 Abstract

The present study is aimed to assess, histological changes in the gills of the freshwater fish Channa punctatus (Bloch), caused by zinc toxicity. Fish Channa punctatus were exposed to three sub-lethal concentrations of zinc for 15 days. The effects of this exposure have been studied on histology of gills at intervals of 8, 10 and 15 days. Severe histopathological changes were observed in gills of all exposed groups. Severity of damage in the gills were time and does dependent. Result suggests that zinc treatment probably dysfunction the detoxification mechanism of the organ. Present investigation indicate that histological damage caused to the gill tissue may result in hypoxia (respiratory distress) followed by other deleterious changes culminating in death of animal. The present study is aimed to assess, histological changes in the gills of the freshwater fish Channa punctatus (Bloch), caused by zinc toxicity.  Abstract

The urban places that most of us inhabit are made up of buildings, streets, spaces and landscapes, various land uses, and a community of users. "Place is therefore a socio-physical construct and numerous claims are made about the power of place. The places in which we live, work, and play will influence for good or ill, the lives we lead, the opportunities available to us, and our personal and communal happiness, identity, and sense of belonging. In the environment, the buildings and the architecture are the reflection of a city and define the values of society. Place underpins cultural activities and social opportunities as well. Therefore, providing safe comfortable maneuvering areas for pedestrianized retail activities to take place simultaneously is important. If a public space has to be developed as a vital element within the urban structure it should be planned to optimize the influence of those factors which will increase its amenity, desirability, and hence the degree of its use, seen in the light of an Indian context. Hence understanding the cohesive potential of various places for creating a place is important and much needed.

 Abstract

The Series of 1-(5-chloro-2-hydroyphenyl)-3-(3-methylphenyl)propane-1,3-dione derivatives have several activities like, Anti-Microbial, Anti-Oxidant, Anti-Inflammatory and Anti-Cancer. Like aromatase inhibitor above maintained heterocyclic compounds derivatives inhibit estrogen with inhibition of estrogen production using aromatase. All estrogens are bio synthesized from androgens in presence of Aromatase cytochrome P450 known as catalytic biosynthesis. Aromatase inhibitors therefore constitute a frontline therapy for oestrogen-dependent breast cancer. Current research show molecular docking study (1-(5-chloro-2-hydroyphenyl)-3-(3-methylphenyl)propane-1,3-dione) with PDB ID: 3 EQM. We have design newly five compounds VPK-1,VPK-2,VPK-3,VPK-4,VPK-5, but Compound VPK-2 show good docking score (-8.8) and compound VPK-1 show (-7.5) moderate docking score compare to Standard Fadrazole (-7.2) Respectively.

 Abstract

This study explores the connection between the auteur theory and the television series Breaking Bad. The auteur hypothesis, which asserts that a filmmaker or showrunner is the main creative force behind a film or television programme, is used to analyse the series. In this study, Vince Gilligan, the Breaking Bad creator and showrunner, is regarded as an auteur. The study examines Gilligan's plan for the programme, how it affected its popularity and its importance in modern television.

 Abstract

The topic of "Human rights" invites cross-disciplinary speculation. It is the basic right available to any human being by birth in the human race. The rights to life, liberty, equality, and dignity of individuals have been guaranteed by the Constitution in most of the countries across the world and their protection is important for the development of an egalitarian society. Katherine Boo's Behind the Beautiful Forevers: Life, Death, and Hope in a Mumbai Undercity (2012) and Nandita Puri's Jennifer: One Woman, Two Continents, and a Truth Called Child Trafficking (2020) are the two texts examined in this paper to inspect how human rights like adequate shelter, food, and safe water, dignity, and the right to one's own body get violated, which eventually leads to the rupture of the society.

 Abstract

This paper examines the common experiences of social marginalization faced by Dalits in India and Black Americans in the United States. Both communities have faced historic discrimination, exclusion, and oppression based on the caste system and slavery, respectively. Dalit literature and Black American Literature are comparable because they share common themes such as social injustice, insecurity, marginalization, and mistreatment by dominant social groups in India and America. Additionally, both Dalits and Afro-Americans have spoken out against religious practices that upheld their enslavement. The situation of Blacks in America is identical to that of the untouchables in India with no differences at all. The current paper endeavours to examine the suppression of voice experienced by Black Americans and Dalits in India through the examination of the works written by them. Delving into personal experiences of Dalit and African American writers' day-to-day living, I construct a framework to investigate the possibilities of solidarity between the two groups. For it, this paper critically compares the social marginalization of Blacks and Dalits and analyzes how they assert their alternative perspectives in the face of the dominant mainstream literary canon with some references to the autobiographies of Om Prakash Valmiki and Langston Hughes.

 Abstract

Many people from the countryside are migrating to the urban cities for their livelihood. The farmland and their plantation land are being abandoned creating the issues of safety to the farm and property by the unauthorized entry and wild animal. Surveillance plays a major role in many fields be it at home, hospitals, schools, public places, farmlands etc. It helps us to monitor a certain area and prevent theft and also provides proof of evidence. In the case of farmlands or agricultural lands surveillance is very important to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to the area as well as to protect the area from animals. Various methods aim only at surveillance which is mainly for human intruders, but we tend to forget that the main enemies of such farmers are the animals which destroy the crops. Plantation farm land are much prone to poaching when there is no proper surveillance. This can adversely create losses to the owner of the plantation. This leads to poor yield of crops and significant financial loss to the owners of the farmland. This problem is so pronounced that sometimes the farmers decide to leave the areas barren due to such frequent animal attacks and security issues. This system helps us to keep away such wild animals from the farmlands and plantations as well as provides surveillance and continuous video surveillance of the farm perimeter. This system also sends the images to the owner situated far from the land and provides a primary alert if specified wild animals are detected.

 Abstract

With a wide range of applications in the chemical and food industries, nuclear reactors, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, waste heat recovery systems, and many other power factors, heat exchangers are an essential component of engineering systems. Natural convection is a method of heat transfer in which the flow of fluid is brought about by variations in fluid density brought on by varying temperature conditions. The effectiveness of fluid heat transfer rate in a heat exchanger with serpentine tubes with an oval shape and constant pitch in longitudinal flow is experimentally assessed in the current study. The experimental results show that fluid flowing through serpentine tubes consistently outperforms fluid flowing through straight tubes for a given Reynolds number (Re), Nusselt number, heat transfer coefficient, and performance of Heat Exchanger systems. Additionally, experimental results show that fluid flowing through serpentine oval-shaped tubes has a somewhat higher friction factor (f) and, thus, a smaller pressure drop than fluid flowing through regular straight tubes.

 Abstract

In a variety of industrial contexts, including factories, supermarkets, and other places, classifying fruits is crucial. People who use fruit classification to select the appropriate fruits may also benefit from it if they have special nutritional needs. Fruit classification used to be done manually, which takes time and necessitates a constant human presence. Machine learning methods for fruit classification have been proposed in the past in large numbers. Deep learning's detection and classification capabilities suggest that it could be a potent engine for producing results that can be applied to the world of today. The project presents a comprehensive analysis of a variety of fruit images for freshness grading using deep learning. A number of algorithms have been reviewed in this project, including YOLO for detecting region of interest with considerations of digital images, ResNet, VGG, Google Net, and AlexNet as the base networks for freshness grading feature extraction. Fruit decaying occurs in a gradual manner, this characteristic is included for freshness grading by interpreting chronologically-related fruit decaying information. The contribution of this proposed system is to propose a novel neural network structure, i.e., YOLO + Regression CNNs for fruit object locating, classification, and freshness grading. Fruits as an object, its images are fed into YOLO for segmentation and regression, then for freshness grading.

 Abstract

A project called "Flowera" is built on floriculture and its workforce. Whereas this is a site that customers can use to order flowers and other goods produced with the leftover flowers from events, our team will offer these items through this platform. The major goal of this project is to create a user-friendly, appealing, and dynamic internet store. Through this platform, we can work with event management organizations to deliver flowers to large events. After events, flowers won't go to waste because our team will go collect used flowers and turn them into products like scented candles, fragrance oils, dried flowers for DIY art, and other things that will be sold on our website. At its conclusion, this project will put all the requirements into practice and evaluate the system's strengths and flaws. It is hoped that this initiative would help to address the main issues with the organization's present system.

 Abstract

The world today is facing the challenge of rational resource management and recovery for the huge amount of plastic waste. The lack of technical skills for hazardous waste management, inadequately developed recycling and recovery infrastructure, and, above all, a lack of knowledge about rules and regulations are key factors. Behind this huge accumulation of plastic waste. The severity of plastic pollution has detrimental effects on the environment and the entire ecosystem. In this study, domestic waste is one of the main sources of municipal solid waste including food waste, paper, plastic, rags, metal, and glass from residential areas. The main bottleneck lies in its removal. This study could provide the Jaipur government with background information to determine the future implementation of household waste segregation activities. This study also proposes to focus on community involvement in segregation at source, waste minimization, and recycling as a habit and way of life. Local governments can facilitate this by providing bins for sorting waste and by setting up waste banks and recycling facilities on a larger scale than those currently available. The indiscriminate disposal of plastic waste at an astonishing rate has led to the search for comprehensive, effective, and sustainable remediation studies in search of a practical alternative to the management, disposal, and destroy plastic debris. While there are a number of processes such as incineration, landfilling, and recycling already in place, they are unsustainable, expensive, and have serious impacts on the environment, wildlife, marine, and human health.

 Abstract

This study places a strong emphasis on the production of organic cotton and fabric, which promotes environmentally friendly, sustainable farming practices and raises both producer and consumer quality of life. Because organic cotton is produced responsibly, to the highest standards, and on the basis of trust, the entire supply chain, from product development to plantation, cares for the people. Demand for organic fabric is rising, particularly in the global market. Being a commodity with added value, organic cotton is quite lucrative. India has excellent opportunities to gain foreign currency and advance its economy. However, the market for organic cotton product is still niche and not developed. There are people who are not aware of organic fabric or are not alert about the importance of sustainable cultivation. The goal of the article is to make readers aware of the importance of living a clean, healthy lifestyle and to encourage them to support sustainable agriculture. A cotton crop must go through numerous processing steps, utilising a variety of expertise and technologies, before becoming a finished textile and finally a garment. We look at the actions taken and the prices obtained at each link in this chain, from the cultivation of the cotton crop through its eventual sale in clothing stores.

 Abstract

String matching has been implemented in the past using various algorithms in the past like Bloom Filter, Hamming Distance, Levenshtein Distance etc.. These algorithms work efficiently for few bytes of data but are of little use when it comes to detect similarity between medium sized files. To overcome this limitation, hashing algorithms are used to compress the files. Additionally we can add fuzziness i.e. tolerance for detecting similarity. In the past several Researchers have implemented Fuzzy hashing on software but there are only few hardware implementations. This paper presents the design and implementation of Fuzzy Hashing for lower end devices for detecting similarity between two files on FPGA. This work can be extended to introduce Fuzzy hashing for improved malware clusters detection in low end IoT devices.

 Abstract

Abstract: Driven by chemistry but increasingly guided by pharmacology and the clinical sciences, drug research has contributed more to the progress of medicine during the past century than any other scientific factor. The advent of molecular biology and, in particular, of genomic sciences is having a deep impact on drug discovery. Recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies have greatly enriched our therapeutic armamentarium. Genome sciences, combined with bioinformatics tools, allow us to dissect the genetic basis of multifactorial diseases and to determine the most suitable points of attack for future medicines, thereby increasing the number of treatment options. Virtual screening, lead optimization, predictions of bioavailability and bioactivity of optimized lead molecules designed using Bioinformatics and Chemiinformatics tools can help to guide experimental research. Docking was performed with substrates of MycP1 with enzyme MycP1 and it should be useful for further drug design.
