Metal oxide nanoparticles -- zinc oxide, copper oxide, tin oxide, aluminum oxide, etc. have received a lot of attention lately. This is a result of the wide variety of innovative uses in various industries. Because of its incredibly excellent antibacterial, antiviral, and antidiabetic capabilities, zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO Nps) have a vital role in restorative applications. ZnO has a white appearance and is water insoluble. They do not affect human cells, but they do harm bacterial cells. Because smaller-sized nanoparticles have greater antibacterial activity, it is crucial to manufacture them. However, the synthesis process should be straightforward, inexpensive, and repeatable. Numerous techniques for synthesizing ZnO Nps have been investigated during the past few decades. The purpose of this work is to explore green synthesis techniques for ZnO Nps utilizing plant extracts. Because they use less harmful chemicals, are environmentally benign, and allow for the one-step synthesis of nanoparticles, researchers are using green synthesis techniques at a rapid rate. Microorganisms such as bacteria, fungus, algae, and yeast, as well as plants and their derivatives, are the biological systems engaged in the environmentally friendly synthesis of nanoparticles. Since ZnO Nps are thought to be harmless, nontoxic, and biocompatible, they are of great interest. Because the size and morphology of ZnO Nps determine their uses in different domains, it is critical to synthesize ZnO Nps with the appropriate size and shape. The green synthesis of ZnO Nps primarily uses a variety of plant extracts. This is as a result of the biomolecules included in plant extracts, which serve as reducing, stabilizing, and capping agents during synthesis. Obtaining plant extracts is as simple as combining the extract with a solvent, such as distilled water. Various plant parts, including leaves, roots, seeds, fruits, flowers, stems, bark, and gum have been utilized. To our knowledge, the green nanotechnology for the synthesis of ZnO Nps is not yet well documented. In the present work, the main objective was to investigate the use of part of plant used for green synthesis, study of different reaction parameters used for the synthesis. Also the biomedical applications of zinc oxide nanoparticles like antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anticancer, antidiabetic and drug delivery are discussed. Overall, this study stands as an initial prerequisite step to green nanotechnology research in zinc oxide nanoparticles.

Identification of plant diseases is the key to preventing losses in the yield and quantity of the agricultural products. The studies of the plant diseases mean the studies of visually observable patterns seen on the plant. Health monitoring and disease detection on plants is very critical for sustainable agriculture. It is very difficult to monitor the plant diseases manually. It requires a tremendous amount of work, expertise in the plant diseases, and also require the excessive processing time. Hence, image processing is used for the detection of plant diseases by capturing the images of the leaves and comparing it with the data sets. The data set consists of different plant in the image format. Apart from detection users are directed to an e-commerce website where different pesticides with its rate and usage directions are displayed. This website can be efficiently used for comparing the MRP's of different pesticides and purchasing the required one for the detected disease. This paper aims to support and help the green house farmers in an efficient way.

In this, a project focusing on the replacement of coarse aggregate with recycled plastic aggregate below the neutral axis of simply supported reinforced concrete beams. In a reinforced concrete beam, the section above the neutral axis experiences compression, while the section below undergoes tension. The neutral axis itself bears no tension or compression. Given concrete's suitability for bearing compressive stress and steel's effectiveness in tension, concrete below the neutral axis is dispensable. The substitution of recycled plastic aggregate for natural coarse aggregate not only addresses the environmental challenge of plastic waste but also contributes to the sustainable use of resources. This substitution is particularly significant in M20 grade concrete, which finds extensive application in various construction projects. A crucial aspect of the project involves conducting flexural tests on reinforced concrete beams to assess the performance of the composite material. The results of these tests will provide valuable insights into the feasibility and effectiveness of using recycled plastic aggregate in structural applications. Overall, the initiative represents a proactive approach to mitigating environmental impact, conserving resources, and fostering sustainable practices in the construction industry.

In case of simply supported reinforced concrete beam, the portion above neutral axis is in compression and the portion below neutral axis is in tension. Tension and compression on the neutral axis is zero. Concrete takes compressive stress and steel takes tensile stress, so concrete below neutral axis is not necessary. Plastic waste is increases day by day and this waste we cannot burnt and dispose so reuse of plastic us very essential. In this project we fully replace coarse aggregate by recycled plastic aggregate below the neutral axis of beam and we take flexural test on RC beam. Due to rapid growth of industries and due to urbanization in the country it leads lot of infrastructure. So that it leads to many problems like lack of construction material, increased productivity of wastes and other products. This project deal with the reuse of recycled plastic waste as partial replacement of natural coarse aggregate in M20 grade concrete and usually M20 grade concrete is used for most constructional works.

Abstract: Understanding a place's history, origins, way of life, terrain, artistic expressions, and architectural surroundings is crucial to understanding its inhabitants. The culture of a society can be very diverse. Ithalar's traditional architecture has been influenced by the region's topography, climate extremes, and other natural phenomena. In addition, the native architecture complements the surroundings really well. The traditional architecture of the area serves as the cornerstone of its social and cultural framework. It is essential that the integrity of this architecture be preserved. The Badagas are the largest indigenous group in the district of Nilgiri. The Nilgiris were formerly a tribal area. There are about 303 "Hattis" (Badaga villages) in the district. The language of the Badaga people is called "Badugu". The language has no script. It elicits great interest and respect since it portrays the disclosure of the complex realities of the local populace. Traditional architecture used locally available building materials and construction techniques that were more appropriate for the area's temperature and topography in order to create buildings that were as comfortable as possible for inhabitants. If modern construction adopts the old building practices of the past, it can significantly improve future building designs. The research is centred on architecture because it will be utilised in the construction of the new homes. This study looks at the Ithalar region and how the research has affected the design of homes there. The language spoken by the Badaga people is called "Badugu." Language does not use script. Given that it depicts and illuminates the many realities of the local population, it arouses intense curiosity and respect. Using locally accessible building materials and construction methods that were more suited to the climate and geographic characteristics of the area, traditional architecture aimed to create comfortable spaces for people. Future building designs can be greatly enhanced by incorporating the conventional building lessons learned from the experiences of earlier generations. Architecture is emphasized because the research's goal is to create the new house. The Ithalar region is the subject of this research report, which also discusses how the study's findings affected house architecture. In order to learn from the local features, the research focuses on architectural design. The description of Kutch, albeit not comprehensive, aims to convey the essence of this remarkable region of India.

In many developing nations, the use of steel as a construction reinforcement is steadily rising. However, due to cost and availability considerations, there's a growing need to find suitable replacements for steel. In cases where steel production falls short of meeting demand, having a viable alternative that rivals steel's qualities becomes imperative. Bamboo emerges as a promising alternative to steel in small-scale construction and affordable housing, especially in countries like India, due to its abundance and durability. It can effectively serve as a substitute for steel in reinforcement, offering commendable tensile resistance, a crucial requirement for such applications. The inherent strength of bamboo, stemming from its natural tubular structure that withstands wind forces well, makes it a viable option. Addressing bamboo's weaknesses and promoting its innovative use as a steel replacement presents a valuable opportunity. This research intends to perform a literature analysis to evaluate the practicality of utilizing bamboo as a reinforcing material in concrete constructions, while significant investigation has been carried out on the strength attributes of metal-reinforced concrete, comprehensive knowledge on bamboo-reinforced concrete is insufficient. Hence, this research seeks to offer preliminary understanding of the strength features and behavior of bamboo reinforced concrete, particularly in addressing challenges related to affordable shelters.

Water contamination has long been a source of worry in the environmental community. Most bodies of water, such as rivers, lakes, and streams, are extremely contaminated. Floating wastes are a significant cause of pollution. To remove the floating garbage, machines have been devised. Any such machine may necessitate the use of some form of power, which is once again uneconomical. As a result, we decided to design a machine that would be simple and inexpensive, as well as not require any external power source. Given that a moving river or stream creates water heads at various points along its route of flow, it was determined to employ the available heads to generate hydropower that could be used to power a suitably built machine. The requirement for human labor to remove garbage might endanger the individual. As a result, a robot that cleans garbage from the water independently can have a substantial influence on pollution control. However, properly developing such a robot is a difficult challenge. The design and analysis of a river cleaning robot are presented in this work. The mechanism is intended to perform various functions such as collecting floating garbage, underwater inspection, and so on. The robot is made up of a frame, a cylinder hull, thrusters, and large waste disposal arms.

Cyber threats continue to proliferate Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) have become a ubiquitous tool for securing online communications. However, the widespread use of VPNs has inadvertently led to an increase in malicious actors exploiting VPN servers as gateways for launching attacks, posing a significant challenge for effective threat detection and mitigation. This abstract introduces a groundbreaking approach named Stealth Tracking designed to identify and thwart attacks originating from VPN servers. Stealth Tracking employs an innovative combination of advanced machine learning algorithms and network traffic analysis techniques to detect anomalous patterns indicative of malicious activities, while minimizing false positives. This paper details the comprehensive methodology of Stealth Tracking, covering aspects such as data collection, feature extraction, model training, and real-time monitoring, essential for the successful implementation of this approach. The experimental results presented in this paper showcase the efficacy of Stealth Tracking in accurately detecting and mitigating attacks originating from VPN servers. By enhancing cyber security measures, Stealth Tracking provides a valuable tool for organizations and individuals relying on VPN technology to secure their online communications. This proposed approach contributes to a more robust defense against evolving cyber threats in an increasingly interconnected digital landscape.
