'Investigation' is considered as a key element of enforcement of provisions of any legislation. In India, the Competition Commission of India (herein after referred to as Commission) has been entrusted with the task of enforcing the provisions of the Competition Act, 2002 through its investigative arm- the office of Director General. Thus, Director General has an integral role to play in the enforcement of the provisions of the Competition Act. 2002. In other words, enforcement of the provisions of the Competition Act, 2002 by the Commission is dependent upon the proper functioning of the office of the Director General. No doubt, the Act vests the Director General with the power to assist the Commission in investigating into any contravention of the provisions of this Act. However, there exist various challenges against the nature, scope and jurisdiction of the powers of the Director General. This research paper attempts to examine the challenges raised against the nature, scope and jurisdiction of the powers of the Director General.

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) remains a significant cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide. Timely reperfusion of the occluded coronary artery is essential to salvage viable myocardium and improve patient outcomes. Primary angioplasty, involving mechanical removal of the occluding thrombus and restoration of blood flow through percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), has emerged as a cornerstone therapy in the management of AMI. This review examines the role of primary angioplasty in AMI management, highlighting its superior efficacy and safety compared to thrombolytic therapy. The benefits of primary angioplasty include higher rates of successful reperfusion, lower rates of recurrent ischemia, and improved long-term outcomes. Despite challenges related to access and resource constraints, ongoing advancements in interventional techniques and systems of care hold promise for further enhancing the delivery and efficacy of primary angioplasty in AMI management.

Stress is an external imbalance that stimulates the body when the external danger is not eliminated, causing physical and mental damage that can lead to the destruction of life. This 21st century is too capitalistic and challenging for all individuals it may be due to drastic lifestyle changes, financial status leading to long working hours, workload pressure, and irregular sleep patterns which all lead an individual to develop psychological stress. Some studies show that age between 25 and 45 has a higher risk for mental illnesses. In this 21st century cardiovascular risks are more common due to psychological stress irrespective of age. General screening for conventional risk factors right from a young age may increase awareness and help in promoting lifestyle changes that can prevent cardiovascular diseases at the initial stages. Here presenting a case 35-year-old male diagnosed with atherosclerosis.

Image tampering and manipulation have become prevalent issues in the digital age, facilitated by advancements in photo editing technologies. Detecting such forgeries is crucial for maintaining credibility, ensuring authenticity, and preventing the spread of misinformation. This research proposes a novel approach that combines Error Level Analysis (ELA) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to effectively identify tampered images. The proposed methodology employs ELA as a preprocessing step to highlight potential areas of manipulation by analyzing compression level variations within the image. The resulting ELA image is then fed into a CNN model trained on a large dataset of authentic and tampered images, enabling it to learn intricate patterns and features associated with image forgery. This integrated approach leverages the strengths of both techniques, exploiting ELA's ability to detect compression artifacts and CNN's powerful feature extraction and classification capabilities. Furthermore, this research explores the development of a user-friendly web application that incorporates the tampered image detection system. Users can upload images, which are then analyzed by the ELA-CNN model, providing a confidence score and classification as either authentic or tampered. Authentic images can be securely stored and encrypted, ensuring their integrity and privacy. The proposed solution offers a robust and practical approach to combating image forgery, contributing to the field of digital media forensics and promoting trust in online visual content.

The aim of this work is to create, balance, simulate, and operate a self-sufficient model of a compact hovercraft that can traverse any type of terrain. It is suggested to use a real-time layered fuzzy navigator for hovercrafts in dynamic environments. The system consists of a modified proportional navigation based fuzzy controller and a fuzzy motion planner of the Takagi-Sugano type. The system's design is influenced by how humans navigate through barriers by using visual cues, such as views to the right and left, to determine where to walk next in the open area in order to reach their destination. It deftly blends two behaviours to handle both approaching and avoiding obstacles. A fascinating example of a mechatronic device that levitates over water and land is the hovercraft. This project aims to build, balance, simulate, and run a self-sufficient model of a small hovercraft capable of moving over any kind of terrain. For hovercrafts operating in the hovercraft is an intriguing mechatronic device that can levitate over both land and water. The dynamic situations, a real-time layered fuzzy navigator is recommended. The way people move past barriers and use visual cues, including views to the right and left, to figure out where to travel next in an open space to get where they're going, has an impact on the design of the system.

In recent years, edible films or coatings have drawn a lot of interest. There are clear benefits over synthetic films for materials used in edible packaging, such as polysaccharide, lipid, and protein-based materials and their composites. It might help lower the pollution levels in the environment. The primary benefit of edible films over synthetic ones is their ability to prolong the shelf life of fresh goods while still being environmentally benign and safe to consume as a component of food products. When compared to more conventional, non-environmentally friendly packaging materials, edible films serve as barriers that could minimize complexity and increase the recyclability of packaging materials. They also have the potential to replace synthetic polymer films. This edible wrapper will be a revolution in packaging industry.
