tubesheet in pressure vessel use to filter the natural gas during mining process for many petroleum industrial applications. During this process the natural gas contains many contaminating elements with sulphur as main ingredient, which can combines with sand or other carbon elements to create harmful effects of particulate impurities like slogging, clogging, fouling on the surface of the tubesheet. These impurities creates chemical reaction with tubesheet surface material which are normally made up of steel or ceramics. During working condition, the layer of clog is deposited on the filter tubes sheet surface and tubes. This clog layer creates increase in pressure inside the vessel. Once this pressure level exceeds the acceptable value, the filter tube sheet are cleaned either weekly or monthly basis. But this cleaning process needs to stop the entire plant working till the end of complete removal of clog, this creates reduction in efficiency parameters in terms of cost. In the present work design of pressure vessel filter tubesheet is performed on the basis of working conditions. Further it has been modified as per the corrections and suggestions given by end user. Number of holes for filtration and its pattern have been calculated on basis of modified design to get effective filtration with maximum efficiency. Another solution in terms of replacing filter unit has been proposed with which is divided into two sections and after every 4 to 5 seconds other section of tubesheet receives a back pressure of one seconds and washes out the other part of filter tubes. This modification in cleaning process gives efficient results without shutting down the plant production. Since it is a regular cycle so its needs to be shut down the plant once a year for full clean-up. This modification in working cycle creates cycling loadings on the tubesheet i.e. reverse pressure for cleaning and forwards pressure for working of pressure vessel. This compressive and tensile forces creates fatigue on the tubesheet and reduction in its fatigue strength. Therefore this tubesheet needs to analyse with modified concept for reduction in stresses and improved fatigue life. Dynamic analysis has been performed to evaluate fatigue life with modified thickness with dense meshing to get effective solution with respect to change in thickness of tubesheet.

Steganography is the process of concealing secret messages in color covering images, steganography hides the existence of the message within the color image so that it cannot be seen by natural eyes. Steganography is a crucial process that can be utilized in multiple life applications. This paper will introduce some methods used for data steganography. These methods will be implemented and results based on the experiment will be gained. A great method of steganography will be utilized, it will be shown how this method will bring efficiency, capacity, security, and covering image quality. To give more security for the biomedical reports for the patient privacy for the patient highly confidently patient image reports can be placed in databases digitally. If unknown persons like hospital staff, relatives, and third parties like intruders trying to see the report it has in the form of a hidden state in another image. The patient detail like Patient Name, Age, Gender, referred by a doctor, referred to, Date, Medicine Names have been converted into any form of steganography. Then, encrypt those images by using the proposed steganography algorithm and placed them in the database.

In the Modern Era of fast moving technology humans developed applications like Personal Voice Assistant having the ability to interact with the surroundings by human interaction i.e HUMAN VOICE. Web Engineering has become a major delivery platform for a variety of complex and sophisticated enterprise applications in several domains. Education gives us knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something better and also develops in us a perspective of looking at life so we had set the scope to Institute level. So we are going to develop a Web Engineering application for the Education domain wherein it will be used by the role of Professors and students. In this proposed system, the Professor's voice assistant would be able to set and extend timelines of assignments or any schedule exam. Professors can also set their respective lectures timetable so that they can get reminders whenever the lecture is scheduled. At the Institute level it will be integrated with the features like students curricular tracking which will help the professors to analyse and track their curriculum growth. The students can set alerts for their exams or for any required notes, view the Timetable from a web page and extract the details related to Exams or any respective Subject using voice Recognition by using the ASP.Net Framework and AI. The Principal of Institute or any Higher Authority person can View the details of Professors via Voice Commands. We train the module to accept the voice commands and perform the functions accordingly by enhancing some features introduced by Cortana.

The transdermal route has numerous advantages over the more traditional drug delivery routes. These include high bioavailability, absence of first pass hepatic metabolism, steady drug plasma concentrations, and the fact that therapy is noninvasive. The main obstacle to permeating drug molecules is the outermost layer of the skin, the stratum corneum. This review describes enhancement techniques based on drug/vehicle optimisation such as drug selection, prodrugs and ionpairs, supersaturated drug solutions, eutectic systems, complexation, liposomes, vesicles and particles.

Valet parking system consists of thoughtfully crafted yet easily mastered software applications which are easy to use for technologically less oriented people to use ride on demand service. Our findings have made us understand the need of on demand valet service system in the metropolitan cities of India due to the increasing popula- tion and the subsequent increase in the vehicle traffic. This project introduces a novel algorithm that provides a valet parking system and develops a architecture based on the Fire base Cloud Messaging(FCM) technology. This paper proposed a system that helps users find parking solutions at the least cost based on new performance metrics to calculate the user parking cost by considering the distance and time. This cost will be used to offer a solution of finding an available valet service provide upon a request by the user and a solution of suggesting a new valet service provider if the current valet service provider does not accept the request or nobody is available to serve at the moment. The simulation results show that the algorithm helps in provid- ing on demand valet service to the users and minimizes the users hassle is finding parking in the real time. We will also successfully implement the proposed system in the real world

COVID-19 is a biggest threat world is facing now days from its emergence to reappearance of new strains of COVID-19. The viral disease though dreadful vaccine hope and its effectiveness is also a topic of research. Various vaccines are available in market for the treatment of COVID-19. In this article the summary of COVID-19 had been reported with WHO vaccine development and its optimistic use in treatment of COVID-19. Corona viruses (CoVs), enveloped positive-sense RNA viruses, are characterized by club-like spikes that project from their surface, an unusually large RNA genome, and a unique replication strategy. Corona viruses cause a variety of diseases in mammals and birds ranging from enteritis in cows and pigs and upper respiratory disease in chickens to potentially lethal human respiratory infections. Here we provide a brief introduction to corona viruses discussing their replication and pathogen city, and current prevention and treatment strategies. In the context of rapidly increasing outbreaks of COVID-19, proactive steps by long-term care facilities are required to recognize and eliminate potentially infected staff and visitors, actively track potentially infected patients and enforce effective infection prevention and control measures to prevent COVID-19. Scientific researchers conduct numerous clinical trials related to drugs that can be an important strategy because they promote the development of new classes of medicines and I hope these repositioning trials will help to identify alternatives for COVID-19 treatment.

As a result of the growing number of computer and signal processing applications, there has been an increase in demand for high-speed processing. In multiplier design, low power consumption is also a major consideration. A good multiplier should be able to provide a physically compact, high-speed device with low power consumption. The multipliers used in digital systems decide the power consumption and speed of such systems. In order to increase the efficiency of any processor, it must utilize an efficient multiplication algorithm. The main objective here is to present a model of a n*n bit optimized multiplier architecture with low power and high speed using different algorithms and optimized full adders with low power dissipation and minimum propagation delay. The algorithms in this proposed architecture multiplier are Vedic multiplier, Wallace, and Dadda. The algorithms work by reducing the number of steps in the process that include partial products. The partial products are added to get the algorithm's output. The number of partial products determines the speed

The speech signal conduct information about the identity of the speaker. The area of speaker information cares with extract the identity of the person express the utterance. The utility of automatically identifying a speaker is predicated solely on vocal characteristic. This emphasizes on text dependent talker identification, which deals with detecting a specific speaker from a known region. System identifies the user by comparing the code book of speech utterance with those of the stored within the database and lists, which contain the foremost likely speakers, could have given that speech utterance. The speech signal is recorded for number of speakers further the features are extracted. Feature extraction is completed by means of LPC coefficients, calculating AMDF, and DFT. The neural network is train by applying these features as input parameters. The train network corresponds to the output, the input is that the extracted features of the speaker to be identified. The network does the weight adapting and the best match is found to identify the speaker of the region.
