For a long time, blockchain has been an intriguing study field, and the benefits it brings have been employed by a variety of sectors. Similarly, the healthcare sector will gain greatly from blockchain technology because to its security, privacy, secrecy, and decentralisation. Nonetheless, concerns with data security, integrity, and management plague Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. In this article, we explain how blockchain technology might be leveraged to alter EHR systems and potentially solve these problems. We provide a framework for the use of blockchain technology in the healthcare industry for EHR deployment. The goal of our proposed framework is to first use blockchain technology for EHR and then to enable safe storage of electronic records for users of the proposed framework by setting granular access controls. Furthermore, this framework addresses the scalability issue that blockchain technology has in general by utilising off-chain record storing. This architecture enhances the EHR system by providing a scalable, secure, and integrated blockchain-based solution

Nowadays newspapers are getting obsolete and the newer generation is getting more dependent on smartphones and similar digital media. Advertising in newspapers is expensive and does not catch the eyes of younger generation. The proposed system is a platform where the user can view the daily offers, flash deals and other advertisement of nearby shops. This application works according to the location where the deals and offers happening in that location will be shown to the user and these deals and offers will be added by the sellers themselves through this application itself. Thus, a new approach to offline and online marketing is introduced in Adwall.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: Foot deformities continue to be a risk factor for the loss of medial longitudinal arch in patients with diabetic neuropathy. Different interventions have been performed to find the most effective methods to improve the height of the medial longitudinal arch. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of the study therefore, is to explore the effects on the height of the arch in patients with diabetic neuropathy by exercises intervention. STUDY DESIGN: Experimental study design, pre and post study type. PROCEDURE: Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 30 subjects were divided into 2 groups by lot system, group A(experimental group) and group B(control group). Group A received exercises intervention for over a period of 4 weeks and group B received conventional physiotherapy like home based exercises and footwear modifications (common in both groups) for over a period of 4 weeks. RESULTS: At the end of the study, there was a significant difference in group A with p value .000(p<0.05) in vernier caliper measurement and p value .024(p<0.05) in feiss line test. Group B showed no significant difference with p value .231(p>0.05) in vernier caliper measurement and p value .444(p>0.05) in feiss line test. CONCLUSION: This study concludes that the training of intrinsic foot muscles increases the height of medial longitudinal arch by exercises intervention.

Vehicle tracking today is getting tougher with the passage of time, and it is getting difficult to keep track of these vehicles for safety purposes. People today are more concerned about keeping them safe using the latest technology. We must verify the vehicle's condition and location. In this project, we can monitor the location of the vehicle and send accident notifications. If the vehicle meets with an accident, the vibration sensor detects the vibration above the threshold range and the mems sensor detects the axis of the vehicle, then a message will be sent to the respective person along with GPS location.

In this developing country, technology is fast advancing. "According to development, there is an increase in the construction process." Concrete and steel play a key part in building. Because of the wide range of steel consumption, the ore in the earth crust is also reducing, thus to prevent this sort of shortage or difficulty, we may make a fine grade reinforcing material for binding utilising natural resources. The key component of this procedure is banyan tree stalks, and we are not chopping the tree, only using AERIAL ROOTS of the banyan tree. If we cut them, they will be able to breed anew through that tree. Since ancient times, the Banyan tree, scientifically known as "FICUS BENGHALENSIS," has been used as an essential source of fibres for a variety of purposes. The banyan fibres have a great potential as a reinforcing fibre and a frequent residential and office house tree, but in the natural forest, it is a massive tree of Indian Jungles. The banyan tree begins its existence as an epiphyte growing on another tree where seed was deposited by some feeding birds. The banyan tree may grow to be 100 inches tall and spread across several acres thanks to its huge branches supported by prop roots. A renowned banyan tree at Poona, India, is claimed to be a half mile in circumference and capable of sheltering 2000 people. The banyan tree is indigenous to India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan. The literature review and tests we are conducting have revealed scant information on the application of these fibres as reinforcing material, despite the easy availability of this new and extensive research work has been initiated in our laboratory on the synthesis study of properties of banyan tree stalks as a reinforcing binding material by adding some resins. The present work presents the results of experimental investigations carried out to evaluate the effect of partial replacement of steel in the construction of composites, which provide characteristics that are not obtained from any discrete material systems and cohesive structures made by combining two or more compatible materials

Abstract: 1. History: Digitalis is the plant that is the origin of Europe, Western Asia, and Northwestern Africa. Digitalis is one of the main herbal medicines which is used as remedies by the various ancient Romans. It is the best drug of choice and its use for the treatment of heart failure has been traced back to 10th century Europe, digitalis was not widely used for this indication until its scientific investigation by British physician William Withering in the late 1700s. For most of the 1800s, digitalis was used to treat a wide variety of diseases and disorders. In 1875, German chemist Oswald Schmiedeberg first isolated pure digitoxin from digitalis, leading others to extract and identify other glycosides from various species of digitalis. In 1957, digoxin was isolated from Digitalis. lanata and is now a major cardiac glycoside marketed in tablet form. Digitalis was admitted into the first edition of the Pharmacopeia of the United States (1820) and is currently recognized by all major pharmacopeia. In South America, preparations of the powdered leaves are used to relieve asthma, as sedatives, and as diuretic/cardiotonic. In India, an ointment containing digitalis glycosides is used to treat wounds and burns. Belcastro 2002, Feussner 2010, Morton 1997. 2. Origin: Digitalis is the drug classified under the class of cardiac Glycoside. This drug is approved by the FDA in the year of 1954. They coined Digitalis as a foxglove plant known as the digitalis plant. The whole study of Digitalis is done by the scientist William Withering, he is an English Physician and Botanist in the years from the 1780s. 3. Keywords: Digitalis, Heart Disease, Digitoxins, Cardiac Glycoside, foxglove, Cardiotonic. 4. Cardiac Glycosides: These are an important class of naturally occurring drugs. The action of this drug includes both beneficial and toxic effects on the heart. Cardio-active Glycosides are the group of steroidal glycosides are act as cardiotonic agents with various properties such as are amorphous, powder form, soluble in water, having a bitter taste, and insoluble in an organic compound, they are very toxic compounds when consumed in the large dose and they are odorless. Stability as acid hydrolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis.
