The establishment of Special Educational Institutions in Tirunelveli District was an important milestone in the history of Madras Presidency. The British administration in the Madras Presidency was marked by a significant change both in cultural and educational life of the people. The Christian Missionaries gave an opportunity only to the orthopedically handicapped in ordinary schools. But the disabled like blind and deaf-mute were incapable of getting education in ordinary schools. So, they realized the actual difficulties of educating blind and deaf-mute. Subsequently, Miss Annie Jane Asqwith initiate to educate the vulnerable disabled people without any prior experience with the disabled. Now, it develop into not only the pioneer institution but also it cause for the formation of separate department for disabled under the able guidance of Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Aim and objective of this research is to enlighten the readers to know the genesis and its development through the ages in Madras Presidency (at Present Tamil Nadu) during the last decade of 19th and 20th Century and analyze the challenges before the founder, how do they overcome the difficulties and shown the seed for the present development for understanding the historical background of Department of Differently Abled in Tamil Nadu.

Big Data is a term used to describe a collection of huge data that none of the traditional data management tools are able to store or process it efficiently. Big Data has been speeded rapidly in many domains such as, social networks and other information systems. There are many promising platforms to reliably process and store big data. It provides flexible and low cost services to huge data through cloud storage. One of the main challenges of big data is how to keep sensitive information private and secure. Absence of any inherent security mechanism in cloud storage increases the possibility of malicious attacks on the data processed or stored. So, data protection is considered the major problem of big data. So in this project we are introducing the Hybrid and Advanced Data Encryption Mechanism (HADEM) which will provide more security to sensitive data.

LEACH routing protocol equalizes network energy usage by randomly picking cluster head nodes in a loop, resulting in the flaw of unstable network operation. To address this issue, it is vital to lower the energy consumption of data transmission in the routing protocol while also increasing the network life cycle. However, there is a problem with cluster heads counting with a broad range and the cluster head forwarding data wasted a lot of power in the LEACH, which has to be fixed. In this research, we propose a method for optimizing the routing protocol. To begin, the ideal number of cluster heads is computed based on total energy usage every round in order to limit the likelihood of excessive cluster heads. According to the MATLAB simulation results, the protocol may greatly extend the lifetime of WSNs when compared to the LEACH protocol and improve energy efficiency per unit node per round. The proposed solution consumes only a little amount of energy. The technique reduced the time to First Node Death (FND) by 127 percent, 22.2 percent, and 14.5 percent when compared to LEACH, SEACH, and MOFCA, respectively.

Tinospora cordifolia, also known as "Guduchi" in Sanskrit, is a genetically diverse and a commercial crop with a niche market in Marathwada region. This crop has recently been studied for fungal infections causing a devastating loss in the yield and quality of the medicinal products. Since this plant is potent medicinal and wild crop, not much of attention has been given to study the causative agents in the fungal infections. A survey was done in the Marathwada region to identify the causative agents in diseases of this plant. Seven different districts in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra were selected to find the disease severity index. A five point grading system was implied for the same. The observations were taken in 3 different seasons, from 2019 to 2021. The study found sever yield losses by Colletotrichum capsici and Colletotrichum dematium. The pathogenicity test confirmed the causative agents, showing similar diseased symptoms in test plants. The Disease severity index was found to be highest in Pathri district in rainy season. The lowest was found in Gangakhed. The study confirms the need of human interventions in controlling yield losses in the plants.

Buddhism is a path of practice and spiritual development leading to Insight into the true nature of reality. Buddhist practices like meditation are means of changing yourself in order to develop the qualities of awareness, kindness, and wisdom. The experience developed within the Buddhist tradition over thousands of years has created an incomparable resource for all those who wish to follow a path- a path which ultimately culminates in Enlightenment or Buddhahood. An enlightened being sees the nature of reality absolutely clearly, just as it is, and lives fully and naturally in accordance with that vision. This is the goal of the Buddhist spiritual life, representing the end of suffering for anyone who attains it. Because Buddhism does not include the idea of worshipping a creator god, some people do not see it as a religion in the normal, Western sense. The basic tenets of Buddhist teaching are straightforward and practical: nothing is fixed or permanent; actions have consequences; change is possible. So Buddhism addresses itself to all people irrespective of race, nationality, caste, sexuality, or gender. It teaches practical methods which enable people to realize and use its teachings in order to transform their experience, to be fully responsible for their lives. There are around 350 million Buddhists and a growing number of them are Westerners. They follow many different forms of Buddhism, but all traditions are characterized by non-violence, lack of dogma, tolerance of differences, and, usually, by the practice of meditation. Buddhism was expanded in northern Pakistan and northeastern Afghanistan became a center of Buddhist learning and culture, in particular, innovative sculpture, under the Kushans. The Buddha statues of Bamiyan, with their Roman draperies, belong to the Gandharan idiom, as do the numerous stupas scattered throughout the Afghan mountains.

A blockchain is a distributed database that is shared by nodes in a computer network. Creating an electronic voting system that meets legislators' legal requirements has been a struggle for a long time. Distributed ledger technology is an intriguing technological innovation in the field of information technology. Blockchain technology may be applied to an almost infinite number of sharing economy-related applications. The purpose of this study is to look at how blockchain as a service could be utilised to build distributed electronic voting systems. The criteria for establishing electronic voting systems are elicited in this study, which also examines the legal and technological restrictions of implementing such systems using blockchain as a service. We provide a one-of-a-kind electronic voting mechanism based on blockchain that addresses all of the weaknesses we discovered. This study examines the potential of distributed ledger technology by detailing a case study, specifically the election process and the installation of a blockchain-based application that improves security and reduces the cost of hosting a national election.

In all of the illnesses which have existed in mankind lung most cancers have emerged as one of the maximum fata one time and again. Also, it's far one of the maximum not unusual places and contributes to deaths amongst all cancers. Cases of lung cancer growing unexpectedly is a totally common and critical motive for any dying for each ladies and additionally men. If we come across early most cancers it could assist to do away with the disorder totally. So we require techniques to locate early detection of disorder in most cancers that is evolving very fast. The predominant motive that is misunderstood is lung cancer. Lung most cancers may be the main and critical motive for the deaths which can be associated with most cancers worldwide. From this we are able to conclude that there may be a totally massive chance of human blunders in treating the most cancers in the early stages. An early detection can deliver an affected person a higher threat to therapy and recover. Therefore, we aim to locate and come across most cancers early with photo popularity to lessen mistakes which can be made with the aid of using human beings and we expand the technique to be extra reliable, correct and much less complicated. In the proposed work, photo processing algorithms have been used and a neural implant community to lay out an automatic technique for the early detection of lung cancer.
