Since antiquity, in all ages, justice has been treated as a parameter to capture the social and political insight into a suitable boundary. However, acknowledging justice from a perspective of common good refresh the hidden objectives of justice that needs to be encapsulated. Both western and eastern philosophy, particularly the process of politicisation of justice, tries to accommodate the political sphere of justice into a bottle of common good. Of course, the nature of justice can only be defined as a matter of distributive concept, for instance distribution of primary goods lead to the realization of being a member of political community. Historically the manner of justice has been evolving to pursue a good society, not only for individuals rather the essence of justice enhances the complexity of global interdependence through divers conceptual and theoretical standards. This paper will be analysing the basic historical and philosophical interpretations with regard to justice, moreover the amalgamation of justice with Common Good will also be taken into consideration.

Cultural identity is the characteristic of the individual and the culturally identical group of members sharing the same culture or upbringing. Its importance in preserving uniqueness and distinctiveness amidst cultural diversity in a country like India can never be undermined. Cultural identity of a community is marked by its culture and tradition which includes festivals, costumes, religious faith, food habits, music, dance forms, etc. Assam, the most prominent of the North-Eastern states, takes pride in its rich cultural heritage. Inhabited by a large number of tribes and communities, the state is marked for being a rich storehouse of multiple culture and tradition. Among those tribes and communities, the Tai-Ahoms and the Misings occupy an important place. The festivals Me-Dam-Me-Phi of the Tai-Ahoms and Ali-ai-Ligang of the Misings have given them distinct cultural identities. The present paper is an attempt to trace the cultural identity of the Tai-Ahoms and the Misings through our study of the concept of cultural identity and the rituals of the festivals Me-Dam-Me-Phi and Ali-ai-Ligang.

Free space optical communication has engrossed a large section of researchers in recent times due its wide bandwidth, effortless deployment and immune links making it appropriate for communication purposes. Free space optics to be an exalted technique for fast and cost-effective information exchange. As communication happens through air, FSO transmission is much faster than its fiber counter parts where glass is used as the medium for transmission. This wireless optical technique requires clear and non turbulent atmospheric conditions for efficient transmission. Multi beam technique which uses spatially diverse transmitters for transmission has been used for increasing the achievable link distance of the FSO system. Atmospheric-effects like scintillation, fog, haze, rain, absorption by water vapors, scattering of beam, fading, etc., have to be considered while designing an FSO network. Multibeam technique which uses spatially diverse transmitters for transmission, has been used for increasing the achievable link distance of the FSO system. Parameters like quality factor and bit error rate have been used to check the received signal quality.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose enhanced fingerprint recognition based on compressed GIST concept on DWT. The fingerprint database of FVC 2004 is considered to test the proposed algorithm and only fingerprint part in an image is cropped and Histogram Equalization (HE) is applied. The cropped HE image is resized to 400 x 400 and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) is used to convert spatial domain to transform domain with low and high frequency bands. The low-frequency LL-band of size 200 x 200 is considered by discarding the high frequency bands of LH, HL and HH of each size 200 x 200 to enhance image quality with reduced dimensionality. The GIST concept is used on LL band to obtain final features. The Support Vector Machine (SV M) is used to classify images in the database. It is seen that the recognition rate of proposed method is better compared to the existing methods.

1993 that institutions of self-government, known as Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), were first institutionalised in India. 2018 marks 25 years since they came into existence through the 73rd Constitutional Amendment.. As stated by the Balwant Raj Meheta Committee we can find thatdecentralization of power has led the local bodies to take active participation in all socioeconomic and political decisions. Panchayat Raj Institutions (PRIs) provide the opportunityto the rural masses to involve themselves from grass-root level to achieve all the nationalchallenges. For complete involvement of the society, participation of rural women is ensuredwith 33 percent women reservation. Accordingly we now find women are also elected as themember of PRIs. But it is often found that rural women lack in decision making in anyaspects whether economic, social, political or family matters and are dictated by their malecounterpart.

Electrical power plays a very important role in today's modern age. For many applications from micro to macro devices, power transmission is done through transmission lines such as small sensors, satellites and, oil platforms, etc The voltage, current are drawn as output for the coils nothing but air coiled transformer with high frequency. It mainly tells about the advantages of dc over ac. Tesla coil gives the complete study of a wireless transformation of power. As tesla coil is one type of transformer that can be able to produce hundreds and thousands of voltage range levels. It should be able to transfer power without any wires or transmission lines. Telsa coil is also able to use in the places where usage of wires are seemed to be difficult such as wet areas (snow areas, hill areas). We can use this type of coils in telecommunication applications. It transfers power by selecting the medium for it as space.

Tax is any shape charge levied on someone or an group through a governing body or its equal such that defaulted payment is punishable by means of law. The imposition of taxes and the organization of taxing is as antique as civilization itself cutting across faith, race and continental borders. Prompt tax payment and reduced tax evasion is always a primary goal of the government in most civilizations that exist nowadays. The problem of tax evasion has confirmed to be a tough exercise to lessen even in international locations with a proper database of its citizenry and the contemporary mode of tax price is redundant and tense as ascertained through a survey of our case look at. Some of the demanding situations governmental our bodies have to conquer so that you can encourage the set off payment of taxes and correctly reduce evasion includes, developing convenient fee methods and having proper records retaining structures. This paper is a concise summary of ways the continuous improvement of computing science and its huge spread potential to be deployed to clear up a wide range of troubles can be geared in the direction of the development of an electronic taxation gadget to help government bodies with handy tax collection and report maintaining. The waterfall method became decided on for device improvement. Goals to be done with the aid of the system are immediate get right of entry to, progressed productiveness thru 89 efficient usage of sources, database advent and information control, simplification of operations, reduced processing time, user friendliness, portability and versatility for further enhancement. The E-taxation is not a new machine, but a instead nearby strategy to a hassle with international purview. Nuzul al Maa is an obstructive disorder caused by rutubat e ghareeba (diseases producing humour) infiltrate in the pupil, which is situated in between the Rutubat Baiziyyah (aqueous humour) and safaq qarniya (cornea). Thus prevents the penetration of images towards the retina. It develops due to some internal and/ or external factors causes abnormal heat, which affects all rutubat (humour) of the body including the rutubat that present in the lens. By this abnormal heat, denature the lens protein gradually and then the lens becomes hydrated causes visual impairment or blurriness. In the modern medicine, Nuzul al Maa can be correlated with cataract which is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a visual acuity (VA) of less than 3/60 in the better eye. This is the leading cause of blindness in the world. It affects approximately 18 million people, 90% of them in low- and middle-income countries. This review aims at highlighting the concept of cataract with special reference of Nuzul al Maa and its management in Unani system of medicine. Information were gathered from the Unani classical texts, published journals, PubMed, google scholar, research gate by using words like Nuzul al Maa, cataract, blindness, visual impairment and quality of life.
