Rapid urban growth often manifests itself as overcrowded and chaotic growth in uncontrolled urban developments. This puts intense pressure on existing urban development compromising the aesthetics of urban environment. Urban spaces created in traditional Indian towns were clearly structured with their own intention or in many cases were created for certain specific purposes. The aesthetic qualities of these urban spaces were well maintained in these towns. In traditional towns of south India there is a change in aesthetics of urban space with incoherent urban entities resulting in fragmented and highly inappropriate urban structures. Unfinished edges in these towns are an area of concern from the perspective of urban aesthetics. Change in glory of Urban fabric in traditional settlements are a result of inappropriate safeguarding measures by authorities and poor awareness. As a city or town has certain distinctive elements, this paper takes these elements in to consideration for analysis and presents the changes in aesthetic quality of urban spaces in traditional towns of south India (Thanjavur, Kumbakonam, Madurai and Tiruchirappalli) due to changing culture and activities.

Data mining techniques have been used extensively to detect insurance fraud and financial fraud, which is a growing area of tremendous importance. Financial deception will pay special attention to spotting fraudulent credit card transactions. Credit utilisation Due to significant advancements in internet commerce, the use of credit cards has expanded dramatically. Technology. Credit cards have become the most popular method of payment for both online and offline purchases. As with any ordinary purchase, the number of incidences of fraud related with it is increasing by the day. In this Using a Hidden Markov Model to sequence operations in credit card transaction processing (HMM) and demonstrate how it might be used to detect fraud. Initially, an HMM is trained with a cardholder's regular behaviour. An incoming credit card transaction is considered fraudulent if the trained model does not accept it with a high enough probability. It also ensures that legitimate transactions are not denied. Credit cards are one of the most convenient methods of payment when shopping online. Payment is made by providing information such as the card number, security code, and expiration date of the credit card while shopping online. Every cardholder's spending method is modelled using HMM to correct the risk elements of using the credit card. Data encryption is commonly used to protect sensitive data from security threats such as "attacks on confidentiality. "In the present, Large text messages need a long time to encrypt before they can be transferred, causing a delay in subsequent information transmission. Security dangers include those that occur during the transmission of secret information across insecure communication networks.

Thyroid illnesses are induced because of dissimilarity underway of chemicals - TSH, T4 and T3. The greater part of the patients of thyroid brokenness go untreated because of late identification or no recognition by any means. AI based models for discovery of thyroid illnesses offer a huge help to medical services. The clinical history of the patient supplies the highlights expected by AI based characterization and expectation models for thyroid brokenness. The point of this examination paper is to gain a characterization model in view of AI methods for appraisal of euthyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and hypothyroidism among guys, females, and youngsters. Different AI arrangement calculations, for example, innocent bayes, choice tree, arbitrary woodland and strategic relapse are utilized for order of genuine information. The exactness of every one of the strategies has laid out utilizing measurements like accuracy, review, particularity and responsiveness. A thyroid dataset has been recovered from two emergency clinics in Haryana from January 2020 to July 2020 to prepare the proposed model. The dataset involves clinical history of 539 thyroid patients including youngsters, men, and ladies of different ages. Out of 539 patients screened, 163 have sporadic TSH, 138 have commonness of raised TSH with 376 having negligible TSH height. Little youngsters prevalently experience more when contrasted with different layers of patients from Thyroid problems. Traffic safety is extremely important, especially on city streets where traffic volumes are high and traffic conflicts are common. As a result, it is critical to design a methodology for assessing traffic safety. The study's issues are as follows: The common roadway is used by a large number of venerable road users and vehicular traffic. Driving standards are poor, and traffic safety is limited along that section of the road. The time to collision (TTC) samples from traffic videos taken from kotecha circle to indira circle with different locations and traffic conditions are first analyzed in this paper. However, according to field survey data, a lateral separation between the leader and the follower occurs frequently in complex traffic conditions. As a result, we redefined the time-to-collision equation by taking in lateral separation (TTC). TTC samples can be categorized into three groups: risky scenarios, relative safe situations, and absolute safe situations. Following that, the proposed traffic safety indictor is used to represent the assessment results of urban road traffic safety.

As population is increasing globally; we are very concerned for Electricity. There are various ways of electricity generation like Hydro power plant, Nuclear power plant, Windmill plants and also Solar power plants. The former two are Non Renewable source of energy; hence we cannot depend only on such technology. Also Harnessing Energy from Hydro and Nuclear is equally difficult. The latter two are Renewable source of Energy; nowadays we have lots of power plants established on Solar and Wind Technology. Our project aims at Dual axis or Dual direction tracker. The Solar panel used in this system can adjust its direction both in X-Y co-ordinates. This helps better directivity with Sun rays, thus increasing the efficiency of the solar system.

Many times, in our city we see that the garbage bins or dustbins placed at public places are overloaded. It creates unhygienic conditions for people as well as ugliness to that place leaving bad smell. To avoid all such situations, we are going to implement a project called IoT Based Smart Garbage and Waste Collection bins. The Internet of Things (IoT) shall be able to incorporate transparently and seamlessly a large number of different and heterogeneous end systems, while providing open access to selected subsets of data for the development of a plethora of digital services. Building a general architecture for the IoT is hence a very complex task, mainly because of the extremely large variety of devices, link layer technologies, and services that may be involved in such a system. One of the main concerns with our environment has been solid waste management which in addition to disturbing the balance of the environment also has adverse effects on the health of the society. This an advanced method in which waste management is automated. This project IoT Garbage and waste management system is a very innovative system which will help to keep the cities clean. This system monitors the garbage bins and informs about the level of garbage collected in the garbage bins via a web page.. These dustbins are interfaced with microcontroller- based system having IR wireless systems along with central system showing current status of garbage, on mobile web browser with html page by Wi-Fi. Hence the status will be updated on to the html page. Major part of our project depends upon the working of the Wi-Fi module; essential for its implementation. The main aim of this project is to reduce human resources and efforts along with the enhancement of a smart city vision.

Synthesis of Nickel Ferrite, a low-temperature combustion path is used by adding a fossil fuel of 2.360 grams of Nickel Nitrate and Ferrous Nitrate was taken in a ceramic crucible and 15 ml of organic fuel was poured into the crucible and mixed homogeneously. The prepared mixture was put into the preheated muffler furnace, which was kept at 400 0C. In this case, a combustion reaction occurs between metallic nitrates and fuel, producing Nano powders of NiFe2O4.The nanocomposite LDPE thin films were synthesized by dissolving NiFe2O4 NPS of desired quantity for LDPE suspension, and after 60 minutes of ultrasonication 10 ml of each composition is dispersed in a separate glass petri-dishes. All the films were dried at 70 ° C for 60 minutes and kept at room temperature for 48 hr. This is particularly important because the water remaining in the mixture could cause air bubbles to form in the samples. The average crystallite size of LDPE/NiFe2O4 Polymer Nanocomposites is found to be 30 nm by XRD, the prepared samples are Characterized for Mechanical properties and FTIR. Pure LDPE had a high tensile strength and very little elongation at break, whereas composites containing additional Nano particles had a greater tensile strength and much more elongation at break than pure LDPE.

To identify the major causes of delays in construction projects in India; the major causes of delays in this research study were investigated following data collection carried out through a questionnaire survey with a wide range of construction professionals based in Metro Projects. The findings from this research determined the major causes of delays based on an importance index, and the main conclusions from the output of the data could help the construction sector to better assess not only the major causes of delays on construction projects but also how to minimize them by proper planning. There may, however, be opportunities for safer working practices arising from a new awareness of health, hygiene, and safety risk. The role of safety leadership is overlooked in guidance yet is vital to ensure safe the application of working practices. In the present scenario, apart from addressing the increased requirement Delay factors can be minimized by proper decision-making throughout the construction process but further research is required. This could include research into the communication of decisions, the content of training programs for construction site managers, the value of apprenticeship schemes to provide a more skilled workforce, the possibilities of greater use of pre-cast materials, etc. this study identified the causes of delays on construction projects in India during a pandemic. As metro projects are much essential part of the city, it needs to be completed at the earliest for public benefit. Almost all metro projects in India are facing delays. Delay is generally considered the most common, complex, and risky problem encountered in construction projects. Most construction projects in developing countries are characterized by overruns in time. All projects, regardless of size and complexity are burdened by deadlines and uncertainty. Delays occur in every construction project and the magnitude of these delays varies considerably from project to project. This research carries out a detailed review of the previous studies on the time and cost overrun factors.
