A Schiff base of chitosan with citral was prepared and characterized by Fourier Transform IR spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The Schiff base was evaluated for Cr(VI) sorption. The sorption occurred. Sorption data fitted to both Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm models. The best fitting is to Langmuir model. Maximum sorption occurred at acidic pH (58.82 mg/g). Isotherm studies indicated that the Schiff base has different binding sites having different binding affinities. Thus, the Schiff base from chitosan and citral was found to be an efficient and cheap sorbent for Cr(VI).

The basic component of arithmetic and logic circuits involves the design of high speed adders. Adder is one of the essential building blocks for signal processing applications. This paper includes analysis of various adders like Ripple-carry (RC), Carry skip (CS), Carry-lookahead (CL) and Parallel prefix (KS) adders. It is analyzed that the Parallel prefix adder is having the minimum delay of 7.820ns and 10.995ns for the 4-bit and 8-bit respectively. Power consumption is 2.918W and 5.311W for 4-bit and 8-bit respectively and it is less compared to other adders. The efficient high speed parallel prefix adder is implemented in ALU. The adders performance and power is analysed using Xilinx ISE 14.7 Design suite and Xilinx vivado.

In the context of industrial production settings, the "Industrial Internet of Things" is an acronym for "Industrial Internet 4.0," which refers to the integration of massively deployed smart computer and network technologies in order to achieve the goals of automating, ensuring reliability, and controlling processes (I-IoT). When it comes to increasing productivity, efficiency, safety, and intelligence in the manufacturing system environment, I-IoT is primarily concerned with the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT), which allows anything, anywhere, and at any time to be connected. When compared to consumer IoT, I-IoT has a number of distinct characteristics and requirements, including the unique types of smart devices that are incorporated, network technologies and quality-of-service requirements, and stringent requirements for command and control and command and control infrastructure. Throughout this article, we perform a comprehensive analysis of the corpus of existing research on I-IoT in order to provide a consistent appraisal of the technology from a systems viewpoint and to better understand the complexity of the I-IoT and its special demands and requirements. In this section, you'll learn about the Internet of Things architecture, as well as about its applications (such as industrial automation and process automation), and its characteristics.

New technologies such as SMAC and IOTs have ushered in a new era in the information technology sector. Cyber security threats to digital infrastructure have grown exponentially as a result of this development and are a cause for concern in terms of the sustainability of the current business growth situation. Continuous improvement in the cyber security posture of organisations is needed to keep pace with the rising threats. Using capability maturity models is a good way to get there There has been a sea change in the world of information technology due to disruptive technologies like social, mobility, analytics, and the cloud (SMAC) and the internet of things (IOT). The cyber security dangers to digital infrastructure have grown exponentially as a result of this evolution and are a major worry for the long-term viability of corporate growth. Continuous improvement in the cyber security posture of organisations is needed to keep pace with the escalating threats. Models of capability maturity assist in achieving this goal. Using a comparison of nine contemporary maturity models and an empirical study of inputs from 200 or more relevant cross-industry specialists, this research offers the development and validation of a new cyber security capability maturity model (CSCMM). CSCMM is expected to help organisations combat the new generation of cyber threats by strengthening their cyber security posture.

It is being truly said that the only thing which is constant in this world is change .The Indian society has observed a drastic change in its living pattern in the past few years. People are slowly and gradually opening their minds towards the idea of pre -marital sex and live -in-relationship .This change has been continuously under criticism and highly discussed as such concepts lack legality and acceptance by the society .Unlike marriage ,in live-in-relationship couples are not married to each other but live together under the same roof that resembles a relation like marriage .In India , only those relation between a man and a woman is considered to be legitimate where marriage has taken place between the two based on existing marriage laws otherwise all other sort of relationship are deemed to be illegitimate .Live-in-relationship are not only discouraged but also are not accepted by the members of society due to the sophisticated culture .The parents of a couple may also not allow for such a relationship and may not allow the couple to reside in the same house . The couples also face issues when they seek residence on rent. Apart from the issue of the place of residence ,the couple also faces issues at the workplace and public places .

The study was conducted among the teaching staff in selected schools in Chennai District. This study is an attempt to explore the tough challenges faced by the respondents in maintaining a balance between their personal and professional life during covid-19 pandemic. The study is based on primary data. A sample of 200 respondents was selected by convenience sampling method. This paper studies attitudes (in the form of interviews & questionnaire) of teaching staff. In this study, we investigated various factors that affect the work-life balance of respondents. The present study addresses the objective of understanding the socio-economic profile of respondents, their opinion about their career, work life balance, covid19 factors influencing them towards their outcome of work life balance and imbalances. The impact of work-life balance on life satisfaction was affected by respondents' attitudes, personal, social, family, ecological and psychological attitudes. Relevant hypotheses have been made to address the goal. Statistical tools like Chi-Square test, ANOVA, Correlation and percentage analysis were used. It can be concluded that while working in a family with teachers of all levels, especially school-age children, they experienced difficulties in maintaining a balance between work and life.

Brain tumor is one of the major causes of death among other types of the cancers. Proper and timely diagnosis can prevent the life of a person to some extent. Therefore, this work is proposed for an automated reliable system for the diagnosis of the brain tumor. In our Project we are using a deep learning technique called Deep Convolutional Neural Network to detect the Brain Tumor. By Using this algorithm, we can able to get the accuracy of above 90% during training and testing.
