The Internet of Things (IoT) is revolutionizing Industries faster than ever. IOT consists of a network of physical objects or things embedded with electronics, sensors, software, and network connectivity. Objects can collect and exchange data using this technology. In this project, we will be developing a system that will automatically monitor all the currently operating appliances in a building. This system can generate alerts or take intelligent decisions using the concept of IOT. You can update real-time data into the cloud server. IOT has given us a promising way to build powerful industrial systems and applications by using Wi-Fi devices, LTE modems, smart relay switches and sensors. The main contribution of the project is that it summarizes the uses of IOT in organizations like colleges or schools. It also shows how we can use Artificial Intelligence to monitor and control the appliance thus increasing productivity and reducing expenses. Our system uses a microcontroller for processing all user commands and an EEPROM chip to save data. Digital Voltmeter, Ammeter, and Wattmeter can be attached to the IOT device without any additional circuits which reduce cost. A Wi-Fi router and modem are linked to the IOT module to update each machine status. An appliance can receive user commands over Internet Protocol. On sending commands from mobile through the internet, it will be received by the modem linked with the IOT circuit. The modem decodes the information. This information is then passed to the microcontroller for further processing. We can get real-time data of the power consumed by the appliance. We can extract data stored in the chip by importing it into an MS Excel file. The chip can store data for up to three months. The hardware components and technology used in this idea are affordable, easily available, and replicable. The experimental results highlight the significance of this project and validate this concept.

Toni Morrison was a pivotal figure in portraying Afro-American societies' past traumas and narratives. Morrison portrayed all the tragedies, traumatic experiences, and abuses that the populations endured as slaves and exiles through the traumatic stories of the characters, Morrison sought to shed light on the traumatic history, through the traumatic stories of the characters. Morrison depicted all the horrors, traumas, and atrocities that the communities faced as slavery and exiles. Using the principles of trauma, this article tries to concentrate on collective trauma, post-memory, slavery, and exile, as well as how enslaved and displaced communities try to survive from traumas under their experiences. It also aims to demonstrate the importance of Collective Trauma, Post-traumatic stress, and collective trauma in the lives of communities having to suffer the horrific conditions of slavery and exile.

Construction trade is developing quickly all over the world. Concrete and steel are the basic construction materials which are being used with different concepts for construction such as Reinforced concrete, Prestressed and Ferrocement. Ferrocement is an innovative technology and it is composed of mortar and galvanized steel wire mesh. This paper is aimed to present the research made continuously to improve the ferrocement properties and performance and its uses in the different application and to encourage practical application of ferrocement especially in developing countries. This paper covers the theoretical and experimental studies conducted by several researchers to investigate the mechanical and structural properties of ferrocement. The aim of this paper is to summarize presented literature on the use of ferrocement and to talk about new application of ferrocement.

- Weather plays a very important role in farming. It has an extreme influence on crop growth, yield, the impact of pests/diseases, development, water needs, and fertilizer requirements. For mass production, a farming system requires timely monitoring of environmental conditions such as temperature, pressure, rainfall detection, soil moisture, etc. The Weather Monitoring System can be designed based on IOT by using the ESP8266 microcontroller.

Everyone is in hurry to reach their destination in this fast life. In this case waiting for the buses is not reliable. People who rely on the public transport their major concern is to know the real time location of the bus for which they are waiting for and the time it will take to reach their bus stop. This information helps people in making better travelling decisions. This report gives the major challenges in the public transport system and discuss various approaches to intelligently manage it. One of the major approaches is Real Time Bus tracking. In this system current position of the bus is acquired by integrating GPS device on the bus(mobile) and co-ordinates of the bus are sent by either GPRS service provided by GSM networks. GPS device is enabled on the tracking device and this information is sent to centralized control unit (Server). This system is further integrated with the facilities like online ticket booking, geofencing and some other features. Online Bus Ticket Booking System as should be used in a bus transportation system, a facility which is used to reserve seats, cancellation of reservation and different types of route enquiries used on securing quick reservations. Also, the upcoming generation of Location Based Service (LBSs) will be significantly determined by geofencing applications and background tracking. The Geofence implemented is not the default geofence with a circular radius but a polygonal geofence.

Before construction of hydraulic structures like barrages, dams, aqueducts, sluices, spars etc., prediction of the performance of such structures is required to be studied. Some different problems such as determination of co-efficient of discharge of an overflow structure like spillway or weir, determination of distribution of pressure on the surface of the overflow section, to design the energy dissipation device below spillways falls, weirs etc., are required to be solved before actual implementation of the structures. In most of the above cases analytical methods fail to solve the problem. Nowadays a study of hydraulic models has been recognised as a very useful tool by the engineers for solution of their difficult problems when analytical methods fail. In this paper, the theory of hydraulic study has been reviewed in detail. To get a comprehensive idea of the usefulness of the tool, a thorough discussion along with limitations of this technique of model study is done here. It is found that the technique of hydraulic experimentation is very useful in solving different flow problems.
