The present study endeavours to present a comparative scenario of financial penetration across regions in the contemporary India. The study classifies India into six regions i.e. southern, western, central, eastern, northern-eastern and northern region. The secondary data extracted from economic political weekly research foundation, census report, MOSPI and RBIhas been used for the assessment of financial penetration for the period 2006 to 2016. The study reveals improvement in the each of the dimension i.e. Bank Penetration, ATM & Branch Availability, and Credit & Deposits; across the regions. Further study also reveals that gap between two streams i.e. upper and lower, is not merely significant but also exhibited better index position for the upper stream regions relatively to lower stream regions. However, states such as Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Sikkim from eastern region; Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh from Central region; provides scope for ameliorating financial penetration in lower stream regions. As these states are currently endeavour towards their developmental efforts and so these could provides room for improving the financial service engagements in the future.

This Research paper studies a python based web framework known as Django. It is an open-source framework that follows the basic Model View Template structure with some modifications which are explained inside the paper and it also helps us to know why we use Django over other web frameworks that are available in the industry and how we can install it on our system and create a basic project using this framework following this our paper also studies about the different modules that are available to us this also helps us understand the MVT structure of this framework very briefly. When we go deep inside the paper we also get to know how we can create apps inside the framework and add them to our main project and how we can create a form inside views how it interacts with databases and how it performs operations on databases how it makes easy making dynamic websites and making the task easy by centralizing access to the apps. Basically, this paper covers everything required for a person or a student to get started with the Django framework and learn the basics to create some simple projects related to the Django web framework and make learning interactive and easy even for a lame person.

Intruder attack and burglary are a serious issue now a days. Currently many systems are using sensors and motion detection devices but these systems cannot be reliable as they can be triggered with little change in climate like heat. The proposed system has solved this problem with the help of computer vision and OpenCV. The system can detect and recognize person from the previously provided data. The proposed system is capable for face detection and reorganization of person for identifying whether a person in the frame is a known person or an intruder. For face detection Haar-cascade models are used in order to detect human as well as pet animal. This detected section of face is the given to face recognition model which is trained on LBPH. The model returns the probability of the recognition for each person in the frame. In addition to this, the system can trigger an alarm once it finds some Intruder with respect to human or pet.

Musk melon (Cucumis melo) is a beautiful, juicy, fruit of the Cucurbitaceae family, which includes 825 species in 118-119 genera. This family contains all the edible gourds, such as cucumbers, watermelons, Musk melons, squash, and pumpkins. Musk melon is cultivated in all tropical and subtropical areas of the world for its nutritional and medicinal value. The fruit is commonly known as Kharbooja in Hindi and Musk melon or Cantaloupe in English. Cucumis melo has been shown to possess useful medicinal properties such as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, free radical scavenging, anti-platelet, anti-ulcer, anti-cancer, anti-microbial, hepato-protective, diuretic, anti-diabetic, anthelmintic and anti-fertility activity.

High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) system is a rising in utilization is recent times. It is essential to study the dynamics of HVDC power system. In our study, a Voltage Source Converter (VSC) based HVDC system is studied for stability analysis. Voltage Source Converter High Voltage Direct Current (VSC-HVDC) systems have the ability to control rapidly the transmitted active power and independently exchange a reactive power with transmissions systems. The power system under study is modeled as a multivariable feedback control system model. The system is exposed to different types of fault to compare it with a general HVDC system is order to assess the stability of system

Plants naturally have the ability to develop new plants from the microspores. The process of the complete regeneration of a new plant from the microspore culture under laboratory conditions is termed as Androgenesis. Differentiation of the numerous microspore cells leads to the development of embryos which further developed as haploid plants. Certain varieties of the hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum) also possess the androgenesis ability. There will be need of artificial treatments in order to flip the microspores to the sporophytic phase from the gametophytic pathway. Embryogenic microspores which are induced artificially contains unique phenotypic characters, also pass through cell division and differentiation in an organised manner. This leads to the embryoids development directly. As certain treatments are given in order to switch the gametophytic phase to the sporophytic phase, the events that occur during the embryoid development to the haploid plants can be easily predicted. Induced treatments help to isolate the microspores by controlling the embryogenesis process. This culture of the microspores isolated using the treatments has been so beneficial in studying the process of androgenesis clearly by understanding the events that occur within the cultured microspores. This further lead to the improvement in the production of the doubled haploids.

Any technique for producing pictures, graphs, or animations to convey a message is known as visualization. Since the beginning of time, visual imagery has been an important way to express both abstract and concrete ideas. Visualization has become an awfully important part of human life and academic life without which all things are not so clear and also becomes boring. In the existing system, we find so many problems like no real life example, while study student feels left out, difficult to understand the tough concepts and student do not have practical knowledge in the beginning of programming courses. While figuring out these drawbacks from the existing system we decide to build a system that provides the best out of the best visual learning experience for students. The animation tools were used to create the visual learning website. The proposed system helps students in discovering specific topics in object-oriented programming concepts. During the development of the visual learning system, we conducted a survey with active students. In terms of usability and learning skills, an assessment of the proposed visual learning system revealed fairly satisfactory results.

Public complaint system is a web-based platform to solve the problem directly with concerned officials in particular areas without involving any mediator. This system comprises a direct intermediate which solves the problem of a certain primitive type of complaint solving system as example complaint box at NREGA either comes out as garbage or keeps roaming for months and months, at last, it will not get resolved because proof of accountability does not appear. That previous system results very ineffectively and slow. Now, this web-based platform utilizes geographic information with choosing the location and help to segregate complaints respectively to a divisional officer. this study elaborates the testing of information put by locals and check the response. Web-based system provides the interface to check regularly the update provided by official or track the request very efficiently. The public Complaint System provides a web way of solving the issues faced by the general public by saving time and eradicating corruption. The motive of the general public complaints system is to form complaints easier to coordinate, monitor, track and resolve, and trigger the transparency in organization and target problem areas, monitor complaints, tracking the performance of the administrative officer and make improvements in village development. A public complaint System is a technique for responding to public complaints. The complaints System application is used to record resolve and respond to villager's complaints, requests as well as facilitate feedback..
