Health plays a very crucial part in our life. Like the quote says "Health is Wealth" if we have good health then it will lead to prosperous life. Therefore, we need to take care of our health no matter what. Our health should not get affected neither physically nor mentally. As we know that we cannot meet the doctor on daily basis. Looking at current scenario, life is very hectic we don't have time to make doctor's appointment. So to make it easier for us to communicate the doctor's we have created healthcare chatbots. Due to chatbots the person can ask any health related questions or doubts they are facing at that movement point of time and the chatbot will answer it. If we take a look at people they don't prioritize their health, which may lead to severe diseases. This Health care chatbot will make them understand the disease by studying the symptoms then predicting the disease. It is no charge service that will help user to get health related information in no time. Hence, Healthcare chatbot is used to understand and analyze human emotions.

Heart disease remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, necessitating effective and early diagnostic tools. Machine learning (ML) techniques have emerged as powerful tools for predicting heart disease, offering potential improvements in accuracy and efficiency over traditional methods. This systematic review evaluates the performance and applicability of various ML models in heart disease prediction. We conducted a comprehensive literature search, selecting studies that applied different ML algorithms, including decision trees, support vector machines, neural networks, and ensemble methods, to heart disease datasets. Key performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC-ROC) were extracted and analyzed. Our findings highlight the strengths and limitations of each model, with ensemble methods and neural networks generally outperforming others in terms of predictive accuracy. However, challenges such as data quality, interpretability, and clinical integration remain significant. This review underscores the need for standardized evaluation frameworks and the incorporation of domain-specific knowledge to enhance the reliability and adoption of ML models in clinical practice for heart disease prediction. Future research should focus on improving model transparency and developing robust, generalizable solutions to facilitate widespread clinical application.

Earth has an inbuilt mechanism of keeping balance among its structural and functional components. Extreme anthropogenic activities like overexploitation of natural resources and rapid industrialization are interfering with the regulatory functions of the ecosystem. Increase in concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere mainly due to human activities has led to increase in global temperature after industrial revolution. Carbon dioxide is a major driver of global warming. Recognizing the underlying threats of global warming on humanity as well as Earth's biodiversity, Paris Agreement mandated the participating countries to limit the global carbon emission so as to not let increase the global temperature above 2oC in near future with respect to pre-industrial levels and also to keep pursuing efforts to attain 1.5oC. In this regard, IPCC presented special report on the assessment of the impacts of rise in temperature up to 1.5oC above pre-industrial levels on the environment and the world in 2018 which revealed many horrifying facts associated with global warming in near future. In this report, IPCC also provided recommendations to mitigate this problem. Moreover, this report formed the background of COP24 which was held in order to assure the full implementation of Paris Agreement by the participating countries. COVID19 pandemic associated restrictions imposed by different counties all around the globe has shown some positive changes in the environment with respect to carbon emission and atmospheric concentrations of other pollutants. In this review article, authors have made an attempt to assess the impacts of this lockdown on the environment in light of the recent IPCC report and outcome of COP24. Coupling solutions of social and economic issues together with environmental issues during the process of development has been suggested as a sustainable way to achieve holistic global growth in a greener way.

Abstract Introduction: One of the oldest documented medical systems is the Siddha system, which originated in the Indian subcontinent. Siddhars who were the pioneers of the Siddha system have been writing down the formulation of numerous remedies since ancient times. Among those formulations, Maha Analuruva Chooranam (MAC) is one of the polyherbal formulation, which is said to be prescribed for all types of vatha diseases in classical siddha texts. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one among those 80 types of vatha diseases. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and other musculoskeletal conditions will benefit from the use of this medication. Drug standardisation and publication are seen as the keys to spreading authenticity in today's globalised society. MAC was standardised using PLIM criteria, which were crucial to the process of Occidentalising. Material and methods: MAC was made in accordance with GMP regulations. Physico-chemical analysis, HPTLC, TLC investigation, and the finding of organoleptic qualities are all part of drug standardisation. The investigation was conducted at Noble Research Solution's facility in accordance with PLIM criteria. Results: Research findings indicate there are six peaks in the HPTLC screening graphic. Other characteristics include loss of drying (7.23 %), total ash value (2.6%), acid insoluble ash (0.06%), water soluble extraction (9.66 %), alcohol soluble extraction (4.13 %), and pH (6.60) which is weakly acidic. Conclusion: Future clinical research and standardisation would benefit from the published data.
