This project proposes fault distance locator model for underground power cable using an Arduino uno microcontroller. The use of underground cables arises a problem of identifying the fault location and the distance of cable fault as it is not open to view as in case of overhead cable. Thus, the underground cable fault distance locator is developed to detect the exact fault location and the distance of underground cable fault from based station in kilometers as the system will detect the faulted cable on underground and will send the information to the control room by using IOT cloud. A 16x2 LCD display is connected to the microcontroller to display the information. In case of fault the voltage across series resistors changes accordingly, which is then fed to a microcontroller ADC pin to develop precise digital data to a programmed Arduino microcontroller that further displays exact fault location from base station in kilometers. Same information will update on IOT cloud. Incidents of underground cable faults in the distribution and power transmission system is unpreventable due to several reasons thus a rapid rectification and Therefore, automatic fault location is used to minimize the time to mend faults to make system reliable by figuring out the weak areas quickly which results into decreased restoration time and interruption.Proper fault locating and detecting approaches are required to diminish the intervention time fault and an improvement in reliability.

In the field of electrical and magnetism, the LCR circuit is an important element. Complex numbers and trigonometric identities are widely used in the theory of electric circuits. The entire set of equations is tough to remember and simplify. There are several equations and principles to remember. They're all working for LCR, and the whole situation is more intricate than it was before. As a result, comprehending resonance phenomena in LCR circuits is a difficult task. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how to use wxMaxima software to make solving mathematical problems simple easy and interesting.

The primary purpose of this study was to design and evaluate a single-unit time-controlled oral pulsatile drug delivery system containing salbutamol sulphate for nocturnal asthma attack prevention. Time-dependent delivery systems are intended to provide a rapid or prolonged release of the medicine after a certain amount of time, referred to as the lag time. These systems can be used for a variety of purposes, including chronotherapeutic formulations and medication administration into the colon. The purpose of this work was to create a time-dependent press-coated tablet. This work seeks to create and assess a chronomodulated drug delivery system of antiasthmatic medication, a selective 2 receptor blocker for the treatment of nocturnal asthma, which is valid and acceptable reasoning. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the rationale for delayed-release dosage forms as well as the primary formulation methodologies. Maintain a lag time of 4-6 hours before drug release and a lag time of 4-5 hours between plasma peak concentration and controlled release of a medication indicated for the pharmacological treatment of asthma. The goal was to have a six-hours lag time. The device is used at bedtime and is expected to deliver the medicine after 6 hours, or around 4 a.m. when asthma episodes are most common.

This explores how current available tools address problems with noise in web user profile. We establish that current research works eliminate noise from web data mainly based on the structure and layout of web pages i.e. they consider noise as any data that does not form part of the main web page. However, not all data that form part of main web page is of a user interest and not every data considered noise is actually noise to a given user. The ability to determine what is noise and useful to a dynamic web user profile has not been fully addressed by current research works. We aim to justify a claim that it is important to learn noise prior to elimination, to not only decrease levels of noise but also reduce loss of useful information. This is because if noise in web data is not clearly defined and analysed through learning, the purpose and its use will be compromised hence its overall quality

The high rate of student dropout in Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) is a serious issue with these courses. An effective MOOC student dropout prediction model can identify the reasons that cause students to drop out and provide insight into how to implement interventions to improve student success. For the prediction of student dropout in MOOC courses, many features and methodologies are available. The data from a self-paced math course, College Algebra and Problem Solving, given on the MOOC platform Open edX in collaboration with Arizona State University (ASU) from 2016 to 2020 are examined in this research. This research proposes a model for predicting student dropout from a MOOC course based on a set of variables derived from the daily learning progress of students. In the prediction, the Gradient Boosting Model technique from Machine Learning (ML) is performed, and validation factors such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, Area Under the Curve (AUC), and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve are used. With an accuracy of 87.5 percent, AUC of 94.5 percent, precision of 88 percent, recall of 87.5 percent, and F1-score of 87.5 percent, the model constructed can predict whether students will drop out or continue in the MOOC course on any given day. Shapely values were used to explain the contributing features and interactions for the model prediction

A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition as it protects against many chronic non communicable diseases. In spite of growing awareness amongst people, there is a constant rise in number of health-related issues in all age groups due to misleading information, ignorance, quacks, changing lifestyle, stress, and ambitious goals. It is indeed a challenge to come out with healthy, ready to eat or cook options which are pocket friendly and meet various nutritional requirements. Thus, a functional food product was developed to meet the market demands as people prefer healthy foods. The standardized product is a Pizza base made using flour of bajra, soya bean, oats, lotus seeds, pumpkin seeds, white sesame seeds, mixed herbs & groundnut oil. A sensory evaluation was carried out with 30 consumer panellists using a 5-point Hedonic scale & attributes tested were appearance, aroma, taste, texture, & overall acceptability. The product was found to be acceptable and scored an average of four. The other aspects studied were packaging, nutritional labelling, budgeting and marketing. The product was packed in a polythene bag & sealed using a heat-sealing machine. Shelf life is 5 days but further studies are in process. The recipe being nutrient rich, can help with various conditions if consumed on regular basis. Development of this product provided an opportunity to replace refined pizza base with a healthy alternative.

Vehicle population in cities of India is increasing at a fast rate. As result of rapid growth smart solution required for cites infrastructural growth, all of which require to be integrated with public transport. Various researches and development are held by researchers to find economic and time saving technic of constructions. Precast concrete is one of those researches. The favor of precast method in construction has increased worldwide in the last few decades. This method of superstructure casting in metro projects offer multiple advantages to owners like reduced costs, reduced construction time, reduced environmental impacts, and reduced maintenance of traffic. Infrastructure projects like Metro, flyover alignments are fixed and constructed in high dense traffic areas where diversion of road either costly or not possible. With precast we can solve traffic diversion or road block issues while construction of any infrastructure project. The construction of both medium and long span precast concrete segmental spans is widely spread throughout India for metro projects. This method can also be taken in highways, railways, and rapid transit, in both urban and rural area. Alignment can be straight or curved, and can implement in long spans for difficult obstructions and territory. This paper reflects the various types of precast superstructure. Also from the points of cost, time and safety, this paper contributes to promote the use of high performance concrete, and to optimize the design and the casting of precast segmental spans, especially precast viaducts built by precast segmental method.

Classification of Power Quality Disturbances (PQDs) becomes a key issue for end-users in order to enhance the Power Quality (PQ). To improve the electric power quality, sources and causes of disturbances must be known and controlled. It is necessary to classify these events in order to provide proper mitigation action as power quality disturbance waveform recognition is difficult because it involves a broad range of disturbance categories or classes. This dissertation presents S-transform (ST) based feature extraction method in which by visual inspection one can classify the power quality disturbances. S-transform can be effectively used for the analysis of power quality (PQ) disturbances and has the ability to detect the disturbance correctly. In this dissertation work three types of PQ disturbances namely voltage sag, swell and interruption are generated using the integral mathematical models of power quality disturbances implemented in MATLAB. The voltage signals obtained from integral models are further processed using ST and appropriate features are extracted. The extracted features are further used for classification of power quality disturbances using ANN.

Fishing is one of the key sources for food and revenue in any geographical region. Because water plays such a significant part in a country's economy, it is no surprise that neighbouring nations that share the same seas regularly engage in conflicts about control of the region. This has caused serious conflicts for the fishing population in these nations' coastal areas. With the current tools available to fishermen, crossing boundaries and recognizing places in the water has become a challenge. As a consequence, they traverse international boundaries. In our daily lives, we hear of numerous Tamil fishermen being apprehended and detained by the Sri Lankan Navy. The fundamental cause for this infraction is that the maritime boundary between the nations is not immediately recognized. Furthermore, in the event of an impending natural catastrophe, failure or delay in warning leads in widespread loss of life. In this project, we suggested a mechanism that protects fishermen by tracking their admissions and departures from the port using an embedded system and informing them of the country's maritime boundary using GPS and Internet of Things technology (IOT). When they intentionally attempt to cross the border, the boat will automatically reverse course and return to the safe zone. RF signals are used to forecast the zones.

Jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) is a fruit found in many parts of Asia. It has been gaining popularity due to its delicious, sweet taste and various health benefits. A single jackfruit may contain 100-500 edible and nutritious seeds. Despite their beneficial nutrients, the seeds are typically discarded as a waste. Jack fruit seeds can be promoted as a good substitute for seasonal vegetables and the shelf life can be extended by making into powder. This research aims to develop and formulate functional food products from jackfruit seed. Malnutrition one of the major problems in India and this COVID-19 pandemic made the situation even worst. The major reasons are due to limited access to nutritious foods and poor economic conditions. Only limited functional food products are available in the market and even those products are not accessible to low economic group due to its high cost. The jackfruit seeds are nutritionally similar to grains and rich in Carbohydrate, Protein, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, fibre and low in fat. The present study was carried out to develop the value-added functional food products from powdered dried jackfruit seed flour and to analyze the physiochemical characteristics of the jackfruit seed powder, to analyze the proximate principles of developed product and to assess the consumer acceptability of the developed functional food products. Hence providing nutritionally dense, cost effective, accessible food products for everyone made from locally available food will be the sustainable solution to improve the nutritional status of the community. This Jackfruit seeds can be used as an economically alternative nutritious source to tackle the malnutrition problem and to provide additional income to rural community.
