The vast usage of smartphones all over the world has given a platform for many developers to develop different apps which can provide user friendly interfaces for the users. The openness of the android operating system made the developers to easily which lead to the rapid development the apps. This rapid development of the apps also gave platform for the hackers to introduce malicious activities by developing fake apps. Fake apps are the apps which appear same as an original app and extract the user sensitive information once the user has installed the fake app into the device. This detection of fake apps has become a need of the day. In this paper we carefully analysed the fake apps and presented few defences and possible measures to detect the fake apps by which user sensitive information can be protected.

Agriculture is known for the most prominent aspects that is much recognized by our Indian economy. It is considered to be very important sector because it provides sustainable life to half the population. Since most of the people are dependent on agriculture sector because it not only focusses on providing income to the people but also considers various other factors such as raw material requirements that is needed for production activities, provides a platform to market the industrial products, employment opportunities and providing food grains as to satisfy the entire population needs. In the years between 2019-2020, there was a record that hits to 291.95 million tones which was estimated as the total production of food grains in the country. By the year 2030, the demand for food grains would be increased which was predicted by the Indian Council of Agriculture Research. But sometimes they might be a downfall with the changes in the agriculture production patterns. This is the place where the climate change plays really important role on deciding the positive or the negative results that may cause fluctuation in the movements of agriculture practices. Agriculture is also considered to be a main source that leads in greenhouse gas emission by contributing to the changes in terms of climate plus with greenhouse effect. Changes in the climate has created fluctuation in the agriculture production which might gradually end up as a challenge in the food insecurity in the near future. So therefore, this paper fully focuses on how climatic changes has impacted the agriculture production patterns, focusing on the factors that can influence the climate change which can be a major reason for food insecurity and analysis of policies that our implemented to cope with the challenges of climate change in order to bring in positive change in the economy.

The BPO Industry has developed well in and its growth can be significantly computed to huge availability of suitable manpower. Ironically, in the light of persistent high levels of attrition experiencing the manpower has been the most intimidating challenge of the industry. The reason behind the attribution is workforces, lack of growth and progression, lack of feedback and recognition and weakness of individual mental and physical ability. On account of high levels of attrition, the industry has been suffering financial and performance related setbacks. Over a period of time, many studies have been undertaken in the academic as well as in industry surroundings to identify the factors which also determine efficient ways of handling the problem of attrition. Although, it still remains an area of concern and prominence for various organizations over a large area. The objective of paper is the comprehensive attrition rate in BPO sectors in Chennai city. There are 120 candidates indulged in this research by questionnaires methods. This analysis of attrition rate is carried out with aid of SPPS, Microsoft excel and data analysis process. Microsoft excel is for finding out the percentage analysis .SPPS is for finding out data analysis. The result of the study concentrates that the diverse factors responsible for attrition on the basis of review of literature

Abstract: Minerals play an important role for maintenance of various metabolic processes in animals. The minerals calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) plays an important role in milk production and puberty in different varieties of cows. The present study was carried out in Anthiyur taluk of Erode district to determine the serum Ca and P in three different productive stages of breed such as pregnant, non-pregnant and after calving Holstein Friesian (HF) cow breeds. The study result shows that the mean blood serum calcium level was maximum in non-pregnant cows followed by pregnant cows and calves HF cows. Similarly, the mean serum P level was maximum in pregnant cows followed by non-pregnant and calved cows. The study results show that the calcium-phosphorus ratio of the study animal HF breed cows was 2:1.

Synthetic seeds are commonly called as encapsulated somatic embryos. For large scale clonal propagation these are widely used and mainly produced from the somatic cells. For the preparation of synthetic seeds different plant parts like shoot tips, axillary buds are used in addition to somatic embryo. Synthetic seeds are beneficial in cutting down the cost of production of micro-propagated plants. An advanced method for production of synthetic seeds is thought to be a valuable replacement tool for the generation of many commercial crops and beneficial technique for the extensive propagation of finite plant genotypes. In several fruit crops characters like tiny seed size, presence of reduced endosperm, nature of seeds lower germination rate, heterozygosity and seedlessness of some varieties are the limiting factors for the success through propagation of seeds. Presence of recalcitrant seeds in several fruit crop species limits the storage of the seeds to few weeks or months Throughout the world several methods are studied for the propagation of the fruit plants for various genetic engineering, breeding, and pharmaceutical purposes. Due to this the artificial seeds would be of more useful for the exchange of elite and axenic plant materials between various laboratories and many extension centres due to comfort in handling and small bead size. Because of these advantages use of encapsulation technology has become more famous in most of the fruit crops. In this review the scope, types and procedure of artificial seed production and the use of synthetic seed production in various fruit crops.

Today, tall structures have clothed to be overall engineering marvel. From past earthquakes, it is demonstrated that a big range of structure are absolutely/somewhat injured attributable to earthquake and now-a days it has clothed to be vital to choose seismic reactions over such structures. Structural analysis may be a branch which includes within the assurance of structures with a particular finish goal to foresee the reactions of real structures, for example, structures, spans, trusses then on. Basic outlining needs basic investigation and seismic examination of any structure before development. all at once satisfy the necessity of this swollen people within the affected territory; the stature of building has clothed to be medium to tall structure. during this approach, to ensure upbeat against seismic powers of multi-storied operating, there's want of seismic examination study and designing quake protection structures. Amid earthquake, disappointment of structure begins from the needs of a defect. By and large, defect happens attributable to pure mathematics, mass brokenness and solidness of structure. that's the reason; structures taper off amid earthquakes typically, attributable to vertical abnormality. The principle target this thesis is to suppose about the seismic investigation of structure for static and dynamic examination in customary minute opposing casing. We have considered the personal building, a G+9 storied structure for the seismic investigation and it's settled in Zone II district in Asian nation. the bottom wants regarding the fundamental security of structures are being secured by the strategy for setting out the bottom set up masses that should be accepted for dead masses, forced burdens, and alternative outside loadings. The analysis of structure is done by using computer with using STAAD.PRO Software
