________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Abstract: The sustainable development of construction materials is an essential aspect of current worldwide trends. Reusing post-production waste in the building industry has numerous positive effects on the environment. Since concrete is one of the materials that people manufacture and use the most, it will continue to be an integral element of the surrounding reality. In this study, the relationship between the individual components and parameters of concrete and its compressive strength properties was assessed. During the experimental work, the compressive strength of concrete samples of various classes was measured. Replacement was done with the cement with sludge at 5%,10%,15%,20% and added 2% of Fibers for each proportion. Our exploratory examination consists of an M40-grade design concrete mix. Compression tests were carried out for 7 and 28 days and achieved maximum strength at 10% replacement of sludge with cement and addition of recron 3s fibres

 Abstract

Social networking sites has become very popular in nowadays. Users use them to find new friends and updates their day to day basis activities and latest thoughts. Social medias such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Twitter became most popular among everyone. Among these Twitter has become the most popular one. We suggest, by replacing the former methods of Euclidean distance by set of classifiers in order to assign the incoming samples to most relative microcluster with arbitrary distribution. Here, a set of Incremental Naive Bayes (Classifier used) is trained for microclusters whose outcome become greater than the threshold value. INB can give mean and boundary of the microclusters , While the Euclidean distance mainly focusses on the mean value and acts inappropriate for the big assymetric microclusters. In this paper, DenStream was improved by proposed sytem, here as INB Denstream. Performance was calculated in terms of purity , general precision , general recall, F1 measure, parameter sensitivity, and computational complexity by the application of methods such as DenStream, CluStream, StreamKM++ to Twitter datasets to show the effectiveness of INB DenStream. Then, our results shows that among the different classifiers used, multinomial NB produces the best result and can achieve 98.8 % accuracy.

ABSTRACT: This research paper explores the development and critical role of corporate governance (CG) in India, emphasizing its significance on sustainable development and the responsibility of corporations. Also this paper focuses on the origin of corporate governance around the world, There are numerous events occurring which shows that they are not fit and aligned with the internet of stakeholders. Interests of stakeholders were in danger and individual efforts were required to safeguard and protect it and this led to corporate governance. Through a comprehensive approach that includes various academic fields, this study carefully follows the growth of CG in India. Its early stages began before the 1990s, when businesses were often run by families, transparency of businesses were questioned, to the period after economic reforms introduced in the 1990s, which led to a significant shift towards openness, responsibility, and greater involvement of all stakeholders. The Indian Companies Act of 2013 stands out as a key turning point, bringing India's CG practices closer to international norms and creating a better environment for foreign investments and business expansion. This paper is based on review of articles, research papers and reports of various committees constituted for corporate governance. It shows how Corporate Governance has evolved into a strong framework that reduces conflicts of interest between owners and managers which further supports corporate responsibility and corporate sustainability. This detailed examination reveals the intricate nature of CG in India, the progress made, and the ongoing challenges in integrating Corporate Governance with sustainable development goals.

 Abstract

A Nanoemul gel is a topical gel that contains a nanoemulsion dispersed within a gel matrix. The nanoemulsion is typically prepared using high shear mixing techniques and contains droplets of an oil phase dispersed in an aqueous phase stabilized by surfactants or stabilizers [1].The resulting Nanoemul gel has several advantages over traditional emulsion-based gels, including improved stability, enhanced drug penetration, and increased bioavailability. Nanoemul gels have been studied for their potential in dermatology and drug delivery applications, showing promising results in reducing acne lesions and improving skin appearance, as well as enhancing drug delivery and reducing inflammation. Further research is needed to optimize the formulation and assess the safety and effectiveness of Nanoemul gels for different applications. Nanoemulgel consist two different systems in which drug containing nanoemulsion is incorporated into a gel base [2]. The fusion of these two systems makes this formulation advantageous in several ways. Lipophilic drugs can be easily incorporated and the skin permeability of the incorporated drugs can be enhanced in several folds due to the finely distributed oil droplets in gel phase. Simultaneously, it can be targeted more specifically to the site of action and can avoid first pass metabolism and relieve the user from gastric/systemic incompatibilities. The nanoemulgel drug delivery system is a formulation related intervention to improve drug absorption and therapeutic profile of lipophilic drugs. An increasing trend in nanoemulgel use in recent years has been noticed because of the better acceptability of the preparation to the patients due to their non-greasy, convenience spreadiability, and easy applicability and good therapeutic and safety profile. Despite having few limitations, nanoemulgel formulation can be considered as potential and promising candidates for topical delivery of lipophilic drugs in the future [3].

 Abstract

ABSTRACT The spread of COVID-19 worldwide has enforced many governments to suspend in-person schooling. According to UNESCO (2020), more than 100 countries had temporarily closed schools, which have affected 91% of students.. The present study aimed to know the parents involvement in early childhood education during COVID-19 pandemic. The sample for the research work consisted of 80 parents. The sample was selected from eight preschools in Jammu City. Data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire and both qualitative and quantitative analysis was done. The findings revealed that parents involvement in early childhood care and education was affected by the pandemic, with parents facing various challenges such as limited access to resources, changes in work and home environments, and increased stress. Both mothers and fathers reported increased involvement in their children's education, with many taking on new roles and responsibilities in response to the challenges of online learning. However, the study also identified several barriers to parental involvement, including lack of access to technology and educational resources, and competing demands on parents time. The study also revealed that the majority of parents have the necessary facilities and infrastructure available for learning activities at home, there is still a considerable number who do not have access to resources and faced challenges such as poor internet connectivity, technical, issues with online platform. The study also found differences in the level and nature of involvement between parents, mothers were more likely to take on the primary role of educator and to engaged in activities such as reading to their children and helping with homework. Fathers, on the other hand, were more likely to provide practical support, such as setting up technology for remote learning and providing emotional support. Efforts should be made to support and engage parents, and to develop strategies for addressing the specific barrier faced by parents.

 Abstract

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent endocrine disorder among women of reproductive age, characterized by a variety of symptoms including menstrual irregularities, hyperandrogenism, and polycystic ovaries. Accurate and early prediction of PCOS is essential for effective management and treatment. This study presents a comprehensive approach to predicting PCOS using machine learning techniques, focusing on data integration, feature engineering, and model optimization. We collected a diverse dataset comprising demographic, clinical, hormonal, and ultrasound features from a cohort of women. Rigorous data preprocessing steps, including normalization, imputation, and encoding, were employed to ensure data quality and consistency. Advanced feature engineering techniques were applied to enhance the predictive power of the input variables, followed by the selection of the most relevant features through correlation analysis and feature importance metrics. Various machine learning models, including Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machines, and Neural Networks, were trained and evaluated. Hyper parameter tuning was conducted using Grid Search and Cross-Validation to optimize model performance. The models were assessed based on accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, and ROC-AUC metrics. Our results demonstrate that the optimized Random Forest model achieved the highest predictive accuracy and robustness, with a notable improvement in identifying PCOS cases compared to traditional diagnostic methods. The study highlights the potential of machine learning in enhancing PCOS diagnosis, offering a reliable, non-invasive, and scalable solution for clinical application. Future work will focus on integrating genetic data and expanding the dataset to further improve model generalizability and accuracy. This research underscores the importance of leveraging machine learning in medical diagnostics and provides a foundation for developing advanced predictive tools for PCOS and other complex disorders.

 Abstract

Abstract - In the face of growing energy demands and environmental concerns, effective energy conservation methods are critical. This paper presents an Smart Energy Conservation System (SECS) designed for the Mechanical Engineering Department, leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT) to monitor and control energy consumption in residential and commercial environments. The system integrates various sensors and actuators to automate energy-saving measures, providing real-time data and remote control capabilities through a cloud platform. The SECS architecture includes IoT-enabled devices such as Arduino and NodeMCU microcontrollers, alongside sensors for temperature, humidity, light, and motion, as well as actuators like relays and smart plugs. These components collect real-time data on environmental conditions and energy usage, transmitting it to a centralized cloud platform, Adafruit IO. This platform processes the data and offers users remote monitoring and control through an intuitive interface. In our experimental setup, the SECS was deployed in a typical residential environment to manage lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems based on occupancy and ambient conditions. For example, lights were programmed to turn off when no motion was detected, and HVAC systems were adjusted to maintain optimal temperatures only when rooms were occupied. Experimental results demonstrated significant energy savings, with an average reduction of approximately 30% in lighting and 20% in HVAC operations compared to manual control methods. Additionally, the system provided insights into energy usage patterns, allowing users to make informed decisions for further conservation. The SECS is both scalable and flexible, enabling easy expansion with additional sensors and actuators. Its modular design ensures seamless integration with existing home automation systems, while the cloud-based platform offers remote access and control, enhancing user convenience. In conclusion, the Smart Energy Conservation System represents a significant advancement in energy conservation for the Mechanical Engineering Department. By leveraging IoT technology, the SECS facilitates substantial energy savings and improves user experience, presenting a promising solution to meet modern energy demands and environmental challenges.
