Blood donation and transfusion has been an ever-serious issue and the shortage of blood throughout the world has caused many people to lose their life. The lack of a centralized system for blood donation is majorly responsible for those losses. Now in the era of online and digital processes, the conventional methods of collecting blood are absolute. An automated system is required to manage the centers and to showcase the information to the interested parties. We have developed a website that singlehandedly solves all these issues related to blood donation and reception. We have designed a SQLite database as an integral part of the integrated framework to store historical blood donation data in a centralized database for analytical processing. The proposed system would enable people to register as a donor to make themselves available whenever in need of their blood type. We have introduced a search tab to search available people ready to donate. In our proposed system in the donor registration, health-related details would be updated in the blood management system database for all to see.

There is an audio lag/packet loss in the video streaming/meeting services and video platforms, and sometimes listeners cannot understand what their host is talking about because of network connectivity issues. This generates delays/communication errors in the meeting/streaming and the audience cannot understand the message. Lip-Reading is an art that helps a listener understand, even without hearing it and just observing the Lip-movement, what a speaker tries to say. It's this combination of using a person's lip gestures, facial eloquence, and other nonverbal cues to "read" speech. We describe a recurrent neural network-based system for text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis that can generate speech audio in the voice of different speakers by reading their Lip-movements, including those unseen during training. Our model will demonstrate these capabilities by reading the speaker's face by extracting the Lip features. Next, the model will convert the Lip-movements to sound waves using relevant APIs. Following this, our model will generate artificial speech, synchronous to the speaker.

Intranet access has become an essential function for corporate users. At the same time, a corporation's security administrators have little ability to control access to corporate data once it is released to remote clients. At present, no confidentiality or integrity guarantees about the remote access clients are made, so an attacker may have compromised a client process and is now downloading or modifying corporate data. Even though we have corporate-wide access control over remote users, the access control approach is currently insufficient to stop these malicious processes. We have designed and implemented the Session Security VPN network infrastructure that empowers corporations to verify client integrity properties and establish trust upon the client policy enforcement before allowing clients (remote) access to corporate Intranet services. Client integrity is measured using Routing and Remote Access Services (RRAS), a new security technology that is becoming broadly available on client systems, and our system uses these measurements for access policy decisions enforced upon the client's processes. We have implemented Microsoft Operating System along with Domain/Client prototype system that utilizes the RRAS measurement and attestation, existing network control, and existing corporate policy management tools. This prototype illustrates that our solution integrates seamlessly into scalable corporate policy management and introduces only a minor performance overhead.

The automated approach of assessment and grading of a structured C++ program on basis of generalised inter - lingua and expert specification achieves a faster and consistent evaluation of the program on basis of language features used, grades provided and time consumed for the completion of evaluation process. The areas of the program in terms of components where the grades can be enhanced form the achieved grades can also be suggested by such automated process of assessment. Adapting to the novel approach of implementing components of a program also adds to the knowledge base of expert specification for future cycles of assessment and grading

Abstract: Salmonella enteritidis is a serotype of Salmonella enterica which causes Non-typhoidal and Gastro-intestinal infection in both humans and animals. Chicken IgY has been identified as an alternative for the treatment of non-typhoidal salmonellosis. 21 weeks old white leghorn chicken which lays eggs was immunized with Salmonella enteritidis. The anti-Salmonella enteritidis IgY was purified and their protein content was estimated. The specificity of produced IgY was tested with Rapid Agglutination test, Micro agglutination test and Cross reactivity test. SDS-PAGE analysis of IgY showed a protein profile of the IgY, antibody titer potency of each serum and IgY was determined by Indirect ELISA. The present study was conducted to develop both Direct and Indirect ELISA kit for the detection of Salmonella enteritidis infection.

Automatic assessment of the performed practical program of a student, independent of the approach, has always been a challenging job. Hence continuous progress for improvisations in evaluation techniques has been observed over the time. A lack of automatic evaluation of structural components of the program is also observed. This paper presents the system developed to automate the process of evaluation and grading of a structured C++ program in terms of structural and contextual requirement of required components from the program. The system represents the automated process to evaluate, grade and also suggests grade enhancement measures from the program provided for evaluation.

Breast cancer is the world's second leading cause of death in women. The cause of the disease may be genetic or unknown. Since it is asymptomatic in the initial stage, early detection and diagnosis are critical for breast cancer prevention, it can increase the success of treatment and save lives. Ultrasound imaging is one of the most common screening techniques for identifying and classifying breast disorders. A computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) framework is a valuable and useful means for breast cancer identification and classification because it reduces operator dependence and increases diagnostic accuracy. In this paper clinical breast examination (CBE) methods and literature survey related to detection and classification of lesions/tumors in breast ultrasound images have been discussed.

To save power consumption we gave automatically turn ON and OFF by using with timer and with motion sensor so that we save more consuming electrical energy .Our project is mainly to save energy and it can be renewable also, the lights will be automatically off because we will set timer for the light connection when to ON OFF. Motion sensor is to detect the motion of the item. And that we can detect the motion up to 180 degree within the area, By using Blynk app we are able to operate the on/off and also we are able to use the timers for setting the time that may save our energy without wasting it which time we are able to keep what percentage hours we wish we are able to keep through timer settings . Relays are used to control for opening and closing the electrical device and acts like a switch. More over in this current world many of them are wasting the power consumption by turning the lights on during day times our motto is to reduce the power consumption and make them awareness of the Electricity bill. Many changes has been developed and developing the smart street light system through technology. Infrared sensor is the sensor which can detect the object in our surrounding. By detecting sensor we can save more energy and it can be renewable.

Nowadays shopping malls and Big Marts keep the track of their sales data of each and every individual item for predicting future demand of the customer and update the inventory management as well. These data stores basically contain a large number of customer data and individual item attributes in a data warehouse. Further, anomalies and frequent patterns are detected by mining the data store from the data warehouse. The resultant data can be used for predicting future sales volume with the help of different machine learning techniques for the retailers like Big Mart. In this paper, we propose a predictive model using XG boost Regressor technique for predicting the sales of a company like Big Mart and found that the model produces better performance as compared to existing models.

Grinding wheels are applied in industry in a large variety of ways such as Centre less, cylindrical, external and internal, surface and double disc etc. under a variety of cutting conditions. The abrasive grinding wheels has two major roles. The first role is inherent in which the wheel rotates to its function with regard to the production of good surface finish and the ease of material removal in grinding. The second role refers to the apparent behavior of the grinding wheel and depends upon the interaction of the wheel with the characteristics of the grinding machine and other application conditions. A grinding wheel is a very forgiving tool and its grinding action is somewhat dynamic in that it can be altered significantly by changing the grinding conditions
