 Abstract

The increase in the number of vehicles on the road is being observed day by day, and the responsibilities that should be upheld by vehicle owners are frequently neglected. To ensure that the rules defined by the RTO are adhered to by every vehicle owner, the "Vehicle Surveillance System using deep learning" is proposed. This system is designed to capture vehicle data through a web app, with the identification of vehicles being achieved through the recognition of their number plates and the extraction of characters from the plates. Once the vehicle's number plate is recognized, the vehicle's information and owner's details will be verified with RTO data using an Application Programming Interface (API). If any unfulfilled criteria are identified by the system, a notification will be generated. Vehicle detection is carried out using the Common Objects in Context Single Shot MultiBox Detection (COCOSSD) model, while the Russian model is utilized for number plate recognition. The extraction of characters from the number plate is executed through Optical Character Recognition (OCR), which includes character extraction and segmentation.

 Abstract

Abstract - The front mudguard of a conventional two-wheeler is essential for protecting the rider and vehicle from road debris and water splashes. Traditional mudguards made from metal or plastic often have poor vibration characteristics and durability. This research explores using synthetic fibers like carbon fiber, glass fiber, and Kevlar to improve these aspects. We design and fabricate prototype mudguards with these materials and analyse their performance using finite element analysis (FEA) and experimental modal analysis. Results show that synthetic fiber mudguards significantly reduce vibration amplitudes and improve resonance frequencies compared to conventional ones. The enhanced durability and lightweight nature of these materials also contribute to better handling and fuel efficiency. This study demonstrates the potential of synthetic fiber composites in automotive components, offering a path toward more robust and high-performance vehicle designs.

The implementation of the "Blockchain Oriented Effective Charity Process During Pandemics and Emergencies" project involves a systematic approach to revamp the existing charitable landscape. This begins with a comprehensive analysis of stake- holder requirements, understanding the nuances of aid distribution during crises. The heart of the system lies in the development of smart contracts that automate resource allocation, donation distribution, and verification processes. The purpose is to ensure that tracking of a person's contribution, and keeping money safe. This will help address the decline in public trust in charities. With blockchain, donations will be much higher publicly. The giver will be able to track his or her donations to help the poor, and beyond. The Donation System uses a blockchain to record everything that is done. Due to such properties of blockchains for data consistency and resistance, it further enhances project transparency and accountability.

 Abstract

Drug use and domestic violence are major public health issues, with high rates of co-occurring issues reported in the literature. The National Family Health Survey shows that 3.1% of pregnant and married Indian women have experienced physical violence, while 29.3% have experienced domestic or sexual abuse. The pandemic has increased the number of female victims of domestic abuse. Substance abuse is linked to severe forms of violence, such as crimes against humanity. Factors such as the early beginning of illicit drug-related problems, male aggression, depressive disorders, and substance use symptoms are key to understanding the connection between drug abuse and domestic violence. Behavioral marital therapy and evaluating family violence and drug use are important factors affecting treatment involvement and outcome. Alcohol and drug abuse are linked to domestic violence, with males often having alcohol issues and heavy drinkers before violence. Addiction to drugs or alcohol by women can make them more vulnerable to abuse and limit their ability to defend themselves.

 Abstract

Sun based control is basically saddled from photovoltaic (PV) boards which are orchestrated in multiple clusters in a sun oriented cultivate or sun based framework. In any case, the proficiency of vitality created from PV boards is influenced by the amassing of clean and flotsam and jetsam, indeed on one board in an cluster. Sun oriented panel is helpless to amassed clean on its surface. The effectiveness of the sun powered board slowly decreases since of clean aggregation. Here an Arduino based sun powered board cleaning framework is designed and actualized for tidy evacuation. An ESP 32 controller are utilized to screen the water level of tank and stickiness, temperature. Those all parameter is appeared on firebase cloud. The proposed sun based board cleaner is waterless, temperate and programmed. Exploratory comes about appear that the proposed cleaning framework can work with an productivity of 87-96% for distinctive sorts of sand. This condition leads to the require for normal cleaning of the surface of PV boards. Current labour -based cleaning strategies for photovoltaic clusters are exorbitant in time, water and vitality utilization as well as missing in robotization capabilities. To overcome this issue, a completely programmed sun based panel cleaning framework with water is proposed.  Abstract

In today's world of technology and due to speed running industries, the production rate has increased tremendously. Generally, manufacturing industries keep manufacturing same models with little variation in height, colour, weight, shape. And here sorting plays an important role. In such cases industries can't bare human errors for sorting these products. Thus it become necessary to develop Low Cost Automation (LCA) for sorting these products in accurate manner. Industrial automation mainly focuses on developing automations having low cost, low maintenance, long durability and to make systems user friendly as possible. Finally, here we have developed a LCA system for sorting the light weight objects on the basis of height variation using DC geared motors which is controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and the conveyor in the system passes the object in front of sensors and thus sorting logic is decided. In many industrial applications there is need of sorting. Sorting can be done by using many ways like sorting of object according to their dimensions (height, length etc.), according to their colors, according to their weight, using machine vision (image processing), according to the material of an object etc. For example in Thermal Power Station electromagnetic sorting technique is used to sort ferromagnetic materials from coal. In this project, the development of a LCA (Low Cost Automation) system to sort objects according to their height has been designed. This LCA system is controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). This project consists of two parts, first consisting of software which contains ladder logic programming which is used to program PLC that controls the whole process of the project step by step according to input data sequence. Second is the hardware part which consists of conveyors used to transport the objects, sensors used to sense the height (i.e. laser sensors) of the objects, electronic system used to sort the objects and motors to drive the conveyors.

 Abstract

Paddy waste like straw and stubble is being burnt by the farmers in Haryana due to continuous cropping and high labor costs. This has led to severe air pollution problems in the NCR. In this study four different varieties of PUSA paddy crop straws are collected and tested from five paddy cultivating districts of Haryana. The four varieties collected of PUSA are characterized physically and chemical analysis of the straw is done to understand the nature of the straw for Nitrogen, Organic carbon content, Phosphorus, and potassium in the straw. Then the straw is burnt in the flame chamber to understand its flame behavior. This study is done basically to understand the constituency of the paddy straw to estimate the loss happening by the burning of the stubble. Also, the burning behavior of the straw is studied to understand the effect of stubble burning on the air quality and the pollution level. This study is done to inform the farmers that the burning of straw is leading to a great loss and also affecting the air quality of Haryana and NCR region.

 Abstract

This abstract introduces a comprehensive lane detection and assistance system aimed at improving road safety and driving experience. Leveraging advanced computer vision algorithms, the system identifies and tracks lane boundaries in real-time, offering timely alerts and assistance to drivers to enhance navigation and prevent accidents. By integrating advanced image processing techniques, it ensures reliable performance across diverse environmental conditions, making it invaluable for enhancing vehicle safety and autonomy. Lane marking detection is pivotal for both advanced driving assistance systems and traffic surveillance systems, yet it faces numerous challenges such as light effects (e.g., shadows, reflections), obscured visibility due to adverse weather, lane marking occlusion by surrounding objects, and the presence of confusing lane features like guardrails and road dividers. To address these challenges comprehensively, the proposed project incorporates additional functionalities including pothole detection, object detection, and road sign detection. This multifaceted approach aims to create a robust and versatile system capable of enhancing driving safety and efficiency in a huge range of real-world scenarios.

 Abstract

The prediction of students' academic achievement is crucial for universities to identify students at risk of academic failure. This paper aims to present data mining models using classification methods based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms to predict students' academic achievement after their preparatory year and to identify the algorithm that yields the best performance. Students' academic achievement is defined as High, Average, or Below Average based on their graduation CGPA. These models are applied to a newly created dataset consisting of 339 students and 15 features from the College of Information Technology (IT).

 Abstract

In a rapidly changing digital world, consumers express themselves through vast amounts of textual data, highlighting the significance of understanding their sentiments. The paper introduces a eclectic sentiment analysis system designed to provide actionable insights to businesses by analyzing consumer reviews from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon. Leveraging an ensemble learning model comprising Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and Linear Regression algorithms, the system extracts insightful information on customer attitudes and preferences. Through a multi-stage process encompassing data acquisition, preprocessing, sentiment analysis, and recommendation generation, the system offers personalized recommendations tailored to individual user profiles. The usefulness of the suggested approach is demonstrated by experimental findings, and prospective improvements, such as real-time flexibility and sophisticated machine learning approaches, are considered. The paper also highlights the significance of sentiment analysis in informing strategic decisionmaking and driving business success in today's digital marketplace.
