Decision Tree classification is one of the most widely used machine learning algorithm in dozens of sectors due to its classification effectiveness and model interpretability. However, the voluminous training data and the inherent problem complexity are the two major factors that strongly influence the time and computational efficiencies of the decision tree classification models. As the complexity of the problem increases, the number of computations required to learn every significant pattern will also increase. These enormous computations upsurge the training time and necessitate extensive computing resources especially when the training dataset is huge. To analyze such voluminous and complex datasets at a rapid speed, the need to shift to parallel processing approaches is essential for lowering overall computational costs. In this scenario, this paper provides a comparative analysis of various parallel implementations of decision tree classification models in Apache Spark on three UCI big datasets namely SUSY, PokerHand, and RLCP. The performance exhibited by various parallel implementations is compared in terms of scalability, time complexity and classification performances.

Mung bean is a low input, short duration and high value cash crop. Therefore, that fits very well in the rice-wheat cropping system of the Punjab and other states. There is a gap of 65 to 70 days for growing a crop after wheat and before the main rice crop plantation. . Less amount of fertilizer use in commonly on oil seed and pulses that have a higher sulphur demand per unit of pulses production than cereals. Generally, farmer using sulphur free fertilizer like DAP, Urea, MOP therefore sulphur deficient in soil. The correction of sulphur deficeinces, application of sulphur fertilizer 40 kg/ha increase height and branches per plant of green gram significantly and also application of sulphur was also reported to increase number and weight of root nodules in green gram use mostly, available in market sulphur as bentonite sulphur 90%, sulphur WP application this is effective sources it also improve soil ph and quality of vegetable and fodder crops.

This Human Computer Interaction (HCI) has become one of the important projects in this new era and technology. Using the new technology many things have changed in this world, but there are still a few things which are still being used the same. One of the best examples one can give for this is the Computer System. A computer system in this era is still using the same computerized devices which were used before. But using HCI we can change these computerized devices by using the latest technology we have. This research work focuses on HCI using Hand Gesture movement for computerized devices like Mouse. Using this gesture, movement we will be eliminating the use of external and computerized hardware. We will be using free sources for development of the project and will be using the image processing and image acquisition process.

This review discusses factors responsible for the texture of fruits and vegetables and the changes brought about by freezing. It describes some of the early work on frozen food texture, as well as the more recent studies of cryogenic and other rapid freezing methods. The effects of storage and cooking on texture are also considered. Food shelf-life extension is important not only to food manufacturers, but also to home refrigeration/freezing appliance companies, whose products affect food quality and food waste. While freezing and refrigerating both extend the shelf life of foods, food quality deterioration continues regardless of the preservation method

the article studies The discovery of the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and the spread of COVID-19 have led many governments to take drastic measures. The lockdown of large parts of society and economic life has come as an exogenous shock to many economic actors, not least innovative start-ups. This rapid response research combines a qualitative research design informed by entrepreneurial ecosystem actors with an analysis of policy measures called for, announced, and reportedly implemented in the international press. Interviews from an entrepreneurial ecosystem offer a first-hand account of the adversity start-ups face during a crisis and how by utilizing bricolage responses they cope, and the analysis of policy measures can serve as an inspiration to design support initiatives to protect start-ups from the consequences of the current lockdown and to alleviate the effects of future crises and the obstacles faced and are facing due to covid 19.

In this paper present by Design and Implementation of Common E-learning Platform for Technical Course and Internship. This paper basically works on E-learning and Internship. E-learning has become an ef ective component in most educational institutions; for this reason, there is a clear need to develop general principles and standards through a systematic model to design e-learning systems. There are many models of e-learning courses design, but they are dif erentiated in quality, in most of these models there is a gap between the needs of system developers, content designers, lecturers, and students. In this research, a new model was proposed to design e-learning courses in an attempt to bridge this gap. The proposed model carries out the analysis, design, and development of courses for e-learning systems and its application, then how to evaluate the performance of this system and its usability. A case study was developed by the stages of this proposed model and using Moodle platform, it illustrates the creating courses process, study plans, lessons for each semester, and the analysis, design, and creation of scientific content. Where the scientific content was designed based on the educational approach used by Iraqi universities.

In this study brief that effect the RHA and SF when replacement on cement with some of ratio of sand aggregates with polypropylene fiber (PPF). Use RHA to improve the mechanical properties for engineered cementitious composite (ECC) with rate of silica fume. ECC is new type of cement it improves the ductility; tensile strength also can repair. This experimental confers on high tenacity, shrinkage, compressive strength, and cracking load. In addition will add polypropylene fiber (PPF). Important things in this study to found best replacement of RHA with SF to get good condition of mechanical properties. And superplasticizer is added to the concrete mixture to make it smooth and easy to form. Mix proportion that replacement with Sf and RHA can showing as SF05%, RHA05% + SF 10, RHA10 + SF15, RHA15 + SF20%, RHA10% + SF25%, RHA05% + SF30%, RHA0%. Using silica fume to resistance of chloride, sulfate attack, corrosion currents and acids that can make concrete high crack resistance and high-grade concrete also can change of strength to make it high strength early.

With the soaring development of huge scale online social networks, online information sharing is becoming ubiquitous a day. Various Information is propagating through online social networks including both positive and negative. Rumour blocking may be a significant issue in large-scale social networks. Malicious rumors could cause chaos in society and hence got to be blocked as soon as possible after being detected. During this system, during this system specialize in the way to minimize the propagation of negative information like the web rumours. The system is predicated on twitter and therefore the intention of the system is to detect and minimize the spreading of false, during this System posted by the user. Another important aim of the system is to form the users refrain from the habit of spreading rumour. During this system, during the System use a model of dynamic rumour influence minimization with user experience (DRIMUX). The goal is to attenuate the influence of the rumour (i.e., the amount of users that have accepted and sent the rumour) by blocking a particular subset of nodes. Additionally, different from existing problems of influence minimization, during this System take under consideration the constraint of user experience utility. Specifically, each node is assigned a tolerance time threshold. If the blocking time of every user exceeds that threshold, the utility of the network will decrease. Experiments are implemented supported large-scale world networks and validate the effectiveness of the method.

The current study was conducted on the Effectiveness of Motivational Incentives on Employee Performance. The main purpose of this study was to determine the level of incentives and to evaluate the impact of these incentives on employee performance. Research has developed a variety of ways in which employees are motivated including incentives based on financial and non - financial recognition. Research suggests that financial incentives alone were not enough. Capacity building programs should be implemented for employees that will not only make their job challenging but also increase their commitment to their organizations. The information from this study can be used effectively by companies to review their staff policies and other researchers for future studies.
