Abstract In the era of globalization talking about the spectrum of women's positions in India means that we both men and women have accepted the fact that women are inferior to men both physically and mentally. India is the land where women deities have been worshipped. Despite that since time immemorial, with some exceptions, women are in the flow of subjugation under the patriarchal set-up from various angles, which is heard in the voice of feminists. Therefore, they have been facing numerous challenges such as domination, exploitation, marginalization, discrimination in opportunities, inhuman treatment, and alienation from the mainstream of human space. Though in recent times numerous women have contributed to various fields in Indian government including a president speaker Prime Serve of the Lieutenant Common and bank chief etc. But they are moreover confronting the same kind of issue within the society. Meanwhile, they have undergone a lot of adjustments as a result of budgetary constraints, and several efforts have been made to identify deception and measure women's contribution to the common progress and progress of society. Sometimes this inquiry is about communicating that women in India have the same position and rights that we are asserting in terms of sexual orientation, homogeneity, and education. It indicates that even the situation of women is divided into entirely various categories such as home life, social life, and professional situation. It also provides emphases on female femicide, women's education status, women's feeding status, women's role in important administration, their situation under Indian custom, and so on. This paper depicts women's position in India. It also conveys praise for the number of women in the workforce, men's agony of them in home life, social life, and numerous other locations where they are people, and forms women's liberation from male-dominated society, as well as their abuse and suppression.

The purpose of this IoT-based project was to design and build an example of an automated parking system that would provide a solution to the problems encountered in modern parking management systems. The main components are RFID technology, RFID labels, RFID reader, barriers. All these hardware are connected using the Arduino Mega board. The software handles transactions, control, management, control, reporting of parking operations. Space availability can be viewed remotely using the Internet and a web browser. Entering and exit parking spaces are monitored and controlled by RFID students, labels and barriers, and parking costs are heavily deducted using this technology. Drivers will not wait for the identification of their vehicles as this will be automatically deducted from the tags provided. This will not only save her time and car fuel but also ensure safety as only registered markers (users) are allowed access.

Vision of Paper: The COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown and social distancing mandates have disrupted the consumer habits of buying as well as shopping. Consumers are learning to improvise and learn new habits. For example, consumer cannot go to the store, so the store comes to home. While consumers go back to old habits, it is likely that they will be modified by new regulations and procedures in the way consumers shop and buy products and services. New habits will also emerge by technology advances, changing demographics and innovative ways consumers have learned to cope with blurring the work, leisure, and education boundaries. Research Methodology: In this research project, we have used a survey method to find out the buying behavior of the consumers, before and after the pandemic. A structured questionnaire was conducted and was circulated among different age groups. Findings: The study states that, most people prefer online shopping post pandemic keeping in mind the safety. Agriculture is a major activity in many countries around the world and with population growth, which according to UN figures will increase from 7.5 billion to 9.7 billion by 2050, there will be significant global pressure as there will be only extra 4% more land that will be used for cultivating in 2050[1]. This means that farmers will have to do more with less land. Food production will increase by 60% to feed two billion people. However, traditional methods are not enough to handle this need. This pushes farmers and agricultural companies to find new ways to increase productivity and reduce waste. As a result, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is slowly emerging as part of the technological revolution of the agricultural industry. The challenge is to increase global food production by 50% by 2050[2] to feed two billion people. Advancement in computer , artificial intelligence, and machine learning enables the expansion and placement of remote sensing technology to identify and treat plants, weeds, pests and diseases. It provides a rare opportunity to develop intelligent planting methods for accurate fertilization. Artificial intelligence solutions can enable farmers to not only reduce waste, but also improve quality and ensure faster market access of the product. In this paper we will discuss various AI technologies for improving crops and their production, problems that are faced by farmers while implementing AI, Startups of AI and future scope of AI in farming.

The success of every organization depends on its human capital, and recruitment by the human resource department is vital in generating organizational human capital. In the past twenty years, the traditional paper-based method of recruitment has been replaced to some extent by electronic recruiting (e-recruitment) in many organizations as many organizations are now utilizing e-recruitment to post jobs and accept resumes on the internet, and correspond with applicants by e-mail due to the outbreak of covid-19. In this paper, recruitment and e-recruitment process of Allsec technologies are theoretically defined, summarized and synthesized and the various benefits accruing to organizations for adopting electronic recruiting are highlighted. I also identified gaps and opportunities for future research and proposed some testable research questions in the domain of e-recruitment, as well as suggested research methods that can be utilized in future research to answer the proposed questions. Important contributions of this paper are highlighted.

Agriculture is one of the keys to the significant growth of human civilization. In this progressive world, Automation has begun its supremacy in every field of work. But Automation in the field of agriculture is not as advanced comparatively. Thus, the requirement of developing an Automation system in the field of agriculture is imminent. One of the biggest challenges faced by farmers is the detection of diseases in crops during the early stages of growth. Where it is obliged to take care of the crops and also prevent them from acquiring any serious diseases, our project tends to create an autonomous drone for the detection of diseases at the early stages of crop growth. This project succeeds in detecting the diseases, which in turn helps the farmers to detect the crop diseases at their early stages. We use the image processing method to detect and identify these diseases and highlight the infected crop area using coordinates.

Various industries release harmful petrochemical contaminants into the environment. To treat these petrochemical contaminants at source, different physical, chemical, and biological methods have been proposed and applied worldwide. However, physical and chemical methods have their own advantages and limitations, in this review we majorly focused on the biodegradation of petrochemical wastes. Firstly, a background study on the literature available in this field is presented. This is followed by a review of the toxic effects of petrochemical waste and various physical and chemical proceses, followed by elaborate biological processes available for petrochemical waste degradation. Further, different aspects of bioremediation, such as modes, factors, limitations, and future perspectives are critically reviewed and presented. It was found that most of the studies performed on bioremediation of petrochemical waste employed bacteria for the degradation purpose. Some studies also made use of algae, fungi, yeast, genetically modified organisms, biosurfactants, or a consortium of these microbes. Moreover, bioremediation is having still limited use at field-scale due to certain limitations which have been elaborated in this article. Overall, we strongly believe that with bioremediation capturing the attention of environmentalists worldwide and need to scale up from lab to land
