 Abstract

Abstract: This study researches the molecular expression analysis of MLP gene in cucumis melo under abiotic stress. Using quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR), we clarified the differential patterns of the MLP gene in light of drought stress, salinity stress, and different temperature stress. Our results uncover a critical up regulation of MLP records in melon tissues presented to delayed drought and salinity stresses, showing an expected job in osmotic change and stress relief. On the other hand, warm pressure inspired a more intricate articulation profile, with starting down regulation followed by an undeniable increment, recommending a biphasic reaction system. The transient elements of MLP articulation propose its association in early pressure discernment and resulting acclimatization processes. Moreover, in silico advertiser examination recognized a few pressure responsive cis- administrative components, validating the quality's administrative possible under unfavorable natural circumstances. This extensive in molecular expression analysis of MLP gene in cucumis melo, offering important bits of knowledge for the improvement of stress-versatile melon cultivars. Our discoveries lay the basis for future useful examinations pointed toward taking apart the exact administrative organizations and flagging pathways regulated by the MLP gene in respect of abiotic stress. Difficulties and future headings in MLP quality exploration under temperature stress are additionally examined, including the requirement for thorough utilitarian examinations, clarification of flagging pathways associated with MLP quality guideline, and combination of omics ways to deal with unwind the intricacy of temperature stress reactions. All in all, the molecular expression analysis of the MLP gene in cucumis melo under stress addresses a promising road for understanding plant pressure reactions and upgrading pressure resilience in crops. By unwinding the unpredictable administrative systems administering MLP quality articulation and capability, specialists can make ready for the improvement of environment strong yield assortments, adding to worldwide food security and manageability. Additionally, protein-protein interaction networks were constructed to elucidate the potential functional partners of MLP in cucumis melo. The network analysis indicated interactions with key stress-related proteins, including those involved in reactive oxygen species (ROS) detoxification, osmoprotectant synthesis, and signal transduction pathways. These interactions highlight the multifaceted role of MLP in mediating stress tolerance mechanisms. To validate the physiological relevance of MLP expression, transgenic melon plants overexpressing the MLP gene were generated and subjected to abiotic stress treatments. The transgenic lines exhibited enhanced tolerance to drought, salinity, and cold stress, as evidenced by improved growth parameters, reduced electrolyte leakage, and lower levels of stress-induced ROS accumulation compared to wild-type plants. In summary, this study provides comprehensive insights into the molecular expression and functional significance of the MLP gene in Cucumis melo under abiotic stress. The findings underscore the potential of MLP as a target for genetic engineering to enhance stress tolerance in melon, paving the way for the development of more resilient crop varieties in the face of global climate change. Further research is warranted to elucidate the detailed molecular mechanisms underlying MLP-mediated stress responses and to explore its potential applications in crop improvement programs. Understanding the molecular expression hidden in plant reactions to natural anxieties, like temperature vacillations, is fundamental for creating strong yield assortments.  Abstract

This study investigates potential psychological differences between gamers and non-gamers. We employ a comparative design to examine three key psychological traits: self-efficacy, interpersonal reactivity, and self-regulation. Seventy gamers and seventy-three non-gamers participated in the study, completing self-report measures for each variable. The results revealed no significant difference in self-efficacy between the two groups. However, gamers displayed significantly higher interpersonal reactivity compared to non-gamers, suggesting heightened sensitivity to social cues and emotions. Conversely, gamers exhibited significantly lower self-regulation compared to non-gamers. These findings offer valuable insights into the psychological profile of gamers and highlight potential areas for future research on the impact of gaming experiences. The implications for game design and our understanding of gamer behavior are also discussed. Tools used in the study include GSE by Schwarzer, R., & Jerusalem, M. (1995), SSRQ by Brown et al. in 1999 and IRI by Mark H. Davis (1983).

 Abstract

Recently, an increment of espresso drinks utilization has been seen from one side of the planet to the other; and its utilization expands the waste coffee beans which will turn into ecological issues. Recycling of this waste to produce new materials like sand concrete (Biochar + Fine Aggregate + Cement) appears as one of the best solutions for reducing the problem of pollution. Study. where carried out Coffee Biochar-Cube (CBC) produced specifically from used coffee grounds through the process of pyrolysis. For this: sand substantial blends were ready with replacement of sand with the spent coffee beans squander at various rate (0.6% 0.9% and 1.8%) by volume of the sand in order to study the influence of this wastes on physical (Workability, bulk density and porosity), mechanical (compressive strength) properties of dune sand concrete. The results showed that the use of spent coffee grounds waste as partial replacement of natural sand contributes to reduce workability, bulk density and mechanical strength of sand concrete mixes with an increase in its porosity. However, the thermal characteristics are improved and especially for a level of 15% and 20% of substitution. So, it is possible to obtain an insulating material which can be used in the various types of structural components. This study ensures that reusing of waste coffee grounds in dune sand concrete gives a positive approach to reduce the cost of materials and solve some environmental problems.

 Abstract

In the present paper a modest endeavor has been made to study 'Martyrdom of Younger Sahibzadas (Sahibzada Zorawar Singh and Sahibzada Fateh Singh as Reflected in Sri Gurpratap Suraj Granth by Bhai Santokh Singh'. For this the contemporary and near contemporary primary sources have been examined. The main purpose of this research work is to understand how Bhai Santokh Singh represents the life and times of Guru Gobind Singh and the manner in which it differs from other sources. Bhai Santokh Singh occupies a prominent place in Sikh historiography. He was an erudite scholar, a master craftsman of poetry, an acute observer of men and matters and a champion and crusader of distinct Sikh sensitivity and sensibility. Bhai Santokh Singh compiled his magnum opus Sri Gurpartap Suraj Granth on the basis of available Sikh chronicles and historical traditions. He 'filtered the entire existing impurities from Sikh history and made the clean Sikh religious stream flow unpolluted and unhindered'. He refers to the malicious attempts of those schismatic conglomerates who wished to contaminate the Sikh religion. In fact, Guru Gobind Singh is the ideal, hero and Sikh icon of Bhai Santokh Singh. The verses of Bachittar Natak and of Guru Gobind Singh's court-poets about the Guru's charismatic personality, character, role and contribution had left an indelible impression on the poet's mind and he has portrayed Guru Gobind Singh on the basis of those impressions.

 Abstract

Weeding is a labor -intensive task that can be time-consuming and expensive. Deep learning- based weeding robots offer a potential solution to this problem by automating the weed detection and removal process. These robots can be equipped with cameras and sensors to identify weeds and then use deep learning algorithms to determine the best way to remove them. In this project, we present the design and fabrication of a deep learning-based weeding robot. The robot is designed to be used in small-scale fields and is equipped with a single camera and a weeding mechanism that uses a rotating blade to cut weeds. The deep learning system is trained on a dataset of images of weeds and crops. Once the robot is deployed, it can identify weeds in real time and provide instructions to the weeding mechanism on how to remove them. The robot will be tested in a small-scale field with a variety of weeds. The results can show that the robot will be able to identify and remove weeds with a high degree of accuracy. The robot will also weed the field more quickly and efficiently than traditional weeding methods. The deep learning-based weeding robot will have the potential to revolutionize the way that weeds are removed. The robot will be able to help reduce labor costs, increase efficiency, and reduce the use of herbicides.

 Abstract

One of the novel drug delivery approaches that overcome limitations of traditional dosage is the transdermal drug delivery system. Currently, 74% of medicines are taken orally, which may not provide the necessary effectiveness. The delivery of drugs through transdermal route has the advantage of being always painless. A transdermal patch is an adhesive patch that has been medicated and is applied to the skin to allow a prescribed dosage of medication to pass through the skin and enter the bloodstream. The topical delivery of therapeutic agents presents several benefits in comparison to traditional oral and invasive drug delivery techniques. Transdermal drug administration has a number of significant benefits, including limiting hepatic first pass metabolism, improving therapeutic efficacy, and preserving a constant medication plasma level. The advantages and disadvantages of transdermal drug delivery systems (TDDS), drug permeation pathways, transdermal drug delivery systems and their components, transdermal patch methods of preparation, formulation factors, and evaluation parameters are all thoroughly discussed in this review article. The future prospects for transdermal drugs delivery systems and recent advancements in the area are also included in the study.

 Abstract

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a growing global health concern, and the development of effective and safe therapeutic agents is crucial. The present study aimed to investigate the hepatoprotective potential of Salix alba bark extract (MESA) against tamoxifen-induced hepatic steatosis in rats. MESA was prepared using the Soxhlet extraction method, and its phytochemical constituents were analyzed. Tamoxifen-induced hepatotoxicity was used as the experimental model, and the hepatoprotective effects were evaluated by assessing biochemical parameters, body weight, liver weight, and histopathological changes. MESA at doses of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg significantly attenuated the tamoxifen-induced alterations in serum markers, lipid profile, and histopathological changes in the liver. The findings suggest that MESA exhibits potent hepatoprotective activity, which may be attributed to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These results support the potential of Salix alba as a natural remedy for the management of NAFLD.

 Abstract

Academic institutions face significant obstacles when it comes to efficiently managing student data, as they struggle with manual procedures that control enrollment, grading, and attendance monitoring. These traditional approaches take a lot of time by nature and are prone to mistakes. The Student Administration System shows up as a comprehensive answer to these problems, revolutionizing administrative workflows with automation. The system meets the various needs of teachers, students, and administrators by offering a centralized platform.. This system's primary goal is to automate manual processes in order to address their shortcomings. This will improve accuracy, reduce paperwork, and result in a significant increase in overall operational efficiency. The intended result is the development of a robust and user-friendly system that fosters effective communication and perceptive data analysis in addition to streamlining complex administrative duties. The Student Administration System allows educational institutions to refocus their attention on promoting academic excellence by simplifying these crucial aspects of educational management. This is made possible by the elimination of laborious manual workflows.

 Abstract

Psychosis is a mental health condition characterized by an inability to distinguish reality from delusions, often associated with hallucinations and disorganized thinking. Early treatment is crucial, but current antipsychotic medications warrant the exploration of alternative, plant-based therapies. Apium graveolens (celery) is a medicinal plant with reported anti-inflammatory ,antioxidant and other pharmacological properties, but its antipsychotic potential has not been extensively evaluated. This study aimed to investigate the antipsychotic activity of Apium graveolens seed extract in an alcohol-induced psychosis model in mice, assessing effects on locomotor activity, stereotypic behaviours, and social interaction

 Abstract

India is one of the world's leading producers of sugarcane, with an annual production of 250-300 million tons. The residual bagasse is turned into bagasse fiber, even though the primary issue is how to get rid of the sugarcane trash, or bagasse, that's left over after the juice is removed. Since the manufacture of cement increases carbon dioxide emissions, lime is used instead of cement, which is harmful to the environment. This project's main objective is to produce stabilized sugarcane bagasse lime clay blocks that are green and environmentally beneficial, all while resurrecting traditional building methods. Without compromising the material's mechanical properties, this will be accomplished by using locally produced lime, clay, and agricultural waste, such as sugarcane bagasse fibers. First, there are blocks made of lime with different percentages of sugarcane bagasse fibers, and second, there are blocks made of different lime with different percentages of CaCo3 while keeping sugarcane bagasse fibers constant. The third set of blocks is composed of different amounts of lime relative to the different percentages of clay, keeping the fibers from sugarcane bagasse constant.
