Work-life balance is the ability to balance the demands of work and personal life in a way that promotes well-being and satisfaction. Achieving work-life balance is becoming increasingly important in today's fast-paced and demanding work environment. The benefits of work-life balance include improved physical and mental health, increased job satisfaction, and greater productivity.A study on work-life balance in various sectors has shed light on the challenges and opportunities for achieving work-life balance in the modern workplace. The study has highlighted the importance of work-life balance for individual well-being and organizational success and has identified best practices for achieving work-life balance. The study has shown that work-life balance is particularly challenging in high-pressure and demanding sectors such as healthcare, education, and corporate settings. In these sectors, employees often struggle to manage the demands of work and personal life, leading to stress, burnout, and lower job satisfactionHowever, the study has also identified best practices for achieving work-life balance, including the implementation of flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and policies that support work-life balance. For example, employers can offer telecommuting, flexible schedules, and paid time off to support employees' personal lives. Policies such as paid parental leave, affordable childcare, and access to healthcare can also support employees in achieving work-life balanceThe study also highlights the role of individuals in achieving work-life balance. Employees can advocate for themselves by setting boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and communicating with their colleagues and employers about their needs. In addition, employees can seek support from their employers when needed and negotiate for flexible work arrangements.Overall, the study on work-life balance has important implications for employers, employees, and policymakers. By prioritizing work-life balance, organizations can create a more productive, healthy, and sustainable workplace for all.

In this project we are generating electrical power as non-conventional method by simply running train on the railway track. Non-conventional energy system is very essential at this time to our nation. Non-conventional energy using locomotive path needs no fuel input power to generate the output of the electrical power. The main aim of the concept is to utilize the train crossing time on a railway track. The power is produced by the railway track power generation equipment. Here the train flat is rubbing the roller held on the axle with the gear set which rotates the generator to generate electricity during the roller rolling. The roller will be rolling for the entire length of the train moving on it, and the energy generated will be stored in the battery and also showing the output by glowing a set of LEDs. The stored energy is shown by glowing a set of street lights.

This paper represents the quality of the gravel used in road construction has a profound positive impact on road service life. The potential use of calcium chloride as a dust control agent and material for stabilizing the base of unpaved roads has been researched. However, the quality of the gravel may be impacted if calcium chloride is introduced as a dust suppressant into it. The main aim of this research is to examine the increase in strength of soil specimens treated with calcium chloride and to evaluate how different proportions of calcium chloride as a dust suppressant and base stabilizer affect the California Bearing Ratio value of the soil samples. Mixtures of natural gravel and gravel with varying amounts of calcium chloride were analyzed for their Atterberg limits, grading, maximum dry density, CBR properties, and optimum moisture content. The changes in the characteristics of the gravel-calcium chloride mixtures were analyzed. It was found that the particle size distribution and Atterberg limits remained largely unchanged. However, the optimum moisture content (OMC) decreased from 9.2% to 7.6%, 7.4%, and 7.2% with calcium chloride added at percentages of 2 percent, 3 percent, and 4 percent per volume of dry soil, respectively. Observation of the mixture revealed an increase in the maximum dry density (MDD) as the ratios of calcium chloride were altered. The maximum dry density significantly increased from 2.15 Mg/m3 to 2.31 Mg/m3, 2.35Mg/m3, and 2.36Mg/m3, respectively. Along with this, the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) demonstrated an improvement of 25% to 29%, 32%, and 36% at 95% compaction with an increase in the ratios of calcium chloride. The increase in dry density can be explained by the improved bonding between particles and the reduction of air voids. This increase in dry density, in turn, positively influences the California Bearing Ratio by transforming soil structure from a dispersed state to a flocculated state. It can be inferred from the results that calcium chloride has the potential to function as a stabilizer for unpaved roads. The findings of this study are expected to reduce life cycle costs for unpaved roads, provide insights into the best approach to materials analysis for unpaved roads, and contribute to environmental benefits by minimizing dust emissions into the atmosphere and reducing the release of chemicals into nature.

Gender normativity and stereotyping are introduced to children at a young age through storybooks and movies. In many fairy tales, male chauvinism and patriarchy are at the forefront, with unethically delicate damsels who need saving. This creates an idealization of how the genders must behave in the minds of children, who internalise these ideas and often manifest insecurities when they do not fit these ideals. This can lead to anxiety, depression, and a whole host of other mental health problems. Not only does the overbearing focus on gender appropriateness limit children, but it can also actively harm them. The societal norms for genders are different and often unfair. Men usually have more opportunities, while women are pushed into more traditional roles. The story of The Princess and the Pea is just one example of how gender norms and stereotypes are perpetuated through popular culture and have been for generations. This paper aims to provide a distinct perspective on The Princess and the Pea through a comparative analysis of the retelling of The Princess Companion with Hans Christian Anderson's The Princess and the Pea.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale), a flowering plant, is used as a spice and a folk remedy. Its rhizome, often known as ginger root or ginger, is a root of the plant. Antioxidants, which protect DNA from stress and other oxidative damage, are abundant in ginger. They could aid in the body's defence against long-term conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease, and lung diseases, Anti-inflammatory as well as support healthy ageing. Three to four grammes of ginger extract at most should be consumed daily, according to doctors. Avoid consuming more than 1 gramme of ginger extract per day if you are pregnant. For youngsters under the age of two, ginger is not advised. The Analects of Confucius, which were written in China during the Warring States era (475-221 BC), contain the earliest known literary mention of ginger. Ginger is one of the first reported spices to have been grown and exported from southwest India, despite being grown in numerous places across the world.

Mechanical oscillations about an equilibrium position are referred to as vibrations. The oscillations can be random, like a tyre rolling over gravel, or periodic, like a pendulum in motion. The phenomenon of vibration is omnipresent, global, and multifaceted. In a closed loop, physicists, mathematicians, and engineers work together in this interdisciplinary discipline. Since the creation of mechanical systems decades ago, research into vibration control has been an ongoing topic. The operator of machinery is affected by the vibration. Increase the level of severity in the workspace. Harshness and constant noise are dangerous for people. With the aforementioned goals in mind, the foundation of a flour mill motor was chosen for a vibration analysis in order to lower the vibration level within it as well as the system's overall vibration and noise levels. The current work compares numerical vibration analyses of flour mills and experimentally validates these analyses. Ansys Workbench is utilized to carry out numerical vibration analysis.

CPM/PERT or Network Analysis as the technique is sometimes called, developed along two parallel streams, one industrial and the other military. Developed in the late 1950s, Critical Path Method or CPM is an algorithm used for planning, scheduling, coordination and control of activities in a project. Here, it is assumed that the activity duration is fixed and certain. CPM is used to compute the earliest and latest possible start time for each activity. The process differentiates the critical and non-critical activities to reduce the time and avoid the queue generation in the process. The reason for the identification of critical activities is that, if any activity is delayed, it will cause the whole process to suffer. That is why it is named as Critical Path Method. In this method, first of all, a list is prepared consisting of all the activities needed to complete a project, followed by the computation of time required to complete each activity. After that, the dependency between the activities is determined. Here, 'path' is defined as a sequence of activities in a network. The critical path is the path with the highest length. PERT is an acronym for Program (Project) Evaluation and Review Technique, in which planning, scheduling, organizing, coordinating and controlling uncertain activities take place. The technique studies and represents the tasks undertaken to complete a project, to identify the least time for completing a task and the minimum time required to complete the whole project. It was developed in the late 1950s. It is aimed to reduce the time and cost of the project. PERT uses time as a variable which represents the planned resource application along with performance specification. In this technique, first of all, the project is divided into activities and events. After that proper sequence is ascertained, and a network is constructed. After that time needed in each activity is calculated and the critical path (longest path connecting all the events) is determined.

Automobiles are a necessary evil, as they have made living easy and convenient, they have also made human life more complicated and vulnerable to both toxic emissions and an increased risk of accidents. Automobiles include cars, trucks, motorcycles, and boats (anything that burns gas). They leave oil, antifreeze, grease and metals on streets and driveways. They also emit nitrogen, hydrocarbons, and other contaminants, which settle in water. Emissions of hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides from motor vehicles, can be seen as a major source not only of climate modification but also of adverse health and other environmental effects resulting from ground level pollution. To deal with these problems in a co-ordinated manner requires the minimisation of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and particulate matters emission into the atmosphere. On a global scale, total emissions of these pollutants depend on the number of vehicles in use and their emission rates. In turn, their actual emissions rates depend on their fuel efficiency and their use of available control technologies. A larger population and greater economic activity in the future holds the potential to increase the problem. However, by adopting various Vehicle pollution control devices and fuel efficiency improvements we can reduce the adverse effects which result from these vehicles.

Abstract: Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy experiences muscle weakness, loss of ankle reflexes, and decreased balance, coordination and gait control, thereby, limiting walking and increasing the risk of fall-related injuries. Sensory component of peripheral neuropathy causes gradual loss of sensitivity to pain, perception to plantar pressure, temperature and proprioception which can lead to postural instability. Aim of the study is to find out effectiveness PNF to improve strength, & balance in diabetic neuropathy for preventing fall history. An Experimental study was carried out over the period of 3 weeks with total 40 subjects between the age group 50 - 65 years. The subjects were randomly allotted into experimental group (n = 20 ; PNF and Wobble board training) and control group (n = 20 ; Wobble board training alone). Initially and after the intervention, patients were assessed with BBS ; TPOMAS ; Wobble board were used to measure the level of patient's evaluation. Between group analysis shows that experimental is more significant than control group. There is improvement of balance in experimental group (PNF and Wobble board training) than control group (Wobble board training alone). Hence it is concluded that PNF is found to be effective in improving balance and posture in diabetic neuropathic patients to prevent earlier fall history.
