Bali is known as one of the world's tourism destinations. This condition must always be preserved. One of the supports that must exist for sustainability is the availability of adequate food, both in quantity and quality. Good quality food is food that is not contaminated or often called organic food. Gianyar regency is one of the regencies in Bali, is one of the tourist destinations visited by many tourists. One of the watersheds in Gianyar regency is Pakerisan watershed. It is a very wide area for agricultural cultivation from upstream to downstream, which is considered as the source of the closest food supply to both the needs of residents and tourists. The dominant crops cultivated in paddy fields are rice and palawija crops. It is expected that food from this cultivation is organic food. The occurrence of pollution in crops can be caused by the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and also as a result of waste disposal to the river. The residue of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and wastes will flow from upstream to downstream, resulting the most potentially polluted water resources are in the downstream area. This study aims to study the potential of water resources for the development of organic farming systems in the downstream area of Pakerisan watershed. This research is a field research and laboratory research. Research indicates that the potential of irrigation water in the downstream area of Pakerisan watershed (Medahan irrigation area), in terms of water availability and heavy metal content, suitable for the development of organic agriculture, however, it is not appropriate in terms of carbonate content.

Even in locations where modern treatment is available, interest in and use of herbal medicines has risen dramatically in recent years. Because medicinal plants are the largest source of bioactive molecules used in traditional and modern medicine, plant-derived substances and herbal medicines have recently sparked a lot of interest in their wide range of applications. The goal of this study is to formulate and evaluate a Neem (Azadirachta indica) and Karanj (Millettia pinnata) seed oil ointment. The 100% pure and authentic seed oil of both Neem and Karanj is used for study. The ointment base was created, and the ointment was prepared by using the levigation process to incorporate the extract into the base. It was assessed for physicochemical criteria such as colour, smell, pH, spreadability, extrudability, consistency, diffusion studies, solubility, and washability once the formulation was completed. Once the formulation was complete, it was evaluated for physicochemical parameters such as colour, odour, pH, spreadability, extrudability, consistency, diffusion studies, solubility, and washability. As a result, it might become a medium for efficiently and readily using the medicinal components of Neem and Karanj as a simple dose form.

The innovative work of assorted kinds of aircrafts are inspected in this paper. The early history of non-unbending, semi-inflexible, and unbending carriers is first presented. It is trailed by a depiction of a wide assortment of unusual aircrafts with unmistakable elements because of extraordinary shape configuration, lifting gas, activity mode, or payload ability. The ongoing continuous aircraft projects on the planet are summed up and the qualities of half and half carriers and weighty lift air vehicles are dissected more meticulously in view of the rising interest in their turn of events. The methods of displaying, primary examination, and re-enactment utilized it are explored to during carrier advancement. Likewise, the advancement of carrier body shape is momentarily examined. The principal accentuation of this survey is on the thought of the underlying perspectives.

The objective of this study was to develop mucoadhesive dosage form of Econazole Nitrate. The mucoadhesive vaginal in-situ gel were prepared by thermosensitive method. Various mucoadhesive vaginal in-situ gels were prepared by using different concentration of Poloxamer188, Poloxamer 407, HPMC K4M, HPMC K100 M as a temperature sensitive polymer and as a mucoadhesive polymer respectively. The prepared in-situ gel was evaluated for weight for gelling time, gelation temp, viscosity, spreadability, pH, mucoadhesion strength and in-vitro drug release study. The formulation containing HPMC K4M show better mucoadhesive strength and in vitro drug release. The prepared mucoadhesive vaginal in- situ gel provided drug release of about 85.99 in 8 hrs, good mucoadhesive strength which indicates a potential alternative drug delivery system of econazole nitrate.

This study has been done during 2013-14 to find out the different parameters of water because the physical & chemical parameters are supports the water body assessment. Chemical analysis of any sample of water will give us a complete picture of its physical and chemical constituents. pH affected by air temperature and mixing of sewage. Biological oxygen demand increases by the organic pollution and disposal of water from agricultural land. The value of chemical oxygen demand provides a direct measure of state of pollution in water bodies. As Bilawali talab is surrounded by so many small villages, agricultural lands and marriage gardens so we need to assess the water quality.

The digital world has a great impact on nearly every area of human life on earth. Everything that is possible can be done online, which has a big impact on the reduction of efforts, expenses, and jobs. This paper explains the idea of a web application that provides possible food supplies to people all over the world over the Internet. The world is currently dependent on web-based technologies, which are the most important device of communication. This application helps the user in locating nice and delicious food. Online ordering, payment, and food review information are all available. As a result, by developing this web application, we will be able to automate many processes that are both time consuming and ineffective.

School enrollment and dropouts have an impact on a country's social, economic, political, and environmental development. This study hopes to learn more about the social and economic impact of high school dropouts by using Visakhapatnam as a case study. It also explores not only secondary school enrollment but also school dropout in Visakhapatnam during the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years. Thus, the primary goal of this research is to determine child enrollment and dropout rates in secondary schools in Greater Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Enrollment and dropout rates of children in 31 government schools and 69 private schools in Greater Visakhapatnam city have been considered for data collection. According to the data, government schools currently have a higher enrolment rate in secondary education than private schools, while student dropout rates in government schools are higher than in private schools. Furthermore, girls are slightly less enrolled in secondary schools than boys, and dropouts of boys and girls show that boys are higher than girls in classes 7th, 8th, and 9th, but girls are higher than boys in class 10th, both in government and private schools. Because dropout rates in public schools are higher than in private schools, this could be due to children being transferred from public to private schools. It is concluded that as the number of secondary schools, school facilities, and enrolment increase, so will the annual dropout rate. Even as the study applauds the aforementioned remarkable achievements, school administrators must focus their efforts on improving the quality of education in schools, particularly in government schools, in order to compete with corporate (private) schools.

The inability to communicate is considered a true impairment. People with this impairment utilise a variety of ways to communicate with others; there are a variety of methods accessible for their communication, one of which being sign language. Sign language enables people to communicate through human body language; each word is represented by a series of human actions that reflect a specific expression. The purpose of this work is to convert human sign language to voice using the knowledge of human gestures. The Raspberry Pi web camera and speaker are used to do this. Although there are a few systems for converting sign language to voice, none of them have a portable user interface. For the purpose of determining whether or not a person who is unable to speak can stand. For example, if a person with a speech impairment can stand and perform in front of the system, and the system turns the human motions into speech and plays it loudly, the person might truly converse with a large crowd.

Anganwadi workers are playing a key role in providing preschool education to the age group of 3-6 years under ICDS project. They need to be award towards children with intellectual disabilities in order to equip themselves with the required skills of screening, early identification and management of children with intellectual disabilities. Whole population of anganwadi workers of district karauli rajasthan was taken as the sample for the study. The study on awareness to children with intellectual disabilities among anganwadi workers was conducted for this sample. T test was taken from the sample to evaluate the effect of awareness program. the investigation involved t-test the finding revealed that there is a significant improvement in the level of awareness among the anganwadi workers of district Karauli Rajasthan after awareness program.
