This study's purpose is to look into copyright infringement on social media, particularly messaging apps in India. The effectiveness of the legal system's enforcement will also be covered. An online survey will be undertaken to gauge user awareness of copyright infringement. It will conclude with recommendations for addressing these growing challenges in order to protect innovation and related commercial interests. Copyright protection is essential for creation and knowledge development in any country. Such rights improve the creative environment by giving creators or inventors recognition and economic benefits. If financial losses occur due to copyright infringement, it will affect the motivation of creators and developers. Concerns about copyright protection are growing as digitalization and internet usage both expand swiftly. People share copyrighted items, including newspapers, magazines, books, photos, videos, etc., on websites and user-based social media sites. For instance, Kurukshetra is a subscription-based rural journal published by the Publications Division of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Its content is not available for sale or sharing on any other sites. Despite a very clear warning, many websites are still sharing its scanned copy1. Not only websites, people are sharing its pdf on messaging apps like telegram2. Yojana magazine is also experiencing this challenge. In the same manner, there are many websites3 and messaging apps4 which are sharing e-papers, those are available on their authentic platforms at very nominal subscription charges. This unauthorized sharing harms the business of newspapers, which are the main source of information and updates for society. The film industry is also facing the same issue. Movies are leaked and shared online before their release5. There are many websites that provide unauthorized copies of subscription based video content. These unauthorized distributions of copyrighted content harm their creators' income. It also impacts the government's revenue, as it does not come under the purview of taxation. The Copyright Act of 1957 and the IT Act of 2000 are the primary legal instruments for regulating infringement of copyright. To combat copyright infringement by internet users, intermediaries (hosts or search engines) must be held accountable for hosting content that is infringing on copyright. But these Acts do not contain any such clear and specific measures. So, in order to hold platforms accountable for hosting unauthorized copyright content, it is necessary to update the copyright-related laws and enforce them properly. Simultaneously, steps for mass awareness are also needed to reduce the copyright infringement on user-based social media platforms.

Many countries are affected by the matter of fake notes. Indian is one among them. With the improved technology, anyone can print fake notes. These notes are produced without legal sanction of the state and continues production of such kinds of notes can degrade countries economy. When such counterfeited notes are produced and circulated, it becomes impossible for ordinary citizens to distinguish whether the money is real or fake because they differentiate according to physical appearance. The biggest challenge for many countries like India is the detection of fake currency. Even if banks and other big organizations have automatic machines designed to identify counterfeit currency notes, ordinary people can hardly differentiate between them. Nowadays recognition of fake currency has become challenging issue for many researchers. The identification involves many steps like edge detection, feature extraction, image segmentation, image acquisition, grayscale conversion, and comparison of images. This paper provides some related works of paper-currency recognition and has explained the spread of various currency recognition systems. Choosing the right feature would improve overall system performance. The goal of this work is to review previous papers and literature, identify the benefits and disadvantages of every method.

Today we are discuss about a wireless energy system whose depend on modulation technique. It's depend different modulation technique, which based on hardware and software. This system can Transmitted the energy with the high range. It is not harmful the human. This system can transmit the high voltage and low current in the atmosphere. It is suitable for the atmosphere. It is not harmful for atmosphere. Modulation is a technique of superimpose the low frequency signal on the high frequency signal. In this case we are super impose the low current at the high voltage , and transmitted on atmosphere using modulation technique. It system have to some different component which necessary for the system, like that source, converter, modulator, transmitting channel, receiver, demodulation circuit, converter, user etc. Some component is necessary to perform the operation like that laptop, arduino, CRO, power supply, multimeter and MOSFET circuit board. MOSFET circuit board switch the low frequency voltage on the high frequency voltage, and output of it input on the coil, Which transmit this high voltage in the atmosphere using the magnetic flux concept. In this operation, we are used the square frequency method its work on 1 and 0. It's that means MOSFET switching process depend on time. MOSFET sometimes is on and sometimes is off. It is means that frequency directly proportional to the time. From this system, we can operate multiple electrical and electronics instrument, using this method. It is not expensive and not harmful for the humans and new generation.

It is a type of optical telescope, which forms an image using a lens. It is also used for astronomy and viewing distant objects. It consists of primary and secondary 2 lenses. The focus and diameter of the primary lens is very large, while the diameter and focus length of the secondary lens are very small in its competition. A PVC plastic tube is used in this. Inside which all the lenses are adjusted according to their focus length. Reflecting telescope is a technique through which we reflect the incoming light to form a better image on the secondary lens. It can't see far in the space, but still can see all the planet satellite near our earth, like our satellite near our earth is moon, we can easily see it from this and around our earth We can easily capture the existing satellites and other things, we can see, there is also another version of it, which we call reflector telescope, it is capable of seeing very far in the sky and can make their best image. This is my first project of astronomy, so I will make it very carefully and also make its equatorial mount. I will show you the capture of moon, satellite, international space station etc. I will use 2 stepper motors and arduino to control the amount for controlling this telescope. Eye pieces contribute 25% to make the image perfect. Among eyepieces, 2X bar low, 3X bar low and 5X bar low are considered to be the best IPS. I will first design an eye piece of 15mm focus with the help of which I will look at nearby objects and try to focus on moon also, I will record the received image with my phone and after recording about 3000 frame I will Combine a great image with the help of PPI software and AUTO stakker and photo shop (POS)..

ABSTRACT Space law is the body that controls all space-related activity. It is made up of several treaties and accords. There is no territorial jurisdiction and no state can control space because law regulates it and space is a region that does not belong to any country. International law governs space since it is outside the purview of states. The area is slowly developing and the rules there are also developing slowly because it is not a portion of where human habitat is created. The area is slowly developing because it is not where human habitat is formed, and the laws there are also being developed gradually. However, the state had complete control over space and space activity, and all of these activities were governed by state law and the space laws were organized around that framework. However, private organizations are now taking action. Additionally, there are a lot of brand-new commercial activities emerging, but no laws exist to regulate them. Furthermore, the law on space is being attempted to give double interpretation due to the development of space activities, particularly commercial ones. Therefore, laws must be created to ensure peaceful space activities. A few economic activities, including space mining, space travel, and the exercise of property rights in space, need to be completely prohibited. Such operations are prohibited by international space law, which states unequivocally that everyone has a right to use space for humankind as a whole. Not for any individual or specific nation. Already, space operations are harming both the earth's and space environments with numerous environmental risks and space debris. Additionally, future commercial space activities may pose a serious threat.

The fighting robot made by me is based on very advanced technology, weapons have been used in it so that it can defeat the other robot. I have divided this robot into two sections number 1 transmitter section number two receiver. The transmitter section transmits the signal at a frequency of 2.4 GHz, and the receiver section receives the principal at 2.4 GHz. The transmitter is designed with 10 channels, and the receiver only has decoding and execution processes. Four powerful gear motors have been used in this robot, three servo motors have been used, and one powerful motor has been used for the weapon, whose RPM is very high, this high speed motor has been used for cutting. . I have made the body of this robot with an iron seat, and the wheels are made of plastic, on which rubber is mounted. Inside this fighting robot, I have used a 12 volt 6 amp lithium ion battery, which provides internal energy to this robot. This robot is based on arduino, programming C is used inside it, arduino software is used to program arduino. l293d IC is used to drive the motors. And RN nrf24l01 module has been used to transmit and receive the signal.
