 Abstract

Indian art history has given a rich repository of traditional painting in the Indian subcontinent from pre-history to the present day. The style of painting varies from region to region and from time to time. The art sector of Bihar has a living tradition called Madhubani painting which tells about the social structure as well as the cultural identity of Bihar. Madhubani can be described as a craft city where many crafts have originated and nurtured. Today Madhubani painting style has been successful in making a different identity in the whole world by adopting new ideas with time. This paper is based on a comprehensive review of Madhubani painting's journey so far. This art emerged as a tool of women empowerment. It would be right to say that Mithila painting has made an invaluable contribution in empowering women. The history of Mithila painting is 3000 years old and this art came to the world in 1934; this art needs no recognition. This paper focuses on the journey of Madhubani painting, the present scenario, timeline and how village painters express their skills through organic colors and free hand brush drawing. The role of various institutions in promoting and preserving Madhubani painting, Madhubani art on the runway in the present day, cultural globalization of Madhubani painting by Nupur and Manisha Jha, contribute to the role of NGOs in the spread of this art.

Catford delineates translation as "a process of transferring a source-language text into a target language text" (Mares, 2012). In this way, translation is an activity achieved in languages. Furthermore, Catford differentiated between partial and complete translation, focusing on the degree to which the source language content is submitted to the translation process. Culture is a sort of conduct, faith, attitudes, and customs, which are contributed by a gathering of individuals and impact every part's conduct and translations of the implications of others' conduct. Culture applies a substantial effect on language. In translating words and expressions, the social foundation is fundamental, so a translator without understanding the way of life cannot decipher well (Guessabi, 2013). Arabic and English have a place with two distinct backgrounds and diverse language categories. The former is a Semitic language, though the latter is Indo-European. They are diverse grammatically, morphologically, phonemically, and even meaningfully. Along these lines, they are socially dissimilar and outsiders (Elkateb, 2016). The essential significance of this paper is to point out some cultural issues in translation, such as geographical, religious, social, and material ones between Arabic and English languages, supporting them with some examples.

 Abstract

The primary focus of this paper is to separate microscopic organisms from ecological samples, for example, trash squander, street side strong squanders, lake and stream water tests. The samples were collected for investigating phylogenetic relationship among a wide range of organisms present in southern Tamilnadu lake areas in India. The lake water isolates of anaerobic organisms like Paenibacillus spp in lab culture was monitored for growth and checked for any distinction in development or distribution pattern in the natural habitats. Besides investigating the potential beneficial use of Paenibacillus spp in agriculture, recently their importance is increasingly focused in exploiting the use of its exopolysaccharides (EPS) biocomposite material in biotech industries. The separated microorganisms were distinguished for its identity of gram positive or negative types as well as its motility. Later sequenced for its genome and phylogenetic tree was derived. In the present study, the Paenibacillus dendritiformis was isolated and genome sequenced and the phylogenetic tree was investigated by comparing with other bacterial species in lake water.

 Abstract

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a high molecular weight biopolysacharide discovered by Karl Meyer and his assistant, John Palmer in1934 from the vitreous of bovine eyes. HA is a naturally occurring biopolymer, which has important biological functions in bacteria and higher animals like mammal including humans. Hyaluronic acid is found in most connective tissues and is particularly concentrated in synovial fluid, the vitreous fluid of the cattle, umbilical cords and chicken combs. HA is naturally synthesized by a class of integral membrane proteins called hyaluronan synthases, and degraded by a family of enzymes called hyaluronidases. Hyaluronic acid has many qualities that recommend it over other substances used in skin regeneration, with moisturizing and anti-ageing effects. Its molecular weight influences its penetration into the skin and its biological activity. Considering nowadays, hyaluronic acid has a wide use and a multitude of applications (in ophthalmology, arthrology, pneumology, rhinology, aesthetic medicine, oncology, nutrition, and cosmetics).This review describes , different physiological and pathological functions, metabolism basic pharmacological properties, and the clinical use of hyaluronic acid.

Web Based Career Guidance is very important to our Educational System. We have an existing Manual Career Guidance System with human counsellors in charge, but this system is plagued with the following problems: few number of human counsellors, unavailability of a counsellor in a good number of college, few number of counsellors attending to students during college hours and the office of a counsellor in colleges are so unpopular that students hardly meet them for career counselling. We have been able to design an Online Career Guidance Information System targeting students in pre institutions to solve the afore-mentioned problems. The Online Web Based Career Guidance System was designed and implemented using data collected from Kaggle. The following languages were employed: PHP, MySQL, HTML, Java Script, CSS, NODE JS, EXPRESS,BOOTSTRAP.

The goal of this study was to use coir pith and coconut shell as activated carbon to treat landfill leachate for waste water treatment. The purpose of this experiment is to see whether coconut shell could be used to make effective activated carbon. Activated carbon is a common adsorbent in the pollutant removal process. Cotton stems are used in the production of activated carbon in part because they are plentiful in the Vidarbha region and are a common sort of agricultural waste. If this coconut shell can be used to make high-quality activated carbon. Agriculture wastes could be recycled into usable materials. Activated carbon is useful in the filtration of drinking water because it works as an adsorbent, efficiently removing particles and organics. Environmental hazards and disposal were addressed by treating wastewater with fly ash. The treatment bed was made up of three layers of sand, fly ash, and pebbles. Batch adsorption methods employing coconut coir pith activated carbon powder were used to remove copper (Cu) from a Cu electroplating company's effluent (CCPACP). Ac's is used in the treatment of water, wastewater, and leachate in many nations, mostly to polish the color, reduce odor, and remove certain heavy metals. It may be created from agricultural waste such as rich husk, palm oil shells, and coconut shells, and is affordable and readily available. The AC possess huge adsorptive characteristics because to its thin and porous structure, as well as its exceptionally large particle surface area (>1000m2/g). As a result, AC-based adsorption has been discovered to be a potential method to remove pollutants from aqueous solutions. This paper could be research on landfill leachate treatment. Landfill leachate has the potential to be a severe environmental polluter. Leachate is a poisonous black liquid that is released by landfills and dump yards.  Abstract

The study intends to analyses living experiences of infertile couples and the people who had unsuccessful infertility treatment. The research design adopted was qualitative research design. The study used a semi-structured interview to collect data from twenty infertile participants which means ten couples. The samples of ten couples within the age group of 22 � 45 was collected from Karnataka and Kerala through snowball sampling. The study focus on couples living experience of infertility and as well as male infertility perspective. The infertility was categories as primary and secondary infertility. The researcher used content analysis to interpret the common feelings of infertility. The results revealed positive and negative feelings towards infertility. The positive feelings identified are acceptance, coping strategies, hope, positivity, belief on spiritual / divine healing. And negative emotions were guilt, suffering, feeling of being lonely, negative emotions and lack of family support. According to the participants, having a positive attitude, helps them increase their will power and it gives them hope of surviving through their treatment process even if they have unsuccessful treatment. The study also helped to understand from different dimensions like social perception, family perception and interpersonal attitude towards infertility. Counseling, alternative psychotherapies and assisted reproductive technology (ART) has been regarded as most stressful infertility treatment methods. The study revealed yet other observations and findings that endeavor scope for further research in this topic.

 Abstract

The Non-Pneumatic Tyre (NPT) is a type of tyre that does not rely on air to maintain the weight. Although solid rubber tyres are available, they lack compliance and will not give a soft ride when utilised in conventional automobiles. Non-pneumatic tyres (NPTs) have two advantages over pneumatic tyres: they are flat-proof and do not require air-pressure maintenance. The static contact behaviour of NPTs with hexagonal honeycombs is researched as a function of vertical tension in this study, while additional advantages of NPTs are investigated. Several research projects are underway across the world to develop NPT as a viable alternative to standard pneumatic tyres. This publication compiles a summary of the research that was conducted to create and enhance NPT.

The National Education Policy 2020 proposes the revision and revamping of all aspects of education, including the educational structure, regulations and governance, to create a new system which is aligned with the aspirational goals of 21st century students. According to the policy, by 2025, at least 50% of learners through the school and higher education system shall have exposure to vocational education. . It can be defined as skilled based education. Vocational Education helps in Economic growth. The NEP intends to focus on developing industry linkages and demand-driven vocational courses by engaging industry at various levels, including co-developed courses and development of incubation centres at HEIs. Besides this, the policy also envisages alignment with international standards. The focus areas for vocational education are intended to be chosen based on skill gap analysis and mapping of local opportunities. The increased impetus for vocational education and lifelong learning in the policy is likely to provide comfort to employers as far as continuous supply of skilled manpower is concerned and will improve the overall supply-side recognition of the vocational system. The policy aims to overcome the social status hierarchy associated with vocational education and integration of vocational education into mainstream education in all educational institutions in a phased manner. This paper throws light upon present status of Vocational Education and the future prospects in NEP 2020.
