As evolution continues, our contemporary culture is suffering from shorter sleep durations and lower-quality sleep, which has had numerous detrimental effects on overall welfare. When someone has obstructive sleep apnea, their breathing becomes erratic while they are asleep.Short apneic episodes, which cause sleep interruption and subsequently poor sleep quality, are the hallmark of obstructive sleep apnea. If left untreated, this illness can be lethal.During sleep, a person's breathing frequently stops many times. In the Apnea-Hypopnea index (AHI), the number of breathing episodes that are disrupted each hour is recorded. An OSA score of five or above is considered suggestive. A score of 5 may be associated with symptoms such as fatigue, drowsiness, and poor perception during the waking hours; however, a score of 15 or above is indicative of OSA independent of concomitant conditions. This article discusses the management of a patient suffering from obstructive sleep apnea by prosthodontic intervention with oral appliances.

The focus focused is to create an advanced system for analyzing sentiments, particularly in the field of drug recommendation, to tackle significant challenges in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. There has been a surge in user-generated content revolving around drug reviews and patient feedback, which serves as a valuable tool in understanding public opinions on medications. Our project utilizes natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning methods to extract and comprehend sentiments from text data, offering insights into drug efficacy, safety, and user contentment. The primary goals encompass the establishment of a strong sentiment analysis model that can precisely categorize sentiments linked to drugs, the integration of a personalized drug recommendation system based on individual user encounters, and the detection and resolution of potential biases in sentiment analysis to guarantee impartial recommendations. The plan also includes assessing the system's effectiveness using real-life data. The process entails gathering data, preprocessing, training models, creating user profiles, implementing collaborative filters, and mitigating biases. By amalgamating these elements, we construct a coherent system capable of processing user input, conducting sentiment analysis, and providing customized drug suggestions. Anticipated outcomes of this venture consist of a dependable sentiment analysis system that aids in healthcare decision-making by offering insights into patient experiences and drug proposals tailored to specific preferences. Ultimately, this research has the potential to significantly enhance patient outcomes and elevate pharmaceutical decision-making, rendering it an asset in the healthcare sector.

The expenses in the medical field are skyrocketing as there has been a decline in self-awareness of diseases and a decrease in hygiene in the environment as there has been a drastic increase in population. According to the last survey in 2020, Our country is way below the WHO recommendation of the 1:1000 doctor-to-population ratio. Only one in eleven states in India meet the WHO standard, meanwhile, none in the healthcare sector meet these criteria. Besides the shortage of doctors, India's healthcare sector is also facing a major crisis in the form of inefficient human resources and inadequate infrastructure. Over the past several years, India has lost many lives due to a shortage of healthcare workers, especially doctors in government hospitals. As the ratio indicates there is only one doctor for a thousand people and it is becoming more and more expensive to get diagnosed by a doctor as a result many minimal diseases are being neglected which may lead to saviour diseases and infection. To reduce the risk of this happening we decided to create awareness through effective means such as letting the user know the early stage of symptoms of a particular disease, prevention methods, and precautions. Healthy people can also use Web Doctor as a tracking guide considering their physical health such as height, weight ... etc, it suggests a healthy diet, and regular exercise and helps you strengthen your immune system. Feel free to adapt this abstract to reflect the specific details and goals of your DiagnoHealth project. An abstract should concisely convey the essence and significance of your project to potential readers or stakeholders. Key components of the project include a user-centric health-finding platform that encompasses health predictions, seamless data integration and storage, intuitive reporting and visualization, and configuration and fine- tuning capabilities. By embracing cutting-edge methodologies, robust data analysis techniques, and the latest technologies, we aim to empower individuals to take control of their health, make informed healthcare decisions, and ultimately elevate their overall well-being.

The Asur tribe of Chotanagpur, India, presents a compelling case study of cultural transition and adaptation, particularly from their traditional practice of iron smelting to embracing agriculture. This paper explores the historical trajectory, socio-economic factors, and cultural dynamics that have shaped this transition over time. Drawing upon ethnographic research, historical accounts, and anthropological studies, this paper sheds light on the transformational journey of the Asur tribe, highlighting the pivotal role of external influences and internal dynamics. The Asur tribe, known for their expertise in iron smelting, inhabited the dense forests of Chotanagpur for centuries, relying on this craft for their livelihoods and sustenance. However, with the advent of modernization, colonialism, and changes in land-use patterns, the traditional practice of iron smelting gradually declined. The paper examines the socio-economic pressures and environmental changes that contributed to the diminishing significance of iron smelting among the Asur community. Furthermore, the paper delves into the process of adaptation and resilience displayed by the Asur tribe as they shifted towards agriculture as a primary means of subsistence. It analyzes the factors that facilitated this transition, including government interventions, agricultural policies, and socio-cultural dynamics within the community. Additionally, the paper explores the challenges and opportunities encountered by the Asur tribe in embracing agriculture, such as land ownership issues, access to resources, and integration into mainstream society. Through a comprehensive analysis of the Asur tribe's journey from iron smelting to agriculture, this case study offers valuable insights into the complexities of cultural change and adaptation in indigenous communities. By examining the interplay of historical, socio-economic, and cultural factors, this paper contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of livelihood transition among tribal societies

This paper delves into the profound impact of Rabindranath Tagore and Sri Aurobindo on Indian culture and society, recognizing the enduring legacy they have left for future generations. Both figures played pivotal roles in shaping various aspects of Indian life, encompassing literature, spirituality, education, and nation-building. Tagore, with his poetic genius and visionary ideals, advocated for a harmonious global community grounded in cultural diversity and mutual respect. His educational experiments at Santiniketan established a foundation for holistic learning, prioritizing creativity and self-expression. Conversely, Aurobindo articulated a spiritual philosophy envisioning humanity's evolution towards higher consciousness, catalysing transformations in individual lives and societal structures. Emphasizing 'truth,' 'beauty,' and 'goodness' as fundamental educational ideals, both Tagore and Aurobindo stressed the holistic development of body, emotions, and intellect, advocating for education in the mother tongue to foster freedom of mind and peace. Indian English Literature owes a significant debt to Sri Aurobindo Ghosh, while acknowledging that Tagore's multifaceted personality flourished due to a confluence of favourable environmental factors. This paper endeavours to elucidate the enduring relevance of Tagore and Aurobindo in navigating the complexities of contemporary Indian society, fostering a deeper understanding of its cultural and spiritual heritage.

Among the classical Indian dance genres that have their roots in India is Bharatanatyam. Classical dance can be defined by having a theory, training method and explanation for expressive practice that may be traced back to old classical writings. The study of the classical texts, physical intensive training are necessary for classical Indian dances, which have traditionally involved a school or guru-shishya parampara. It is stated that the three syllables "bha-ra-ta" are the origin of the word Bharatanatyam. Bhava, Ragam, and Tala come together to form Bharatanatyam. Indian philosopher, Vedanta Desika, who propagated Ramanujam's theory, is credited with giving this significance. The ensemble of items presented in a Bharatanatyam recital is referred to as Margam. Many Gurus and dance practitioners continue to adhere to the structure, even though the dance repertoire is subject to periodic changes. This study uses a descriptive research methodology to analyse the items performed in a Bhatanatyam recital, their history and significance.
