A simple, sensitive and accurate Development and validation of analytical method for estimation of Efonidipine, Telmisartan and Chlorthalidone in synthetic. A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method is developed and validated for the determination of three drugs. With the help of RP- HPLC it gives us to good resolution and better separation of three drugs. The separation was conducted by using Cybersil C18 column (250mm x 4.6mm x 5?m) with mobile phase consisting Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: Methanol: Acetonitrile (30:30:40 v/v/v) (pH :3). The mobile phase was delivered at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The eluent was monitored at wavelength 254 nm and found a sharp and symmetrical peak of Efonidipine, Telmisartan and Chlorthalidone were found to be 6.88 min, 5.34 and 8.25 min respectively. The method was validated for linearity, accuracy, precision, system suitability. The method was found to be linear over the concentration range for the drugs efonidipine (5-30 ?g/ml), telmisartan (10-60 ?g/ml) and chlorthalidone (10-60 ?g/ml) with coefficient R2 for EFO (0.9962) TEL (0.9947), and CTD (0.9992). Therefore, proposed method can be successfully used for routine analysis of Efonidipine, Telmisartan and Chlorthalidone in bulk as well as synthetic mixture.

India is a country with a history that goes thousand of years ago. Our ancestors have given us the most creative architectural heritage sites in the world. These heritage sites are broadly categorized into two forms. The first ones are the sites that gained historical importance with time by their nature, scale, design and their original use to attract people. The second ones are unlisted historic sites like Palaces and Havelis which are lacking their historical and cultural importance and have failed to attract people into it. Hence it is important to preserve these heritage buildings by reusing them for daily functions. So that our upcoming generation should benefit and be aware of historic sites and where we have come from. The purpose of this research is to provide a review factor affecting adaptive reuse and to develop a holistic approach to adaptive reuse strategies for heritage structures.

"A FINGERPRINT BASED VOTING MACHINE" is used exclusively in this study. This concept's main purpose is to guarantee security while also overcoming the limitations of traditional voting systems. During the customer registration procedure, the voters' details, as well as their fingerprints, are first kept in the serial monitor. In this situation, the serial monitor acts as a database. The voter desires to place their finger on the polling booth's module, which will allow an impression of their finger to be taken and used as identification. After that, the imprint is sent to the controlling unit for confirmation. The microcontroller collects the voter's information and compares it to information saved earlier in the voter's registration process. If the statistics match the existing data, the voters are permitted to vote. Push buttons are used to operate the voting system manually. The welcome instructions, as well as the parties, are presented on the LCD. On the other hand, the voter information and results are displayed on the screen. The goal of this research is to offer a new voting system that uses biometrics to prevent rigging and improve the accuracy and speed of the process. Because each human's thumb imprint has a unique pattern, the system uses thumb impressions to identify voters. As a result, it would be more effective than current voting methods.

Hand gesture recognition is considered important with development technology in industry 4.0 in Human-Computer Interactions (HCI) which gives computers the competence to capture and interpret hand gestures the executing command without touching devices physically. The MediaPipe is present as a framework built-in machine learning that has a solution for a hand gesture recognition system. In this research, we develop a simple user guide application using the MediaPipe framework. The user guide is commonly known as documentation about technical communication or a manual in a certain system to assist people. The user guide has step-by-step descriptions about handling a particular system and helps the user deal with user frustration by giving them the means to be identified, understand, and disentangle technical problems that frequently occurred by themselves. In our experiment, we captured a real-time image using Kinect, then trained a variety of hand gesture data, identified each hand gesture, and recognized hand gestures to convey information based on hand gestures in the system user guide application. The user can archive information user guide based on hand gestures that have been recognized. We proposed using hand gesture recognition using MediaPipe in our application to improve the convenience of utilization the user guide application and change user guide application that is still manual become a more interactive application
