A brief loss of awareness and postural tone that is followed by an unplanned recovery is known as syncope A broad range of descriptions are used by patients to characterize syncopal occurrences, some of which include fainting, blacking out, falling out, experiencing a spell, or losing consciousness. Dysrhythmia and valvular abnormalities, such as ventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular block, or severe aortic stenosis. When hypotension and hyperventilation coexist, it can result in syncope, muscle weakness, and transient unconsciousness. Any injuries received during a sudden syncope fall should be treated right away. People frequently sense the beginning of a syncope episode. They experience heart palpitations, which are irregular heartbeats that feel like "fluttering" in the chest, along with nausea and dizziness.[1,9,11]

Both "Purple Hibiscus" by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and "The Bluest Eye" by Toni Morrison provide powerful insights into the experiences of African and African American women, exploring themes of identity, oppression, and resilience. Adichie's narrative, set in Nigeria, delves into domestic violence, religious fundamentalism, and personal agency through the character of Beatrice. Beatrice's struggle for independence in a patriarchal society reflects broader societal issues, making "Purple Hibiscus" a profound exploration of family, religion, and personal freedom. Adichie masterfully portrays the Achike family dynamics, highlighting the oppressive rule of Eugene, whose religious fervor and authoritarianism stifle his children, Kambili and Jaja. The arrival of their Aunt Ifeoma introduces a contrasting environment filled with love and intellectual freedom, prompting Kambili's journey towards self-discovery and liberation. The novel's rich depiction of Nigerian culture, the clash between tradition and modernity, and the lingering effects of colonialism underscore the complexities of identity and freedom. Religion is depicted as both a source of comfort and a tool of oppression in "Purple Hibiscus." Eugene's extreme Catholicism, marked by rigid adherence to tradition and harsh punishment, casts a dark shadow over his family. Adichie navigates these complexities, illustrating how religion can justify abuse and control, while also offering moments of grace and redemption as characters seek solace in connection and understanding.

-- Utilising cryptographic principles, blockchain is a type of distributed record-keeping system that runs point-to-point. The combination of the publicly accessible blockchain ledger with statistical methods such as data mining as well as demographic mining, however, poses a major danger to users' privacy. As a result, contemporary blockchain technology development has turned its attention to privacy protection. In the realm of privacy protection, ring signatures technology is a frequently utilised encryption technique. Thus, this research develops a blockchain framework for protecting privacy based on ring signatures. This technique developed a privacy information retention system based on an ellipse curve that ensures data security & user identity confidentiality in blockchain applications by using the complete anonymity of the ring signature. A safety proof investigation and an analysis of the proposed scheme's accuracy were conducted. Implementing ring signature approaches with blockchain technology is a practical approach to optimise memory consumption, reduce storage requirements, enhance privacy, and expand the scalability of applications powered by blockchain

Pan-sharpening combines multidimensional and panchromatic satellite images to generate higher-resolution products. This research compares standard component replacement and index injection approaches to current deep learning methods such as convolutional and adversarial generative networks. A comparative examination utilizing spatial/spectral quality criteria and visual evaluation demonstrates that deep learning algorithms enhance color and feature retention, despite the greater comput- ing cost. Traditional methods successfully brighten features, but they exhibit greater spectrum aberrations. Overall, this trade-off analysis, informed by quantitative and qualitative performance parameters, aids in the appropriate selection of pan-sharpening paradigms adapted to application goals for high fidelity fused Earth observation data. Deep learning has enormous potential for enhancing the state-of-the-art if spectral integrity is prioritized above spatial sharpness alone.
