituality from both Eastern and Western perspectives along with a scientific approach to generate a well-balanced scale.

The women has been naturally a parallel section of the society since its inception but the society and its institutions have molded these natural provisions in to create an unnatural imbalance. The foundations of such imbalance theory has took its root from the post- Vedic period onwards in the form of various vices such as gender biases in social, cultural, religious and economic and political arena. Two thousand five hundred years ago, Buddhism created a revolution in India that is recognized in religious history as one of humankind's greatest revolutions. When Buddha started Sangha, the Buddhists predominantly consisted of men. Women did not participate in the early beginnings of Sangha, therefore, many women wanted to join the Sangha and yearned for equality. However, they could not get easy access as there was no tradition of assimilation. Therefore, Position of women in Buddhist Sangha has been debated for a long time. The present paper aims to discuss such aspects in the light of the available sources and reach some important conclusions. Looking into the different traditional sources and texts of legal character, we would come across many remarks complimentary or derogatory about woman in the society and as an individual. The main purpose of this paper is to figure out the real situation and status of women in Buddhist Sangha. There seems to be many challenges that women have faced in that era, out of which some will be highlighted here. An analysis will also be done of rules and regulations of Bhikshu and Bhikshuni. Paper will try to figure out about discrimination in sangha and if it existed then what is the justification of it.

Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Pariyojana is an initiative by the Indian government to assist the country's underprivileged by reducing their out-of-pocket medical costs. The rising cost of healthcare has a disproportionate impact on the poor, who often cannot afford even basic medical care. The low cost of the medications sold in Jan Aushadhi outlets, in comparison to the prices of name-brand medications, has proven to be a great benefit for the poor. This research looks at the difference in cost between various brands of the same salt and the generic drugs sold in Jan Aushadhi pharmacies.

A precise categorization of abnormal cervical cells is critical but difficult. Traditional methods rely on manual or engineered features, while convolutional neural networks (CNN) use deep learning. Prior CNN models didn't consider cell morphology, so this study proposes a CNN method that combines appearance and morphology. The cervical cell dataset was trained with adaptively re-sampled image patches. Several pre-trained CNNs were fine-tuned and evaluated on the Herlev cervical dataset with a five-fold cross-validation. The proposed method achieved higher accuracy by adding morphological information to appearance-based CNN learning, with the best model achieving accuracies of 80%, 70%, 54% and 21% for two-class, four-class, and seven-class classification tasks. Combining morphology with appearance improves classification performance, but the task remains challenging.

Oral route of drug administration is most favorable for most of the patients. It is easiest, convenient, patient compliance, non-invasiveness method and is preferred by most of the physicians. The oral administration of biologics yet not beneficial compared to other routes due the various gastrointestinal barriers, mucosal permeability also it limits the systemic absorption of macromolecules that are complex after ingestion. Biologics contribute in significant treatment of therapeutic interventions such as chronic ailments, metabolic disease ageing and inflammatory disorders but are highly sensitive to the harsh environment of the gastrointestinal tract; the large molecular size causes the permeability across the intestinal mucosa to become extremely poor for biologics. Various drug discovery, intensive research and design have enhanced the growth of biologics in recent decades' and have further accelerated in the way we administer the medication in a clinical settings. . Different drug delivery systems pharmaceutical technologies that include micelles, nano carriers, lipid-based carriers, and cyclodextrins have been explored to enhance oral drug absorption. This article will first address the physiological barriers to oral delivery of biologics and discusses different strategies to improve the effectiveness of oral delivery. Additionally, this discussion will extends to the various advantages and limitations of drug delivery systems as well as the overall opinion and potential of this future clinical field.
