Individuals are making investment among alternatives based on their personal, family and social needs, The findings explicates that the rural investors are agreed with they are looking in to different options for their investment, they are depending on intermediaries for doing their investment, they are discussing with their friends and family before making investment, they are making investment on the basis of higher returns, they are investing in diverse avenues, they are investing based on low level of risk, they are highly accountable for their investment activities and they are investing to meet family and social needs. Significant difference is there amid investment behaviour of rural investors and their demographics. Investment behaviour of rural investors is significantly, positively and moderately related with their satisfaction. Therefore, rural investors should continuously watch performance of their investment and they must equally invest in all investment avenues with the objective of maximization of benefits.

Data storage device research and development is a race to keep up with the ever-increasing demand for additional capacity, density, and readout rates. Traditional memory technologies, such as magnetic hard disc drives, optical discs, and semiconductor memories, have kept up with the demand for larger, quicker memories. There is, however, compelling evidence that these two-dimensional surface storage systems are approaching their fundamental limits. Data storage in three dimensions is an alternate option for next-generation memory. The concept of holographic storage was first presented in the early 1960s, shortly after lasers were created, as the next generation of optical storage. Throughout the early 2000s, academic and industry research teams continued to make headway in showing the technology's promise. Although no one has yet developed a mass-market for this technology, numerous companies, such as IBM and Lucent, as well as organisations like the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, are developing prototypes. Project Holographic Storage Device (HSD), a cooperation between Microsoft Research Cambridge and Microsoft Azure, reviewed this storage technology in 2020. The project's purpose is to use holographic technology to enable data centre cloud storage. Statista predicts that the amount of global information created in 2020 will be 64.2 zettabytes (ZB), with more than 180 ZB expected by 2025.Enterprises and cloud service providers must find a means to store all of this data in order to keep up with the inevitable demand for storage. One option is holographic storage, which aims to store a large amount of data in a small amount of space while also achieving high performance, availability, and durability requirements.

The aim of this work was to investigate and describe mucoadhesive buccal tablets of pioglitazone hydrochloride utilising a variety of bioadhesive polymers in combination, including sodium alginate, carbopol, HPMC K4M, and HPMC K15M. TEN formulations were created with various polymer concentrations and combinations of two polymers in each formulation. Individual polymers make up formulations F1 to F4. F5 to F10 were made up of two polymer combinations. Physicochemical criteria such as hardness, thickness uniformity, weight fluctuation, and surface pH were assessed on the produced tablets. The bioadhesive strength and in-vitro drug release of the produced tablets were also tested. In vitro bioadhesive strength and release tests revealed that formulation F2, which had individual polymer and medication, had the best drug release (97.51%) and bioadhesive strength. The FTIR measurements revealed no evidence of interaction between polymer and drug.

Everyone in society knows something about gold, some more than others. People with a strong urge to purchase gold and gold jewellery. We learn a lot more about the gold sector in this study and poll. The gold market in Coimbatore has grown to both urban and rural areas. People in both urban and rural areas have a strong desire to purchase gold and jewellery, but they do not do it in the same quantities, in the same quality, at the same time, at the same outlet, or with the same designs. True, and everyone knows that, but in this study, we examine that factor in an acceptable manner and from various perspectives. This research reveals which elements distinguish rural and urban areas, including economic, cultural, and social issues. These studies also show that this sector will continue to grow in both urban and rural areas. This research compares urban and rural customers, as well as the entire gold urban and rural market. This study is beneficial to both the organised and unorganised sectors. It also benefits customers by educating them on how to improve their businesses by providing the best possible service to their customers.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a global health issue that causes a high rate of morbidity and mortality, as well as the onset of additional diseases. Because there are no clear symptoms in the early stages of CKD, people frequently miss it. Early identification of CKD allows patients to obtain timely treatment to slow the disease's progression. Due to their rapid and precise recognition capabilities, machine learning models can successfully assist doctors in achieving this goal. We propose a machine learning framework for diagnosing CKD in this paper. The CKD data set was taken from kaggle, which has a substantial number of missing values. We employ multiple machine learning methods such as DT, SVM, and DNN to analyze data from CKD patients with 21 characteristics and 400 records. The dataset is preprocessed by filling in missing data and normalizing it. To increase accuracy and save training time, the most relevant features from the dataset are chosen.Image processing and letter recognition are used to automatically input the attributes.

The purpose of this paper is twofold: one is to canvass some issues relating to academic corporate governance for monitoring work, particularly to emphasize the importance of expressing appropriate ethics. Another point is to point up that suggestion by providing examples of deliberate governance issues of substance for policy functioning: these latter points draw from the principles of corporate governance, and from the behavioral sciences. The conclusion is drawn that as academic corporate is a persistently developing process and organization that can and should learn from modern developments. The paper also states that the values articulated in a Code of Ethics are essential to proficient and honest functioning, and invests the values of governance with meaning and way of judging the significance of such principles. The concept of contradictory cause is mentioned in draw round. It is intended to consider practitioners to issues which may be counterproductive in implementation. Temperate suggestions are itemized and documented which are: the importance of the official rules for meetings; using the strategies proposed by strategic promoters; the importance of having an ethical culture; in negotiations and discussions the importance of issues vs. individuality; and the setting of means to performance indicators for assessment of achievement.

Pneumonia is an infection that affects one or both lungs. It is caused by bacteria called Streptococcus pneumoniae. According to the world health organization one in three deaths in India is caused due to pneumonia. To diagnose pneumonia using chest X-Rays need expert radiotherapists for evaluation. However, it is not an easy task for a radiotherapist to examine chest radio-graph. There are different types of pneumonia such as a normal pneumonia, Bacterial pneumonia, Viral Pneumonia and covid-19 pneumonia. Thus, developing an automatic system for detecting pneumonia would be beneficial for treating the disease without any delay. To detect the exact type of pneumonia we are developing an automatic system for detecting the exact type of pneumonia

Dental implantology is now feasible option to conventional prosthodontics[4]. Since its inception of placing in the bone to achieve prosthetic solution that fulfils biologic, aesthetic and biomechanical requirements being a challenge. The implant site and inclination are governed by the quality of bone[1]. In prosthetically driven implantology, where placement of implant is determined by the restoration, use of radiographic and surgical along with Computed Tomography[CT] plays a important role. A stent is used for radiographic evaluation during treatment planning for implant placement and during surgical procedures to locate optimal implant placement site. The stent with dental CT scan enables us to identify the optimal position and angulation of implant relative to occlusive load. It is advisable to establish a logical continuity between the planned restoration and surgical phases. It is essential to use a transfer device which increases the predictability of success[2]. This article describes about the importance of placing stent in implant.

A smart megacity is the unborn thing to have cleaner and better amenities for the society. Smart underground structure is an important point to be considered while enforcing a smart megacity. Drainage system monitoring plays a vital part in keeping the megacity clean and healthy. Since homemade monitoring is unskilful, this leads to slow running of problems in drainage and consumes further time to break. To alleviate all these issues, the system using a wireless detector network, conforming of detector bumps is designed. The proposed system is low cost, low conservation, IoT grounded real time which cautions the managing station through an dispatch when any manhole crosses its threshold values. This system reduces the death threat of homemade scavengers who clean the underground drainage and also benefits the public.

Due to enormous need by the public, water has to be stored and supplied according to their needs. Water demand is not constant throughout the day. It fluctuates per hour. We need to store water in order to deliver a consistent volume of water. As a result, a water tank must be built to accommodate the public water demand. Water, petroleum products, and similar liquids are stored in storage reservoirs and overhead tanks. Regardless of the chemical nature of the product, the force analysis of reservoirs or tanks is similar. To prevent any leakage in the construction, all tanks are constructed as crack-free structures. Elevated Water storage tanks, or water retention structures, are an integral part of any distribution system. During periods of low demand, water is pumped into the storage tank, and during periods of high demand, water is pumped out of the storage tank and into the distribution system. The major aspect of design in conventional constructions is structural stability and load resistance. However, in addition to structural stability, resistance, and appropriate strength against deformation and cracking, structures meant to store liquids should be resistant to perforation and dripping. This project gives in brief, the analysis behind the design of elevated INTZE structure using the software STAAD pro V8i. To determine the roof displacement and base shear values for the elevated water tank. In this study different winds speeds are considered for analysis.

Social factors that exist in the community often act as negative effects rather than positive ones. This is because socio-cultural elements tend to be deeply rooted in society and it can be difficult to act out of these values. It's not just about community development. Economically, social factors can influence what business behaviors and decisions are generally accepted. Social factors can have the strongest impact on community development, as they can influence other factors at multiple levels. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence the participation of the child labor in development, including within the framework of a community-driven development approach.
