It has been globally perceived that the education system is one of the significant factors in the economic development of a nation. A Developed nation is predetermined to be an educated nation. The education system should be transformed to suit the needs of the time and changing scenario of the world. The recent Covid-19 Pandemic caused by the Coronavirus has posed challenges to the entire world, with the number of known cases climbing daily and hundreds of millions of people in lockdown. As countries strive to support their people and public health systems, their economies are grinding to a halt and their education systems are being shattered. Almost 1.5 billion students are no longer able to physically go to school. The impact has been dramatic and life-changing as educators scramble to put in place viable short-term solutions for remote teaching and learning. This study is mainly focused on the overall issues faced by the higher education system in this time of pandemic and to understand the various steps taken by educational institutions to reduce the negative impact of Covid-19. While traditional institutions once regarded online education as a threat, it has now come to their rescue. The successes and failures that unravel should give us all a better grasp of what is possible.

In the integrated pest management the insect resistance varieties have an ecologically viable importance against several biotic stresses. Various attempts have been made through conventional breeding for incorporating the resisetance to insect pest in rice. But due to the diversity in the population of insect pest, the gene pool of cultivated rice is lacking in resistance sources. Hence it favors the advanced molecular approach to cooperate with conventional breeding approaches for developing the resistance cultivars of rice. Hence this paper discusses the recent advances in breeding for insect resistance in rice.

Nature has been the origin of medicinal agents for thousands of years and distinguish number of modern drugs has been isolated from natural sources based on their use in tradition medicine. Many important modern drugs have been discovered by the ethnobotany. Dang region, Dholpur people are largely dependent on their traditional healing system for their healthcare as well as of mouth their cattle and the information about herbal medicine is passed on from generation to generation from beginning to end the world. Ethnobotany and ethnopharmacology are currently emerging fields of inquiry which are getting more attention from scientific community in India in recent years. Ethnobotany help to pharmacology, information from ethnic groups on indigenous traditional herbal medicines had always played a vital role in the discovery of pharmacological agents from plants. Therefore, obviously researchers must pay attention to reporting and discussing such studies.

Ionic liquids (ILs) have been greatly exploited as a good solvent and/or reagent with various applications because of their "green" properties and also with their physiochemical and biological properties. One of the applications is pretreatment of biomass such as lignocellulosic biomass precedent to enzymatic hydrolysis for bioenergy production and other biomaterial production. Generally, the method collected of an IL pretreatment or recovery forwarded by hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass. Another approach came in vision in which simultaneously pretreatment process and saccharification of lignocellulosic biomass were used. However, the employment of ILs during this integrated process, within which enzymatic hydrolysis is finished within the presence of IL applied for biomass pretreatment, will simply inactivate the enzymes. Cellulases emerged as one of the important enzymes which are used to catalyze the polysaccharide from biomass and showed a higher level of stability in various ILs. Also, numerous approaches were created together with the synthesis of enzyme-compatible ILs, screening ILs-tolerant enzymes, and media engineering to boost cellulases performance. This review highlights the advancement and use of IL for the pretreatment or hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass. The structure of ILs and cellulase stabilization approaches are also discussed. From this review, this tends to powerfully believe that IL-compatible cellulase systems would eliminate the requirement to recover the regenerated biomass and cause simple, saccharification of cellulosic materials, which might be helpful in developing integrated bioprocesses.

The power of Sanatan Dharma lies in its culture. Many of these cultures are based on good conduct. In the name of modernity, we are every day separating good conduct from personal and family lives. By living an ideal life of righteousness, everyone should be a pure person in mind, behavior, practice, food, dalliance, dress, speech, and thought. So our scriptures' good code of conduct, particularly the Mahabharata, is still very relevant today. The family teaches people about righteousness and reformation. In the Corona of 2021, we are beginning to realize how relevant and necessary morality is today. At our funerals, corpses are cremated, which may seem a little inhumane, but it is 100% effective in destroying germs. Everything used by the deceased at the time of his death, including his blanket, mattress, and kantha, was burnt. In this virtue we cannot live, we cannot grow; so maybe we can't keep Lakshmi at home either. Science and health ethics are at the heart of everyone's discipline, including not cutting hair or beards during isolation. Nowadays, the good conduct of isolation (A?auca) has become in force as a preliminary step in protecting the Covid-19 epidemic. The Hindu religious text is Mahabharata educate and protect the wife of the daughter of the righteous family. People can live for hundreds of years even if they are not good-natured, only righteousness, respectful, without jealousy, truthful, without anger, and naivety.

Potato is one of the most important cash crops of the country in a place of pride in the vegetable kingdom. Potato grown in more than 100 countries in the world. The study was confined to the Gorakhpur district of eastern Uttar Pradesh. The district was selected purposively. 60 farmers were selected by simple random sampling method. There are 28 marginal 18 small, 8 medium and 6 large farmers from five selected villages of the one block of the district. The farm level data and required information of potato growing farmers pertaining to crop year 2019-2020. The overall cost of potato cultivation was worked out to be Rs 96272.30 per hectare. Which was highest for large (Rs.109402.21) size of holding followed by medium (Rs. 101713.80), small (Rs. 90349.28) marginal (Rs. 83623.96) size of holdings. The overall, cost A1 accounted 60.87 percent of total costs (cost C3). Cost A1 and cost A2 were found to be same as there was no land was taken on lease. Cost B1, cost B2, cost C1 and C2 was found to be 61.70, 82.15, 70.45 and 90.91 percent of cost C3, respectively. The cost C3 which take into account the managerial function performed by farmers was Rs.105899.53.The overall value of gross income, net income, farm business income and family labour income per hectare came to Rs. 257440.38, Rs. 161168.08, Rs. 192972.85, and Rs. 170435.55 respectively. The B: C which indicates the profitability of investment was observed to be 2.67 at the overall level. Non availability of quality seed was considered as major problems faced by potato growers. Lack of awareness regarding market price of potato was considered as the most important problems faced by the potato growers.

Renewed interest in silver only rekindled after nanotechnology has made it possible to produce pure silver particles on the nano-scale. In the case of exposing cells or tissue to silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), the active surface would be significantly larger than silver compounds and thereby exhibiting remarkably unusual physicochemical properties and biological activities. So, it was thought worthwhile to synthesize nanoparticles by bio-assisted pathway to provide better wound healing therapy to avoid the resistance-related problem. Thus this study aimed to provide a direction for future research in impaired wound treatment with reduced toxicity.
