 Abstract

Family relations are key to overall life satisfaction hence the study was conducted on the topic of effect of family cohesiveness on life satisfaction. The sample included 58 males, 68 females and 2 non binary, making a total of 128 participants. The participants were given two self-report measures i.e., the FACES-IV Scale and the Life Satisfaction Scale 11. The findings suggested a significant positive correlation between overall cohesion and life satisfaction; a weak negative correlation between disengaged family attachment style and life satisfaction and a significant positive correlation between balanced cohesion and life satisfaction. The relationship between enmeshed attachment style and life satisfaction was found to be insignificant. The relationship between satisfaction with psychological health and family cohesion was found to be significant positive correlation. Univariate analysis of study suggested that the study has a high level of explanatory power, with an R-squared of .810 (adjusted R-squared of .425), indicating that 81% of the variance in Life Satisfaction can be explained by the model. The main effect of Cohesion is significant, indicating that individuals with higher levels of Balanced Cohesion tend to have higher Life Satisfaction scores. The implications and limitations of the study were also discussed. The results of the study were consistent with past researches and the implications and limitations of the same were also discussed.

 Abstract

The Hydrogel are three-dimensional, hydrophilic, polymeric network capable of absorbing large amounts of water or biological fluids due to high water content, porosity and soft consistency stimulate natural living tissue, and has rapid absorption rate. The aim of present study is to formulate topical hydrogel containing Luliconazole to treat fungal infections using synthetic gelling agents such as HPMC K4M, and Carbopol-934 evaluated for various parameter. The drug-excipient compatibility studies shows that there is no interaction between drug and selected polymer(s). For present work 32 factorial design was selected, two independent variables were selected i.e., Carbopol-934 (X1) & HPMC-K4M (X2) and nine formulations were formulated as per experimental design. The Nine formulation were evaluated for the various parameters and their result were found to be as for pH (6 to 6.9), the viscosity (3130 to 10318) cp, % drug content (95.18 to 98.26), the cumulative % drug release in 8 hours (79.49 to 53.15). The Batch F1 was selected as optimized formulation containing HPMC K4M 1%w/v, Carbopol-934 1%w/v, Methyl Paraben 0.1% w/v, Propyl Paraben 0.05% w/v, Glycerine 1ml and water up to 10ml. and follows zero order kinetic. The optimized batch was found to be stable as per ICH study. It was concluded that problem associated with Luliconazole by oral administration like GIT ulceration can be overcome by topical route of administration of hydrogel

 Abstract

In many places of the world today, human safety is the top priority. Both men and women still experience terror in alone places. Hence, utilising esp32cam, we suggest a security patrolling robot here. The technology uses robotic vehicles with cameras and microphones installed on them to secure any location. It uses a camera to monitor each region and identify any issues. It can keep an eye on the building's noise level. When the area is quiet and the robot hears any sound, it begins to move in the direction of the sound along a predetermined course. Then, it scans the surroundings with its camera to look for any human faces. It offers ongoing surveillance and real-time transmission of the crime scene. The robot that designed to protect people by alerting them to any suspicious noises during the night. It has a buzzer, sound sensor, Bluetooth, and an ESP32CAM. Live photos are recorded by the ESP32CAM and Bluetooth. Any unusual sounds are picked up by the sound sensor, which then alerts the user's phone. In the event of any emergency, the buzzer is employed to provide an alarm sound. Via their smartphone, the user can operate the robot, and they can select to either view a live stream from the ESP32CAM or simply receive alerts for any suspicious sounds. A power button on the robot can be used to switch it on or off. The design and implementation of smart notifications for human safety in patrolling vehicles is a low-tech but efficient way to ensure night time human safety. It is compact and manageable in size.

 Abstract

The interconnectedness of all living things and the natural environment are both highly valued concepts in Sikhism. It is considered as a duty in Sikhism that being a human, it is everyone's duty to take care of the planet and safeguard its natural resources for upcoming generations. So, the concept of sustainable civilization is intimately related to Sikh environmental ethics. The idea of 'seva' or selfless service, is one of the cornerstones of Sikh environmental ethics. With no expectations of personal benefit, Sikhs are encouraged by this principle to work for the advancement of their communities and the environment. Sikhs aid in the preservation of the environment and the development of a sustainable civilization by engaging in seva. Sikhism also stresses the value of leading a modest lifestyle and minimising one's impact on the environment. Reducing waste, protecting resources, and engaging in responsible consumption are all part of this. 'Hukam', which literally means heavenly order or law, is the foundation of Sikh environmental ethics and it is our responsibility as humans to live in accordance with it. This includes leading a life that respects environment and causes as little harm as possible to it. It is considered as a duty of human to preserve nature for future generations as it is a gift from the divine. This paper revolves around the environmental ethics with special reference to the role played by Sikhism in it. It also provides the historical glimpse of environment depicting its link with the early civilizations and examining how Sikhism's historical and cultural environment influenced its adherents' outlook on life and interaction with nature. Adding further, identifying, and delving into the main environmental tenets and values that Sikh scriptures and values contain, assessing how Sikh environmental ethics might be used in real world situations to address current environmental problems including pollution, climate change, deforestation, and water scarcity and evaluating the contribution of Sikh communities, institutions and organizations to environmental sustainability and conservation are also depicted in it. The overall goal of this paper is to increase the knowledge of Sikh environmental ethics and their applicability to solving the environmental problems that our planet is currently facing.

 Abstract

The title compounds, C18H21BrNO5P (I) and C22H29BrNO5P (II) form a homologous series, the structures determinations confirm the nature of the products. The compounds all crystallize in Space group C2/c for compound I and P-1for compound II. Differ by the presence of a Phosphonate atom instead of a dibutyl atom in the para position of two benzo atom of compound (II). Bond lengths and angles may be considered normal for these compound types. The dioxole rings in both structures similar planar conformations. Intra- and Intermolecular C-H...O and N-H...O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the consolidation of the crystal packing of both molecules. In addition to this, weak C-H...? interactions are also observed.

 Abstract

The Residential Society Management System Android app is an innovative platform that aims to simplify residential societies' control. In the old system the secretary had to manually collect maintenance, write notices on the board, and deal with complaints and issues, all of which took. The procedure took a long time, led to mistakes and delays, and made the system in general inefficient. The SocietyConnect app gives several functions to control diverse components of society, which include preservation collection, reserving facilities, sharing, and deleting society notices, and handling site visitors and workers. The app addresses the troubles with antique guide structures, making society control smooth and hassle-free. The app lets citizens pay maintenance payments online, track their fee history, and generate invoices decreasing the probability of mistakes and making sure of well-timed payments. Additionally, the app gives the function of reserving facilities like a clubhouse, gym, and pool, removing the want for bodily bookings, making it an extra handy and green procedure. The app makes sure that each citizen knows upcoming activities and changes. "Simplicity is the utmost sophistication." Daily notices, monthly conferences, cultural activities, miscellaneous contacts for day-by-day desires, protection indicators, and excessive precedence communique might not be conveyed nicely in the cutting-edge scenario as most of the matters are being dealt with manually. The SocietyConnect App will solve all the issues and provide various features for maintaining societal transparency. In this paper, we try to lessen the paper paintings so owners can effortlessly get the information of different flat owners. This online net utility can reduce paperwork, phone cost & manual running.

 Abstract

Background & Objectives: The Government of India has announced its National Strategic Plan (NSP) for controlling TB in India by the year 2025. To achieve NSP, it will be useful for program implementers to identify various forms of cluster locations with high risk of transmission and to initiate appropriate measures to control TB. In this study, our aim is to identify and rank spatial clustering of various forms of tuberculosis among the districts of Tamil Nadu State, India for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018. Methods: We have considered aggregate (count) data in the form of tuberculosis case notification for the districts of Tamil Nadu state and used discrete Poisson model and Log-Likelihood Ratio test to identify the high risk spatial TB clusters. We have used SaTScan software for this purpose. Results: We have identified Madurai, Dindigul and Thiruvarur Districts for new sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis case clustering, Madurai and Thiruvarur Districts for previously treated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis case clustering (towards the direction of containing the transmission dynamics of tuberculosis), Vellore District for clinically diagnosed tuberculosis case clustering (towards the direction of enhancing diagnostic facilities such as providing more number of X-ray mechines and incresing the number of trained chest physicians) and Vellore and Chennai Districts are for extra-pulmonary TB case clustering (towards the direction of setting up more surgical facilities to handle such cases) in the study period. Also we have produced thematic maps showing various forms of TB clusters using QGIS software. Interpretation & Conclusions: This method can be used to identify TB clusters for aggregate data for a given time period for prioritizing enhanced intervention activities.

 Abstract

The way people interact with their environment is known as emotional intelligence, and it is thought to be essential for professional success. Employees are crucial to organizations, and their overall satisfaction is closely correlated with emotional intelligence. According to a study, people's job satisfaction and work performance in an organizational setting are highly correlated with emotional intelligence (Bachman, 2000). This study aimed to examine the impact of emotional intelligence on work performance and job satisfaction amongst Indian working professionals. The sample for this study constituted of 160 Indian working professionals within the age bracket of 22 - 50 years from various occupational fields. The sample included both male and female working professionals and the sample was collected using the random sampling technique. Different tools were used to collect data from the participants such as Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS), Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ), Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Pearson correlation and linear regression were used to evaluate the relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance, as well as the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. In this research study, IBM SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) was used to find the Pearson correlation and linear regression of the data gathered, in order to quantify the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The findings of this study suggested that emotional intelligence is a significant predictor of both work performance and job satisfaction. The results also showed that there is a moderate and positive linear relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance, as well as there is a between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction among Indian working professionals.

 Abstract

India's economy is not only large but also continuously expanding. According to Price Waterhouse Cooper's estimates, India is projected to become the world's third-largest economy by 2050. The Indian Government has actively pursued the liberalization of government regulations and adopted a deliberate strategy to foster the growth of infrastructure investment companies. This favorable environment has created numerous promising prospects across various infrastructure sectors, including roads, highways, ports, airports, railways, and power. Astounding amounts of investment have been earmarked for these sectors, making them particularly attractive. The government's support for public-private partnerships (PPPs) has been instrumental in their increasing significance, with targeted PPP participation amounting to a staggering US$150 billion. Companies with experience in structuring such deals can leverage their expertise effectively in the Indian marketplace. This paper delves into the opportunities for infrastructure financing in India, a rapidly expanding economy. Additionally, we shed light on the potential structuring opportunities while highlighting some challenges that overseas participants may encounter in this dynamic landscape.

 Abstract

Photographs are a common type of signal used in digital communication. Images are widely disseminated throughout many social media platforms. However, there are a variety of factors, such as compression methods and other variables, that might cause an uploaded image to become fuzzy and introduce noise into the picture. Methods for deblurring and denoising images are demonstrated using a Wiener filter, anisotropic diffusion filter, and non-local mean filter. The Wiener filter is a linear and time-invariant filter that is used to estimate a desired picture or random process from observations of noise. This is done on the assumption that the signal and noise spectra are stationary, and that the additive noise is also known. The most common application of non-local filters is noise reduction, namely the elimination of Gaussian and speckle noise. The probability density function of Gaussian noise is normally distributed, making it a type of statistical noise. Additive white noise is its most common application; when combined with other forms of additive white noise, it produces additive white Gaussian noise. There is an improving pattern in the MSE and PSNR measurements taken from the anisotropic diffusion technique with wiener filter and NLM filter.

 Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indian economy, contributing significantly to employment generation, GDP growth, and industrial development. This abstract provides an overview of the current status and prospects of the MSMEs sector in India. The MSMEs sector in India encompasses a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, services, and trade. It serves as a breeding ground for entrepreneurship and innovation, promoting inclusive economic growth and regional development. However, the sector faces various challenges such as limited access to finance, inadequate technological capabilities, and regulatory complexities. Despite these challenges, the MSMEs sector has exhibited resilience and adaptability, particularly in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Indian government has implemented several initiatives to support and empower MSMEs, such as the introduction of the 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' (Self-reliant India) campaign, which emphasizes domestic manufacturing and entrepreneurship. The current status of the MSMEs sector reflects a mix of strengths and weaknesses. On one hand, MSMEs contribute to over 45% of India's total industrial output and employ millions of people. On the other hand, their productivity levels and export competitiveness need further improvement. Enhancing the sector's access to formal credit, technology upgradation, and skill development programs are key priorities for its sustained growth. The prospects of the MSMEs sector in India are promising. Several factors, such as the rise of digital technologies, increasing focus on sustainability and circular economy, and the government's supportive policies, are expected to drive the sector's growth. Initiatives like creating a dedicated MSME stock exchange, establishing technology centers, and simplifying regulatory frameworks aim to create an enabling environment for MSMEs to thrive. To unlock the full potential of the MSMEs sector, it is crucial to foster public-private collaborations, strengthen supply chains, and promote entrepreneurship at all levels

 Abstract

The level of efficiency of a person depends on the time period of the goal to be achieved by him. The timing of achieving the goal can affect the satisfaction level. Gender differences can be found in efficiency and satisfaction levels. During the study period of medical students, their efficiency affects their level of satisfaction. The aim of the current study was to find out the significant difference in efficiency and satisfaction among medical students and the relationship between efficiency and satisfaction. The study was conducted in Jodhpur city (Rajasthan, India) with 80 samples using a survey sampling technique. Psychological Well-Being Scale (1995), (Dr. D.S. Sisodia, and Ms. Pooja Choudhary) was used to find out efficiency and satisfaction among medical students. Descriptive statistics were used to analyse the data collected. A statistically significant difference was considered at p < 0.05.Out of a total of 80 medical students, a significant difference was found in the efficiency and satisfaction between the genders of the medical students (p<.05). The percentage of efficiency was found to be above average 37 (46.3%) and the percentage of satisfaction was found to be above average 33 (41.3%) among medical students. The correlation was found between efficiency and satisfaction (? = 0.454, p<0.01).The study found that efficiency and satisfaction among medical students differed by gender. Medical males were found to have more efficiency and satisfaction than females. The efficiency and satisfaction levels of medical students are average. A positive relationship was found between efficiency and satisfaction.

 Abstract

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 recognizes the importance of preserving the rich linguistic and cultural diversity of India. The policy highlights that language is a powerful means of transmitting knowledge, values, and culture. In addition to promoting multilingualism and language diversity, the NEP also seeks to preserve the cultural heritage of different regions and languages. In a multilingual state like Nagaland, a state in the northeastern part of India, various dialects are spoken, and each dialect has its unique cultural significance. Nagaland is home to over 15 different regional mother tongue languages, making it a linguistically diverse state. The introduction of mother tongue language teaching would require significant resources and efforts to develop curriculum, materials, and trained teachers for each language. The objective of this research paper is to investigate the potential benefits of mother tongue as the medium of instruction for schools in Nagaland, in line with the NEP 2020, and suggest some ways forward for its implementation. Findings show that there is shortage of trained teachers, infrastructure, and funding to support the implementation of mother tongue language teaching. Standardizing the curricula and materials can also be challenging as there are variations in the dialects and scripts of each language, which may lead to discrepancies in teaching and learning across different regions. The study also shows a preference for English or other dominant languages over the mother tongue language among some stakeholders. This could result in resistance to the introduction of mother tongue language teaching and a lack of interest among students to learn their own language. The findings of this research will help policymakers and educators in Nagaland to improve and enhance the proper implementation of the mother tongue teaching learning process in schools, and ensure the holistic development of students, while preserving their cultural heritage.  Abstract

The fungi associated with the infection of papaya fruits in Osmanabad and Aurangabad city, Maharashtra State were studied. Five varieties of papaya fruit were used in the study the pathogenic fungi with potato dextrose broth and potato dextrose agar as the artificial growth media while the pour plate method was employed in their isolation. The fungi were isolated, and characterized on the basis of their cultural and microscopic features and identified as Aspergillus sp, Alternaria sp., Colletotrichum sp., Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp.,Penicillium sp. And Rhizopus sp. ITS sequencing was done using ITS 1 and ITS 4 primer pairs and the homology studied to confirm the microbial identification. Diversity analysis was done using PAST which indicated highly diverse fungal isolates. The result of the pathogenicity test carried out on the healthy fruits showed that all the fungal species re-isolated from the healthy samples had the same cultural and microscopic features as the original fungal isolates, indicating that these isolates were responsible for the infection of the papaya fruits examined. These organisms may have gained entrance into the produce from the air, during transportation, processing in an unhygienic environment and through improper handling. The organisms are known to produce potent toxins which have deleterious effects on humans and animals, therefore care must be taken during their handling, transportation and processing of papaya fruits to minimize the entry and proliferation of these organisms in the produce, as well as the health risk their infestation pose to the consumers of the fruits.

 Abstract

--A significant amount of floating garbage is entering urban drainage systems, from which it may be able to move through streams, rivers, lakes, and estuaries before reaching the open sea. It is possible to create a robotic garbage boat prototype using artificial intelligence that can collect floating debris from storm drains. The project's primary goal is to clear the urban drain of floating debris in order to lessen sewage obstruction. Numerous lives will be saved if this urban sewer gets cleaned without human assistance. In the suggested approach, floating garbage is cleaned up by an automated robot. As a result, there will be less interaction with insects and hazardous fumes. A little subterranean or roadside waterway is called an urban drain. In order to prevent a blockage over here, the garbage or obstruction from this ditch needs to be removed. This won't clean well enough with manual power. Additionally, manual cleaning tends to cause the cleaners a lot of issues. These factors reduce the significance of the automation. The sewage in the factories will also be cleaned thanks to this robotic technique. Manually cleaning drainage pipes is a challenging task as well. So, in order to gather down the waste in drainage, an automation is needed.
