With the advent of cloud computing, data owners are motivated to outsource their complex data management systems from local sites to the commercial public cloud for great flexibility and economic savings. But for protecting data privacy, sensitive data have to be encrypted before outsourcing, which obsoletes traditional data utilization based on plaintext keyword search. Thus, enabling an encrypted cloud data search service is of paramount importance. Considering a large number of data users and documents in the cloud, it is necessary to allow multiple keywords in the search request and return documents in the order of their relevance to these keywords. Related works on searchable encryption focus on single keyword search or Boolean keyword search, and rarely sort the search results. In this paper, for the first time, we define and solve the challenging problem of privacy-preserving Chinese Reminder Theorem Keyword Encryption in cloud computing (CRSE).

: A common practice to gain invariant features in object recognition models is to aggregate multiple low-level features over a small neighborhood. However, the differences between those models make a comparison of the properties of different aggregation functions hard. Our aim is to predict the Handwritten Digit by training MNIST handwritten digit dataset by Convolutional Neural Network and Comparing the Accuracy, Loss, Validation Accuracy, Validation Loss, Time is taken, Test data Accuracy with Confusion Matrix of MaxPooling2D, GlobalAveragePooling2D, AveragePooling2D layers in our CNN model. Empirical results show that a maximum pooling operation significantly outperforms subsampling operations. We achieve 0.5-0.7% error in the maximum pooling layer and 1-0.7 % error in the Average Pooling layer while 8-9% error in Global Average Pooling Layer. While entire models have been extensively compared, there has been no research evaluating the choice of the aggregation function so far. The aim of our work is therefore to empirically determine which of the established aggregation functions is more suitable for vision tasks. Additionally, we investigate if ideas from signal processing, such as overlapping receptive fields and window functions can improve recognition performance.

In this article, we have reported fabrication of various morphological of cobalt oxalate. Cobalt oxalate crystals were grown by agar-agar gel through the single diffusion technique. The tendency of cobalt oxalate crystals to spherulites growth was demonstrated. Also Liesegang ring are observed. The cobalt oxalate preparation method was played crucial role on the crystal structure and its morphology. The optimum growth conditions cobalt oxalate was achieved by controlling the parameters like, concentration of gel, concentration of reactants, aging period and reversing of reactants. The crystal structure of grown material was determined by TGA, DTA and EDAX.

In this paper made by the system is addresses that how the correspondence and visual precision of one explicit digit is shown using the significant neural association. In present world that is less difficult to set up the Deep neural association because of the part of data and various types of the algorithmic improvements happening in our regular day to day existence. Actually the proportion of computational power expected to set up a neural association has been raised up due to the openness of Graphics Processing Units (GPU) and other cloud based organizations like Google Cloud stage and (AWS) which offer resources for set up a Neural association on the cloud. This endeavor has been arranged with a figure division based Handwritten digit affirmation structure. In this assignment the structure have used Open Source Computer Vision Library which serves to gaining the figure and have used TensorFlow the limit library for setting up the neural Network in the python. The entire endeavor made in this system using python programming language. Finally after this endeavor the structure results with most vital precision of deciphered digit is been taken care of transcribed digit is been handled.

: Disinvestment is the one of the source for the government to raise funds. To uproot the deficiencies in the economy, government uses disinvestment as a tool. Union budget every year discloses the information about the expenditures to be incurred in various sectors in the country. This year union minister Mrs. Nirmala Sitaraman disclosed the union budget 2021 on February 1st in which she targeted an amount of 2.10 crores to rise from disinvestment. The public sector units selected for disinvestments are based on the criteria of NITI Aayog says the MoS for Finance Mr.Anurag Singh Thakur. This paper is descriptive and analytical in nature. It focuses on the concept of disinvestment, the ways to disinvest the enterprise in India, the criteria of NITI aayog to disinvest and an analysis of disinvested amount from the year 2015 to 2020.

Amitav Ghosh in his novel The Calcutta Chromosome (TCC) written in 1996, makes a unique experiment combining various themes and techniques. He amalgamates here literature, science, philosophy, history, psychology and sociology. The result is a complex, fascinating and highly imaginative story of quest and discovery that weaves past, present and future into an intricate texture. Although, it reads like a science-fiction with multiple characters and swift turns in the plot, in order to render an entertaining tale into a serious one, Ghosh brings in arguments and ideas which are forever knocking and undermining the rational view of science and the universe. At the same time, there are Postmodernist elements that provide a fresh dimension to the plot. Hence, the present paper attempts to make a critical analysis of the novel through the prism of Postmodernism.

ABSTRACT :- This study has been taken to investigate the use of Social Media for the digitalization of education. The use of integration of social media is more reachable than the initiative taken by the government of Bihar at secondary level. To test the interest of people in Bihar for using social media in education, an online survey through questionnaire using likert scale had been prepared by using Google forms and shared on Facebook, whatsapp and Telegram. For this very purpose, the analytical section of youtube studio had been used. The experimental research in the form of before and after without control design used for this research. The result is found better after using social media for the teaching-learning process than before without using Social Media for education. Consequently, it is found that the use of Social Media for the digitalization of education will be very effective. In addition to this , if the government of Bihar allows the learners and teachers to use smartphones for formal education and transforms the "Mukhyamantri Cycle Yojana Scheme" to "Mukhyamantri Mobile Yojana Scheme" it will bring a revolution in Digitalization of Education. Although marked by diversities, the impact generated by colonialism on the world of the tribals was increasingly felt by the second half of the nineteenth century in a significant manner. The colonial regime started the process of recording land rights in tribal areas, often giving an individual farmer the right of cultivation. In most cases the effort was to make a direct relationship between the farmer and the state. This impacted tribal societies in three ways. First, in many tribal societies, especially those practicing jhum, there was no individual ownership of land. Land was owned by clans as in the case of khuntkatti system of Chotanagpur or village councils in the Garo and Khasi hills of North East. Since jhum was banned under forest laws, the right to land for jhum cultivators was not recognized. Secondly, though the rights of the tribal peasants were recognized, the increasing burden of taxes lad their increasing indebtedness. Finally, the British policy also tried to expand plough cultivation in areas where jhum was being done earlier.

A subset S of the vertex set V of the graph G=(V,E) is called a dominating set, if every vertex in V-S is adjacent to at least one vertex in S. The characteristic function of the dominating set is a function f:V?[0,1] such that f(v)=1 if v?S and f(v)=0 otherwise. An important version of the dominating set is called the Roman dominating set. The Roman dominating set can be defined in the form of a function f:V?{0,1,2} such that every vertex v with f(v) = 0 has a neighbor u with f(u)=2. This function is called a Roman dominating function (RDF) of the graph G. In this paper we initiate a study the fractional version of the Roman dominating function.

: Transdermal medication delivery allows for regulated drug release into the patient's bloodstream, resulting in less systemic side effects and, in certain cases, increased effectiveness over other treatment types. The transdermal route of drug administration has the benefit of being relatively painless. The benefits of using the skin as a drug entry gateway include ease of access, large surface area, systemic access through underlying circulatory and lymphatic networks, and noninvasive drug distribution. The key goal of a transdermal patch system is to distribute medications into systemic circulation via the skin at a fixed pace with limited difference and within patients.

In life, unplanned expenses are a harsh reality. Life Insurance policies therefore offer a semblance of support to minimize financial liability from unexpected circumstances like the pandemic era. The Covid-19 pandemic has reshaped the business world and also showed the value of digital operating models. It has not only compelled businesses to speed up their digital innovation and transformation but also accept the changing needs of its customers. Similar is the case for companies offering insurance policies. The world which has faced major multiple lockdowns owing to the pandemic has certainly started thinking of ways to work online and hence reinforce the need to rethink traditional processes. The current process of insurance claimants is conservative, extremely tedious and time consuming. In the era of Artificial Intelligence, an individual prefers the task to be done in an efficient & less dreary manner, so rather than navigating through the website or visiting the Office in person, it prefers an application that provides a unified interactive platform to manage their policies. Hence chatbot is a much optimized solution for automating the traditional life insurance process. By combining the fields of Web technologies like Node js and React js, Natural Language Processing and Facial recognition the chatbot would provide solutions for all policy related queries and operations.
