Mushrooms has been extensively used as food since ancient time due to nutritive and medicinal values. In view of the current energy crisis it has become most important to make an extensive breakthrough in the technology of food production to meet a serious food insufficiency condition. Although, many mushrooms still remain to be studied, insights into the biology and reproduction of commercially important mushrooms have opened new vistas for their genetic improvement to meet the requirements of both the producers and the consumers alike. Protoplast fusion is potentially important to develop mushroom hybrids, especially where the conventional methods cannot be achieved. A new method that has been used to create mushroom hybrids was protoplast fusion. However, for the same reason as that latent to the conventional method, the greater the distance in the genetic relationship between the two mating isolates, there will be limited successful protoplast fusion.

The past two decades we have seen various changes in central banks and the way they function. Central banks are something which have evolved so much during the start till now that there has been end number of policy changes and laws in the central banks of most of the countries. These changes are not just seen in any one country but in most of the countries all over the globe. I personally believe that this evolution in the central bank although it faced many many ups and downs financially and politically but this was all for good in each of the country, as its said that modern problems are required to be solved with new methods and they cannot be solved with old policies. If we talk about the evolution of the central banks on a global basis then there are some countries that have restructured their older institutions as central banks. Where as there are some countries like the countries of soviet union, they have established entirely new central banks.so, in this research report we will study about the progress and downfall of central banks as well as the independence and transparency of the central banks of various nations during the past 10 to 15 years. Although we will be discussing the global perspective of the central banks and comparing it with the central bank of India and analyse where does India stand globally, but this study will mainly be a case study of India wherein we will be using the data of other countries for the comparison so that we get a detailed data analysis for our research.

Face authentication is one of the embryonic issues for researches in modern days as it has many challenges and is used in several applications. The challenge of face recognition encounters large side angles in profile images as features between profile images and frontal images have large differences that lead to human identification. This is a reason much state-of-the-art facial recognition has reduced performance on human identification. In this research paper, we propose frontal face generation from profile face image before facial recognition using Global Generative Adversarial Networks (G-GAN). By using G-GAN along with unique error loss functions during training leads to good identity preservation and photo-realistic frontal face images. The Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) is used on generated frontal images from profile images and the frontal image stored in the database to extract features. The compressed low dimensional significant features from the low-frequency band are considered for face recognition. The Euclidean Distance (ED) between the ground true database frontal image and the frontal face images generated by G-GAN are computed for face recognition. The experimental results based on qualitative and quantitative analysis using available public datasets viz., Multi PIE, Bosporus, head pose-invariant, and Indian female are conducted and achieved good results. The experiment results of the projected scheme are related to the other existing approaches show the superiority of our method.

Abstract Fasting is one of the religious rituals of Muslims worldwide, who refrain from eating foods, water etc. every year during the holy month of Ramadan. This year 2021, Ramadan is very different from previous years due to the outbreak of a terrible microscopic giant called coronavirus disease 2019 means Covid-19 Second Wave. The pandemic Covid-19 has made Ramadan very important this year because the virus has infected millions of people around the world and killed in crores, especially people with immune deficiency. In dealing with Covid-19, maintaining good hygiene and supporting the immune system are effective, preventive approaches. Moderate Physical training exercise and proper nutrition are the most important factors to support immune function. Lack of facilities, poor health and many traditions that lead to public community gatherings have made many countries susceptible to this dangerous virus. In such an unprecedented situation, there are many Muslims who doubt whether they can fast or not. Therefore, the proposal of usable exercise programs and effective nutritional strategies is imperative. In this study, we will look at the proposed health effects of fasting and its impact on the immune system, the effects of Ramadan intermittent fasting on resting values and responses of immunological / antioxidant biomarkers in elite and recreational athletes, together with the important health, nutrition, and Physical exercise advice that fasting people need to follow in the event of a Covid-19 outbreak.

Arduino microcontroller using line follower robot is an auto driven vehicles. Line follower robots are one type of mobile robot having ability to follow a line very accurately which have an onboard hardwired control circuit [1] and [2].It is just follow the line under the robot vehicle. It reduces the accident which is made by the drivers at factories (or) Industries. As a consequence, a line follower robot is designed using artificial intelligence for autonomous driving and to stay on the line [3]. Several components are put together to ensure the proper working of this design. It contains an Arduino board, motor shield, infrared IR sensor, DC motors, battery & some connecting wires etc. Used for designing this line follower robot vehicle. The Arduino board is responsible for the motion of robot vehicle. The DC motors are controlled by the motor shield and the reflectance sensor is used to identify the line. Nowadays it is useful & safety product for labour. Because, in factories the large raw material packages are transported by vehicles are known as mini excavator trucks. These trucks are not easy to drive. In that case we use these types of line follower robot vehicle it is very useful. Like previous method this design procedure is capable of tracking destination and avoids collision among each other through sensors. A mobile robot controlling algorithm is developed having the ability of avoiding barriers [4].Not only in industries but also in a work place to transport heavy files and documents and in hospitals for serving medicines for patients and more.

Now a days people are very busy in their works especially software people. Every work they have are highly important. So in their busy schedules there may be a chance to forget the task to do at a particular time i.e any work based on time especially.[1] Additionally, the system allows storing complementary information such as name, comments, and mechanism of action, as well as other data[1]. Web alerts are user-defined monitor conditions for the public internet information in which message as notifications are send are sent to users whenever their alert conditions are met.[2]The alert may include a link such that, once actioned upon, web content may be presented to the user in addition to the linear broadcast or in the place of the linear broadcast[2]. In this cobweb signal the time and the link called URL (Uniform Resource Locator) will be given and it will work accordingly on it in the background till that particular time occurs. Even though when we are in a busy with another work it will run in background and the alert i.e displayed directly or it will take directly to that particular webpage or URL at that particular set time. [3]Methods of automatically updating content on a web site, allowing web site visitors to request notification of updates to the content of a web site, and notifying persons of updated content on a web site are disclosed[3]. If we decided some task to do it at some time then by setting time and task which is based on web then directly with the set time the webpage will be directly opened and displayed. After displaying the targeted work exactly then at that time simultaneously the before work which we are working will not be saved directly.[4]The ERAS requires information integration from various governmental departments and public services through Web services, such as maintaining the databases of transportation information and traffic conditions[4]. So for this there will be a simple pop up alert for some particular time before the final target is displayed.

Agriculture sector is the backbone of Indian economy. The major challenge in agriculture is to promote the cultivation in the farm and deliver it to the end consumers with the best possible quality. Agriculture is a one of the most important sectors of India. . Agriculture is the art and science of cultivating the soil, growing crops and raising livestock. This particular application has been designed to give and aid to the farmers. This has been designed to retrieve the agricultural information. When any user enters his pin-code the application gives the information about the soil type , the best suited crop , the amount of crop required basing on the demand of the crop and the details about the expected expenses, expected yield time and the nearby store details. The application also gives the information about the soil moisture required for the crop and the humidity of that place.
