Social networking sites has become very popular in nowadays. Users use them to find new friends and updates their day to day basis activities and latest thoughts. Social medias such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Twitter became most popular among everyone. Among these Twitter has become the most popular one. We suggest, by replacing the former methods of Euclidean distance by set of classifiers in order to assign the incoming samples to most relative microcluster with arbitrary distribution. Here, a set of Incremental Naive Bayes (Classifier used) is trained for microclusters whose outcome become greater than the threshold value. INB can give mean and boundary of the microclusters , While the Euclidean distance mainly focusses on the mean value and acts inappropriate for the big assymetric microclusters. In this paper, DenStream was improved by proposed sytem, here as INB Denstream. Performance was calculated in terms of purity , general precision , general recall, F1 measure, parameter sensitivity, and computational complexity by the application of methods such as DenStream, CluStream, StreamKM++ to Twitter datasets to show the effectiveness of INB DenStream. Then, our results shows that among the different classifiers used, multinomial NB produces the best result and can achieve 98.8 % accuracy.

A Nanoemul gel is a topical gel that contains a nanoemulsion dispersed within a gel matrix. The nanoemulsion is typically prepared using high shear mixing techniques and contains droplets of an oil phase dispersed in an aqueous phase stabilized by surfactants or stabilizers [1].The resulting Nanoemul gel has several advantages over traditional emulsion-based gels, including improved stability, enhanced drug penetration, and increased bioavailability. Nanoemul gels have been studied for their potential in dermatology and drug delivery applications, showing promising results in reducing acne lesions and improving skin appearance, as well as enhancing drug delivery and reducing inflammation. Further research is needed to optimize the formulation and assess the safety and effectiveness of Nanoemul gels for different applications. Nanoemulgel consist two different systems in which drug containing nanoemulsion is incorporated into a gel base [2]. The fusion of these two systems makes this formulation advantageous in several ways. Lipophilic drugs can be easily incorporated and the skin permeability of the incorporated drugs can be enhanced in several folds due to the finely distributed oil droplets in gel phase. Simultaneously, it can be targeted more specifically to the site of action and can avoid first pass metabolism and relieve the user from gastric/systemic incompatibilities. The nanoemulgel drug delivery system is a formulation related intervention to improve drug absorption and therapeutic profile of lipophilic drugs. An increasing trend in nanoemulgel use in recent years has been noticed because of the better acceptability of the preparation to the patients due to their non-greasy, convenience spreadiability, and easy applicability and good therapeutic and safety profile. Despite having few limitations, nanoemulgel formulation can be considered as potential and promising candidates for topical delivery of lipophilic drugs in the future [3].

ABSTRACT The spread of COVID-19 worldwide has enforced many governments to suspend in-person schooling. According to UNESCO (2020), more than 100 countries had temporarily closed schools, which have affected 91% of students.. The present study aimed to know the parents involvement in early childhood education during COVID-19 pandemic. The sample for the research work consisted of 80 parents. The sample was selected from eight preschools in Jammu City. Data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire and both qualitative and quantitative analysis was done. The findings revealed that parents involvement in early childhood care and education was affected by the pandemic, with parents facing various challenges such as limited access to resources, changes in work and home environments, and increased stress. Both mothers and fathers reported increased involvement in their children's education, with many taking on new roles and responsibilities in response to the challenges of online learning. However, the study also identified several barriers to parental involvement, including lack of access to technology and educational resources, and competing demands on parents time. The study also revealed that the majority of parents have the necessary facilities and infrastructure available for learning activities at home, there is still a considerable number who do not have access to resources and faced challenges such as poor internet connectivity, technical, issues with online platform. The study also found differences in the level and nature of involvement between parents, mothers were more likely to take on the primary role of educator and to engaged in activities such as reading to their children and helping with homework. Fathers, on the other hand, were more likely to provide practical support, such as setting up technology for remote learning and providing emotional support. Efforts should be made to support and engage parents, and to develop strategies for addressing the specific barrier faced by parents.
