 Abstract

Kota stone, a fine-grained limestone primarily found in Rajasthan's Kota, Jhalawar, and Chittorgarh districts, generates a significant amount of waste during its cutting and polishing processes. This waste, known as Kota stone slurry, presents environmental and health risks if not managed effectively. Recent studies have highlighted the potential of integrating Kota stone slurry into mortar mixes, offering substantial benefits. Initially, the incorporation of Kota stone slurry in mortar led to improvements in gradation and workability, particularly up to a 30% replacement level, resulting in significant water savings. Furthermore, enhancements in compressive strength, flexural strength, and tensile strength at 28 days were observed, reaching a peak at a 40% replacement threshold before experiencing a slight decline. It is noteworthy that the adhesive strength of mortar reached its maximum at the control mix but gradually decreased with increasing levels of Kota stone slurry replacement. In addition, mortars containing slurry exhibited higher water absorption rates compared to conventional river sand mortar, attributed to Kota stone slurry's superior water absorption capacity. In terms of durability, the mortar blend with a 40% sand replacement by Kota stone slurry demonstrated exceptional stability, making it suitable for construction in acidic or sulfate-rich soils and industrial areas with elevated pollutant levels. Overall, the findings underscore the potential of integrating Kota stone slurry into mortar mixes as a constructive solution, particularly in mitigating environmental impact and enhancing the performance of construction materials. Moreover, the potential use of marble powder as a sand substitute, up to 50% by volume, offers an alternative approach for environments not exposed to sulfate and acidic conditions.

 Abstract

Heart Disease poses a major risk to humans, and late diagnosis often affects a patient's chances of survival. Factors such as age, gender, cholesterol levels, diabetes and heart rate can affect heart problems. However, due to the many variables, it is difficult for professionals to evaluate each patient individually. The medical industry produces a lot of information about patients and diseases every day. But doctors do not use this information well. Predicting heart disease requires complex and large amounts of data that cannot be processed and analyzed with modern tools. Today healthcare industry is rich in data but not using the data efficiently. There are many machine learning techniques and tools that can be used to extract useful information from data and use this data for accurate diagnosis and decision making. This study provides a solution that uses machine learning to predict heart disease in patients. "Heart Disease Prediction System" is based on predictive modeling and uses five algorithms to predict the occurrence of diseases based on user symptoms: KNN, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, Logistic regression, and decision tree classification algorithms. This cardiovascular disease prediction can improve health and reduce costs. This study highlights the importance of predictive models in measuring and reducing cardiovascular disease in the population.

 Abstract

The project titled "Solar-Powered Wireless Charging System for Electric Vehicles" showcases a pioneering solution in the realm of sustainable transportation. In this innovative endeavor, a solar car has been meticulously designed, leveraging the abundant energy of the sun for both propulsion and extending support to other electric vehicles. The solar car is equipped with a 6V solar panel, charging a 4.5V battery, and driven by four 4V motors, controlled seamlessly by a standard RC transmitter and receiver. A key highlight of this project is the incorporation of a wireless charging system at the car's rear, capable of wirelessly transferring power to other electric vehicles in need. This functionality is particularly useful when encountering stranded or discharged electric cars on the road. In such situations, the solar car automatically identifies the needy vehicle, navigates to its location, and initiates wireless charging, effectively reviving the stranded vehicle and enabling it to resume its journey. This project not only represents a significant advancement in green technology but also addresses a critical challenge in the adoption of electric vehicles--range anxiety. By providing on-the-go wireless charging support, the solar car mitigates concerns about running out of power, thereby bolstering confidence in the viability of electric vehicles for everyday use. The research and development behind this project encompassed solar energy harnessing, efficient battery management, precise motor control through remote technology, and the implementation of cutting-edge wireless charging principles. Furthermore, the system's autonomous response to identifying and assisting other electric vehicles demonstrates the project's practical applicability and real-world impact

 Abstract

Nowadays bird population is changing drastically because lots of reasons such as human intervention, climate change, global warming, forest fires or deforestation, etc., With the help of automatic bird species detection using machine learning algorithms, it is now possible to keep a watch on the population of birds as well as their behavior. Because manual identification of different bird species takes a lot of time and effort, an automatic bird identification system that does not require physical intervention is developed in this work. To achieve this objective, Convolutional Neural Network is used as compared to traditionally used classifiers such as SVM, Random Forest, SMACPY. The foremost goal is to identify the bird species using the dataset including vocals of the different birds. The input dataset will be pre-processed, which will comprise framing, silence removal, reconstruction, and then a spectrogram will be constructed, which will be sent to a convolutional neural network as an input, followed by CNN modification, testing, and classification. The result is compared with pre-trained data and output is generated and birds are classified according to their features (size, color, species, etc.)

 Abstract

In today's digital age, ensuring sensitive information's security and confidentiality is paramount. Steganography, a subfield of information security, offers a unique approach to concealing data within innocuous carriers to protect it from prying eyes. This paper presents a novel technique for hiding encrypted text within digital images through the art of steganography. The proposed method begins with the encryption of the plaintext using a secure cryptographic algorithm, ensuring that the original message is transformed into an unintelligible form. Subsequently, the ciphertext is embedded within an image file, carefully altering the pixel values to accommodate the hidden data while preserving the visual quality of the image. The choice of the image as a carrier medium is advantageous, as it leverages the ubiquity of images in digital communication, making the concealed information less conspicuous. An application used for this approach is NetBeans IDE an integrated development environment that supports application development, it highlights source code syntactically and semantically. Furthermore, our approach provides an additional layer of security by using steganography to hide the encrypted data within the cover file, making it difficult for unauthorized parties to detect the presence of sensitive data.

 Abstract

This study aims to explore the significance and representation of magical spaces in the works of Gabriel García Márquez—One Hundred Years of Solitude and Love in the Time of Cholera—by focusing on how these spaces contribute to the narrative structure and thematic depth of the selected texts. In these novels, magical spaces are intricately woven into the fabric of his narratives, serving not only as settings but also as dynamic entities that influence characters, explore social dynamics, enhance magical realism, and reflect broader cultural and existential themes. This study also aims to examine how these magical spaces aid Márquez in blending the extraordinary with the mundane to create a unique literary experience and reveal deep interconnections between personal experiences and broader societal forces, making his works both enchanting and socially resonant.

 Abstract

Dietary restraint is a self-induced, a forced behaviour by an individual on oneself, where they limit their calorie intake or limit their appetite to achieve a certain type of desired body. One usually thinks of dietary restraint because of their perception of self and how their body looks. People usually confuse dietary restraint with diet/ dieting, but it does not seem to be similar on any basis. Dieting is a very methodological and well thought process where an actual expert or professional is involved who has good knowledge about food and nutrition where as dietary restraint is just ones cognitive control over their calorie intake which is quite not what happens in a diet. Mood, on the other hand mood is an affective state which describes ones state of mind, whether they are in a happy, sad, excited, anxious mood. Moods usually last longer than emotions, when compared. The nature of moods is also said to be very specific to the state of mind of the individual &/ or the situation that they are in. In this research article, the researcher is trying to draw a correlation between dietary restraint & mood using the Three Factor Eating Questionnaire- r18 (TEFQ- r18) and the Moods & Feelings Questionnaire (long version)(MFQ) on a sample of 100 individuals, both males and females were a part of this research.

 Abstract

According to the 2019-20 economic survey of the government of India, the proportion of GDP allocated to the education sector expenditure is approximately 3.1%, which falls below the recommended budget of 6%. While the Department of School Education & Literacy receives the most significant portion of the newest budget for education, there is still a financial requirement for the primary education sectors. Sustainable Development Goal 4 focuses on the education sector and is interconnected with other sectors to attain its development goals. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can significantly contribute to meeting educational goals by providing financial support to students. In this analysis, we have specifically examined the adjusted net enrolment ratio, which accounts for various modifications to accurately represent primary school enrolment. This research examines the relationship between the adjusted net enrolment ratio and CSR expenditure.
