The aim of pre-prosthetic surgery is to prepare the hard and soft tissues for a befitting prosthesis[1]. This will help in restoring the function of the jaws, preserve and improve jaw structure and improves the esthetic outcome. Pre-prosthetic surgery must begin with thorough history and examination of the patient[2], since there are many contraindications in patient with systemic diseases. Attention should be given to the laboratory tests to determine the degree of bone resorption. Every attention should be taken in restoring the hard and soft tissues of denture bearing areas[2]. The procedures include smoothening and reshaping, removal of excess bones and gums in denture bearing area. The prime determining factor for the success of pre-prosthetic surgery is the condition of denture bearing tissues[3]. It should be noted that the hard and soft tissue should be in a state that the patient can wear denture without any hindrance[3]. This article deals about the various pre-prosthetic procedures and its recent advances.

When a low dynamic range (LDR) image is converted to a high dynamic range (HDR) image, an image that closely resembles the real world is produced without the use of expensive instruments. Recent advances in deep learning have enabled the creation of HDR photographs that are both realistic and intelligent. This study presents a deep learning method for segmenting the bright and dark portions of an input LDR image and reconstructing an HDR image with similar dynamic ranges in the real world. To create the HDR image, the suggested multi-stage deep learning network brightens bright regions and darkens dark parts, combining features with broader brightness range. The information about missing over-exposed and under-exposed areas is efficiently implemented by dividing the LDR image into bright and dark sections, resulting in a natural HDR image with color and appearance that is similar to reality.

A college library management is a project that manages and stores books information electronically according to student needs. It becomes necessary for colleges to keep a continuous check on the books issued and returned and even calculate fine. This task if carried out manually will be tedious and includes chances of mistakes. These errors are avoided by allowing the system to keep track of information such as issue date, last date to return the book and even fine information and thus there is no need to keep manual track of this information which thereby avoids chances of mistakes. Thus, this system reduces manual work to a great extent allows smooth flow of library activities by removing chances of errors in the details. The transactions like login, register, add, search, delete, issue is provided. The Library Management System stores the details like name, address, ID number, Date of Birth of members working in the library and users who come to library. The details of books like book name, book number, subject to which it belongs, author, edition, year of publication, the total number of books that are present in the library etc. are also stored.

Decanter is a unit operation that is broadly utilized for Solid-Liquid stage separation. Improvement of Decanter is extremely critical equipment for food or compound industry since better separation. the necessity of one more unit operation is reduced and decreases the general expense of cycle. these days it is exceptionally considered a general issue of better separation. So, a lot of research is going on to optimize the decantation process for Decanter. The current research study work is done to enhance the efficiency of decantation process for Soya Protein extraction. For that decanter separation preliminary completed on products boundary, for example Feed flow rate, bowl speed, Differential RPM, and Dam plate. Trial samples were examined in a lab centrifuge. The Ideal Condition were a feed rate of 150 LPH, Bowl Speed 5200 RPM, Differential RPM 10, and dam plate R62. On this condition extremely less TSS was noticed. Which is extremely useful for an additional cycle. Currently python is very marvelous tool which is widely used for data analysis. In our research work Python used for data analysis. All the correlation data graph ,plot were obtained by python.

Dyslexia is a learning disorder characterized by lack of reading and /or writing skills, difficulty in rapid word naming and also poor in spelling. Dyslexic individuals have great difficulty to read and interpret words or letters. The most common reading disability is dyslexia. This reading disability encompasses various symptoms such as poor spelling outcomes, reading fluency and difficulties in expressing oneself. Failure to diagnose children coping with dyslexia is a potential risk of discrimination and social exclusion. Dyslexia is the most widely recognized neurological learning disability. All these can influence scholastic achievement, confidence, and social-emotional development. Studies have demonstrated that the earlier dyslexia is recognized and backing is given in education and training, the more its negative impacts can be alleviated. Subsequently, building up a solid and target screening technique to analyze dyslexia at an early age would be of most extreme significance. The work is carried out to classify dyslexic from non-dyslexics by various approaches such as machine learning, image processing, understanding the brain behavior through psychology, studying the differences in anatomy of brain. In this work, brain images are used for screening individuals who have high risk to dyslexia. This work also motivates the application of machine learning in distributed environment. The proposed predictive model uses the machine-learning algorithms like Decision Tree(DT) and Random Forest (RF). The model is classified using Weka tool and Python implementation.

Our project proposes to minimize energy consumption and thus reduce the power loss in industries and establishments by making use of a number of shunt capacitors. This substantially reduces the electricity bill in industries and establishments. The power factor is also known as the ratio of real power to apparent power. It is also represented as KW/KVA, in the equation KW stands for the active or real power whereas KCA stands for reactive + active or apparent power. The power generated by inductive as well as magnetic loads in order to create a magnetic flux is known as reactive power which is a non-working power. An increase in the reactive power increases the apparent power, thus decreasing the power factor. With a low power factor, there is an increase in the need for energy to meet industry demands, this decreases the efficiency. Our system works by feeding the time lag between zero voltage pulse and zero current pulse produced by a suitable operation amplifier circuit working in comparator mode to 2 microcontroller pins. The time lag between voltage and current is displayed on an LCD screen. The project program controls the working and actuates the required number of relays from the output that will get shunt capacitors into the load circuit to get the power factor until it reaches unity.

Robotics is one of the most rapidly rising technical fields today. Robots are designed to replace humans in labor-intensive or dangerous activities, as well as to operate in inaccessible settings. Robots are being recruited more frequently than ever before, and they aren't just for heavy manufacturing. Robotic inspection is used in a wide range of sectors. One use is for monitoring the inside of pipelines and channels, as well as identifying and repairing faults within them. A cellular robotic may also do a computerized examination of a pipe's inside floor. The goal of the project is to extend an inspection. The mechanism employed consists of a critical rod onto which a translational detail is mounted, which is then coupled to three linkage and wheel frames. The wheels of DC automobiles are connected to provide the necessary propulsion. The technology allows self-contained robots to be hired for in-pipe housing in small pipe diameters. An electrical circuit made up of three relay switches controls the complete circuitry of DC automobiles, digital digicams, and translational detail. The digital digicam is mounted on the top of the assembly and may be adjusted to provide a wide field of vision with within the pipe. Fractures, buckles, corrosion, pitting, and other flaws can be detected by the robots. has been a huge success for a fraction of the cost of the initial robotic shopping price

In the present scenario load variations are quite common, these variations occurred in domestic and commercial loads. During the morning and nighttime, usage of the load is more than forenoon time. These sudden load variations give the jerky behavior and low voltage problems at load endpoints, sometimes it may lead to loss of stability. Considering all all-issues effective speed control of the motor is necessary. So many motors are available in the market, according to their characteristics but the BLDC motor plays a vital role because of its performance characteristics. It has less noise range, high efficiency, higher torque under the low-speed range, and more power density. Brushes are absent in the BLDC motor so that the overall weight of the motor is less, it can easily be transportable. The present study gives the performance of BLDC motor supplying different types of loads that is no load, sudden gradual application of load. BLDC motor has jerky behavior at the sudden application of load, which can be reduced with the help of a PID controller.

Harassment at work is one among the most prevalent types of harassment these days. It could be threatening a person, defaming, verbal abuse, or any form of physical abuse. A small survey of employees was conducted in the Hyderabad City to know the prevalence of workplace harassment. To prevent and control sexual harassment against women, and to provide protection to them, the Ministry of Women and Child Development passed the POSH act in the year of 2013. POSH Act (2013) provides guidelines for preventing sexual harassment against women in the workplace. According to this act, sexual harassment can be defined as any unwelcome sexually determined behavior projected directly or indirectly towards an employee. One of its objectives is to promote equality for women in their workplace. According to a report produced in 2020, by the National Commission of Women (NCW), the number of workplace harassment was high in August and low in May. The present study aims to understand the trends of workplace harassment over the period, which gender is more subjected to it, and which sector is most prone to it by analyzing a sample of 100 individuals who are working in different sectors. The study was conducted using a snowball sampling technique.

In a multicultural country like India, where the bulk of the population is constituted by people representing diverse social, economic, linguistic orders and locale, to teach an alien language as English is fairly difficult. In fact, while teaching the subject to the students, belonging to such a pluralistic society, to adopt a uniform technique and style is well-nigh impossible as the same is fraught with multiple challenges. Hence the teacher has to devise his own methods and techniques effective in satisfying the needs of the students of the given lot, who essentially belong to various ethnic, social, religious and cultural groups. In this backdrop, the present paper per se is an attempt to explore the various teaching strategies, which may help the teachers in teaching English to the students in a multicultural classroom comprising the students of such a heterogeneous lot.

Abstract: In India, affirmative action policies are in effect in three main areas: appointment and promotion in government services, admissions to public education institutions, and seats in the legislature. Reservation for scheduled castes is permitted in government jobs in proportion to their population share. In all government-run educational institutions, government reserves a certain number of places for students from scheduled castes. The government assigns reserved constituencies exclusively for scheduled castes in politics. In recent years, the number of scheduled castes employed in the government has steadily increased. Nevertheless, disparities persist between the SCs and the non-SCs in human development attainment, even today, due to the slow rate of improvement. Scheduled caste participation in lower categories of jobs is roughly in line with their population percentages, but is considerably lower than their participation in higher grade jobs. The expansion and spread of reservation policy to several government sectors have also been delayed by indirect resistance. A discussion on the participation of scheduled castes in government jobs is made in this paper, along with the effect of affirmative action on them. In this study, we present data about scheduled caste representation in government services and also discuss the reasons for their lack of participation in government jobs.

Today data and database are familiar terms in all type of organizations. Let it be any type of data it becomes prime important to protect that data from dishonest use. Protecting data from external misuse becomes very important for every organization but the main culprit who actually can harm all the data in the organization from within the organization is not given attention to. This paper is an approach to highlight how insider data breach can harm the database security and what measures can protect the breach from insider attack.
